This additional cutting element is made in the form of a pyramid truncated from the base on the side of the edge at an angle of 30 deg., and the side located opposite the edge serves as the cutting edge. EFFECT: reduced traumatism of eye tissues due to the fact that for an effective operation on the rear capsule of the eye crystalline lens only one puncture of the eyeball wall will suffice.
