Целью изобретения является повышение дидактических возможностей. Учебный прибор по физике содержит основание, вертикальную штангу, диск, укрепленный на штанге с возможностью вращения в горизонтальной плоскости, грузы, выполненные в виде сосудов, заполненных до половины объема жидкостью, при этом стенки сосудов выполнены прозрачными, и резиновое кольцо. Для демонстрации явления закручивают жидкость в одном из сосудов и устанавливают его вместе с кольцом в любой точке диска. В результате этого диск приходит во вращение. В следующем опыте устанавливают на диск сосуд с незакрученной жидкостью.
