Abstract

FIELD: fish industry, in particular, methods for producing feed fish flour from prepressed product bouillon. SUBSTANCE: method involves adding solid filler into mass of defatted prepressed product bouillon, with feed additive (fish scale, rice shell or mixture of them in arbitrary ratio) being used as solid filler in an amount of 50% by weight of bouillon; mixing; further using dried mass as filler for subsequent multiple drying of bouillon portions at 70-80 C until humidity of final product reaches 12%. EFFECT: improved quality of obtained product.

Изобретение относится к способам производства рыбной кормовой муки из подпрессовых бульонов. Способ включает обезжиривание и последующую сушку жидкого кормового продукта - подпрессованного бульона. Новым является добавление в массу обезжиренного подпрессового бульона твердого наполнителя в виде кормовой добавки (рыбная чешуя, рисовая шелуха или их смесь в произвольной пропорции) в количестве 50% к массе бульона, их смешивание и дальнейшее использование подсушенной массы в качестве наполнителя для последующей многократной сушки порций бульона при температуре 70 - 80 ^oС до достижения влажности конечного продукта до 12%.The invention relates to methods for the production of fish feed meal from prepress broths.
