Для повышения точности работы устройства в режиме автоматического регулирования и упрощения регулирования прижима пера подвижная часть магнитоэлектрического устройства подвешена на неподвижном сердечнике из магнитного материала, крепящемся к корпусу устройства и снабженным верхним и нижним гнездами для осей вращения, включает в себя двухсоставной каркас с намотанной на нем рамкой, охватывающий с зазором неподвижный сердечник и поворотно установленный на нем на верхней и нижней осях с упорными заплечниками и цапфами, входящими в верхнее и нижнее гнезда сердечника, перо регистратора, закрепленное на верхней части каркаса и пластину датчика положения пера, закрепленную на нижней части каркаса.
