Изобретение относится к производству легких заполнителей для бетона из органосодержащих отходов промышленности. Целью изобретения является сокращение времени термоподготовки гранул перед обжигом и соответственно длительности технологического процесса, повышение долговечности оборудования и расширение сырьевой базы для промышленности пористых заполнителей. Поставленная задача решается таким образом, что в способе получения легкого заполнителя для бетона процесс термоподготовки ведут в две стадии, обеспечивающие обработку материала при температуре 450 - 600°С в течение 5 - 15 мин и при температуре 800 - 1000°С в течение 2 - 4 мин, а в качестве отходов промышленности применяют шлам от мокрой газоочистки печей, выплавляющих кремнийсодержащие сплавы с добавлением в шихту железосодержащего, известьсодержащего и глинистого компонентов, а также лигносульфоната при следующем соотношении компонентов шихты, мас.%: шлам от мокрой газоочистки печей 50 - 85; железосодержащий компонент 3 - 8; известьсодержащий компонент 1 - 8; глинистый компонент 5 - 30; лигносульфонат 0 - 1,5; вода - остальное.The invention relates to the production of lightweight aggregates for concrete from organic waste industry.
