Изобретение относится к способу получения поли-n-фенилентерефталамида и его сополимеров, используемых для производства высокопрочных высокомодульных волокон. Цель изобретения - сокращение количества используемого третичного амина, получение неокрашенного продукта и повышение его чистоты. Поли-n-фенилентерефталамид и его сополимеры получают поликонденсацией n-фенилендиамина, взятого одновременно в двух формах - основания и солянокислой соли в соотношении 1,0 - 1,25 соответственно, с дихлорангидридом терефталевой кислоты или их смесей с другими ароматическими диаминами и дихлорангидридами ароматических дикарбоновых кислот в растворе амидно-солевого растворителя в присутствии 0,4 - 0,6 моля третичного амина. Синтез ведут при температуре 0 - 10oС.The invention relates to a method for producing poly-n-phenylene terephthalamide and its copolymers used to produce high strength high modulus fibers. Poly-n-phenylene terephthalamide and copolymers thereof obtained by polycondensation of n-phenylenediamine, taken simultaneously in two forms - the base and the hydrochloride salt in a ratio of 1.0 - 1.25, respectively, with terephthalic acid dichloride or mixtures thereof with other aromatic diamines and aromatic dicarboxylic dichlorides acids in a solution of an amide-salt solvent in the presence of 0.4 - 0.6 mol of a tertiary amine. The synthesis is carried out at a temperature of 0 - 10 o C.
