Изобретение относится к медицинской технике, а именно - к ортезам и ортезированию. Цель изобретения - осуществление заднего толчка при ослаблении мышц дистальной части нижней конечности путем использования работы проксимальных мышц, а также - уменьшение мощности, развиваемой инвалидом для осуществления заднего толчка.
