Способ лечения гипоспадии относится к медицине, в частности к урологии. Изобретение позволяет исключить осложнения, связанные с нарушением целостности уретральной трубки. Способ заключается в выделении уретры и имплантации в ее дистальный отдел кольца из биоинертного материала с фиксированными к нему нитями, в формировании кожно-уретральной трубки с помощью выкроенного кожного лоскута, который окутывает выделенную часть уретры, в выведении фиксированных нитей наружу и в удлинении кожно-уретральной трубки тракцией за фиксированные к кольцу нити и после удлинения ее на достаточную величину в иссечении ее рубцово-измененного отдела вместе с имплантируемым кольцом, в фиксации уретры к волярной поверхности полового члена, в формировании наружного отверстия на головке полового члена.The method of treatment of hypospadias relates to medicine, in particular to urology.
