The inventive filter-compensating device is equipped with a three-rod three-winding transformer. The windings of each phase of the transformer are located on one rod. The first similar conclusions of the first and second windings are connected to the power supply network of the power supply system. The first conclusions of the third winding are connected according to the "star" scheme. The second terminals of the first winding are connected to a capacitor battery. The second terminals of the second winding are connected to the reactor. The second terminals of the third winding are connected to a resistor. The ratio of the number of turns of the second winding W 2 to the number of turns of the first winding W 1 is chosen from the equation:
where ω is the angular frequency of the power supply; C - capacitor battery phase capacitance; L - reactor phase inductance. Positive effect: reduction of electricity losses is significantly greater than the costs associated with the introduction of a transformer into the device.
