Изобретение относится к методам переработки горючих отходов, таких как изношенные шины и подобные полимерные отходы, содержащие каучук, путем пиролиза полимерной составляющей шин с целью получения углеводородных продуктов пиролиза и топливного газа. Способ включает загрузку кусков шин или смеси кусков шин с твердым негорючим материалом в реактор, в котором в противотоке кислородсодержащего газифицирующего агента, например воздуха, организовано последовательное прохождение загруженной массы через зону предварительного нагрева, зону пиролиза, зону коксования, зону горения и зону охлаждения шихты, и последующую выгрузку из реактора твердого остатка, вывод из реактора целевого продукта, являющегося аэрозолем, содержащим пары и мелкие капли смол пиролиза и горючий газ. Разделку шин осуществляют на куски, основная часть которых имеет линейный размер 25 - 300 мм,при этом используют куски твердого негорючего неплавящегося материала, которые преимущественно имеют максимальный линейный размер более 20 мм. Массовое отношение расхода газифицирующего агента к расходу шихты, загружаемой в реактор, и скорость подачи газифицирующего агента регулируют так, чтобы максимальная температура в зоне горения находилась в диапазоне 800 - 1700oС, при этом температура целевого продукта на выходе из реактора не превышала 300oС. The tires are cut into pieces, the main part of which has a linear dimension of 25-300 mm, while using pieces of solid non-combustible non-consumable material, which preferably have a maximum linear dimension of more than 20 mm. The mass ratio of the flow rate of the gasifying agent to the flow rate of the charge loaded into the reactor, and the feed rate of the gasifying agent are controlled so that the maximum temperature in the combustion zone is in the range of 800 - 1700 o С, while the temperature of the target product at the reactor exit does not exceed 300 o С The method can be used for the environmentally sound destruction / recycling of accumulated secondary tires and similar polymeric wastes.
