Abstract

FIELD: textile industry, in particular, production of nonwoven warming lining material on the base of fluff-and-feather material. SUBSTANCE: nonwoven material has fluff-and-feather base secured with acrylic binder. Fluff-and-feather base has synthetic and/or natural filaments with linear density of 0.17-0.24 tex, with ratio of fluff-and-feather base and filament being within the range of 70:50 - 30:50. Acrylic binder used in an amount of 15-35% by weight of dry residue is spread in surface layers of nonwoven material, with amount of acrylic binder decreasing in the direction of middle part. Cotton and/or Dacron, Vynol, Nitron filaments may be used as additional filaments. Fluff-and-feather material and/or natural and synthetic filaments are loosened, mixed, treated with antistatic preparation and worked in carding machine to produce fabric, which is further treated at both sides with acrylic binder by sprinkler and dried. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved heat-insulating qualities of material, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 1 tbl

The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to the production of non-woven cushioning materials based on down materials used for warming outerwear, jackets, winter tracksuits, work clothing, as heat-insulating layers in sleeping bags and blankets. The technical result of the invention is to improve the heat-insulating properties of non-woven material by increasing air gaps between the elements of down feather materials while maintaining bulk after deformation during operation and expanding the range of finished products. To this end, synthetic and / or natural fibers with a linear density of 0.17 - 0.24 tex are added to the non-woven material containing downy raw materials, bonded with an acrylic binder, and the ratio of down-raw materials and fibers is 70: 50 - 30: 50, and acrylic binder in an amount of 15 - 35% by dry residue is located in the surface layers of the nonwoven material with a decrease in the content of the latter to its middle, and cotton and / or lavsan, vinol, nitron are used as additional fibers. Downy raw materials and / or natural and synthetic fibers are loosened, mixed, treated with an antistatic agent, canvases are obtained on a carding machine, treated with double-sided acrylic binder and dried.
