Изобретение относится к производству брикетированного топлива. Производство углесодержащих топливных брикетов осуществляют прессованием каменного угля со связующим на валковых и штемпельных прессах при удельных давлениях 15-14ОМПа. Влажность смесей составляет 3 - 20%. Необходимая влажность компонентов достигается за счет их предварительной сушки. Целью настоящего изобретения является получение топливных брикетов из сырья исходной влажности, исключающей необходимость предварительной сушки компонентов смеси. Поставленная цель достигается за счет смешивания угля, торфа и отходов лесопереработки исходной влажности и формования смеси методом экструдирования с одновременным частичным обезвоживанием смеси в шнековом уплотнителе экструдера. Влажность смесей составляет 30 - 50%. После формования осуществляют резку частично обезвоженной массы на брикеты и сушку брикетов.The invention relates to the production of briquetted fuel.
