Abstract

FIELD: production of building materials. SUBSTANCE: initially carbonate is mixed with silica-containing filler and with additive, into thus prepared mixture gypsum binder, cement and water (its temperature being 70-95 C) are consequently added. Mentioned above additive contains (mass parts): technical sulfuric or hydrochloric or phosphoric acid 10-20, pigment 10-20, water 40-50 and finely dispersed hydro aluminosilicates 20-30. Proposed mixture contains (mass %): carbonate-containing filler 38-75, silica-containing filler 10-25, mentioned above additive 1.5-4.0, gypsum binder 0.2-5.0, portland cement 5-10 and water. Lime stone meal or lime stone crush or magnesian serpentine crush are used as mentioned above carbonate-containing material. River sand, or quartz-containing waste of iron ores are used as mentioned above silica-containing filler. EFFECT: increases hardening rate, and bending strength, improves quality of desired material.

Изобретение относится к производству строительных изделий (блоков,кирпича, черепицы, камней стеновых) и может быть использовано в промышленности строительных материалов. Целью изобретения является увеличение сырцовой прочности, скорости твердения, прочности изделий на изгиб,морозостойкости, показателя прироста прочности на единицу расхода вяжущего,а также снижения расхода пигмента. Для этого сначала перемешивают карбонат - кремнеземсодержащие наполнители с добавкой,затем последовательно перемешивают с гипсовым вяжущим, цементом и водой, при этом используют добавку,приготовленную смешиванием следующих компонентов,взятых в мас.ч: 10-20 техническая серная или соляная, или фосфорная кислота;10-20 пигмент;40-50 вода и 20-30 тонкодисперсные гидроалюмосиликаты при следующем соотношении компонентов формовочной смеси, мас.%: карбонатсодержащий наполнитель 38-75; кремнеземсодержащий наполнитель 10-25; указанная добавка 1,5-4,0; гипсовое вяжущее 0,2-5,0; портландцемент 5-10; вода (температура 70-95o С) остальное. В качестве карбонатсодержащего наполнителя используют:доломитизированную крошку,известняковую муку, известняковую крошку,магнезиально-серпентинитовая мелочь,известняково- ракушечную крошку,известняково-доломитовую муку. В качестве кремнеземсодержащего наполнителя используют: песок речной, отходы флотационного обогащения кварцитов, кварцсодержащие отходы железных руд, молотый доменный шлак, золы ТЭЦ, флотационные отходы обогащения запесоченных фосфоритов.The invention relates to the production of building products (blocks, bricks, tiles, wall stones) and can be used in the building materials industry. The carbonate-containing filler used is dolomitized crumb, limestone flour, limestone crumb, magnesian-serpentinite fines, limestone-shell crumb, limestone-dolomite flour. As a silica-containing filler, use is made of: river sand, waste from flotation concentration of quartzite, quartz-containing waste from iron ore, ground blast furnace slag, cogeneration plant ash, flotation waste from the enrichment of sandstone phosphorites.
