Изобретение относится к области получения электрической энергии, в частности к источникам питания постоянного напряжения. Предложенный электростатический генератор характеризуется малым весом и габаритами без снижения электрических параметров. Электростатический генератор содержит корпус с закрепленным в нем статором, выполненным в виде чередующихся изолированных пластин. Пластины статора охватывают изолированные металлические пластины ротора, закрепленные на диэлектрическом основании и электрически связанные с ближайшими пластинами коллектора. Новым в генераторе является то, что пластины ротора размещены параллельно пластинам статора, соединенным с парой диаметрально расположенных щеток возбуждения, причем щетки возбуждения и токосъема расположены за пределами корпуса.The invention relates to the field of production of electrical energy, in particular to DC power sources.
