Abstract

FIELD: supply of gas to consumers of power-intensive plants and populated localities at preset flow rate, pressure and required odorizing. SUBSTANCE: gas distributing station consists of two units: technological unit and warning and monitoring unit, with air gap between them. Technological unit has the following components arranged in series: change-over devices, expansion chamber with swirler, condensate receiver, cleaning, flow measuring, preheating and pressure-reducing device and odorant reservoir. Warning and monitoring unit has boiler for preparation and supply of heat-transfer agent to gas preheating device. Odorizer of odorizing system is mounted on the outside of technological unit above outlet gas lines. Formation of hydrates is excluded not only by preheating gas before reducing its pressure but by the purpose of gas preheating device which is simultaneously heater of technological unit interior. Reservoir and odorizers of odorizing system are connected with gas consumer pipe lines by means of coupling pipe line, thus enhancing ecological safety of gas distributing station. EFFECT: high compactness of station, supply of gas to at least two consumers simultaneously, reduced length of piping; avoidance of hydrate formation and ecological safety.

Claims (1)

Станция предназначена для подачи газа потребителям энергоемких промышленных предприятий и населенным пунктам в заданном количестве с заданным давлением и необходимой одоризацией газа. Изобретение направлено на повышение компактности станции, возможности обеспечения газом сразу не менее двух потребителей, уменьшения протяженности трубопроводных сетей и сооружений, уменьшения отчуждения земли, снижение стоимости ее строительства. Кроме того, станция обеспечивает более надежное исключение гидратооразования и повышение экологической безопасности окружающей среды. Компактность газораспределительной станции достигается за счет того, что она выполнена из двух блоков - технологического блока и блока аварийно-предупредительной сигнализации и контроля с воздушным зазором между ними. Технологический блок содержит последовательно расположенные узлы переключения, расширительную камеру с завихрителем, конденсатосборником, узлом очистки, замера расхода, подогрева и редуцирования газа, емкость для хранения одоранта. Блок аварийно-предупредительной сигнализации и контроля содержит котел для подготовки и подачи теплоносителя в узел подогрева газа. Одоризатор системы одоризации установлен с наружной стороны технологического блока над выходными газопроводами. Надежность исключения гидратообразования обеспечивается не только подогревом газа перед редуцированием, но и тем, что узел подогрева газа является одновременно отопителем внутреннего пространства технологического блока. Повышение экологичности станции обеспечивается тем, что емкость и одоризаторы системы одоризации соединены трубопроводом с газопроводами потребителя.The station is designed to supply gas to consumers of energy-intensive industrial enterprises and settlements in a given quantity with a given pressure and the necessary odorization of gas. The compactness of the gas distribution station is achieved due to the fact that it is made of two units - a process unit and an emergency warning and control unit with an air gap between them. The technological unit contains sequentially located switching nodes, an expansion chamber with a swirler, a condensate collector, a cleaning unit, a flow meter, a heating and gas reduction, and an odorant storage tank. The alarm and control unit contains a boiler for preparing and supplying a heat carrier to the gas heating unit. The odorizer of the odorization system is installed on the outside of the process unit above the outlet gas pipelines. Reliability of hydrate formation elimination is ensured not only by heating the gas before reduction, but also by the fact that the gas heating unit is also a heater of the internal space of the process unit. Improving the environmental friendliness of the station is ensured by the fact that the capacity and odorizers of the odorization system are connected by pipelines to consumer gas pipelines.
