The hip joint endoprosthesis belongs to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for joint endoprosthesis replacement. The invention contributes to the ease of disassembly, the reliability of the articulation and the strength of fixation of the leg in the bone marrow channel of the femur during its lengthening. The endoprosthesis consists of a cup with ribs and a cavity in which the head rotates. The neck is pressed into the head by the end, which is connected integrally with the conical leg through the base plate. The head in the cup is fixed with an insertion ring. The leg is provided with grooves and longitudinal grooves, has a tapered end with a threaded shank for an additional segment. The endoprosthesis is intended for use in the orthopedic and trauma clinic in the treatment of hip joint pathology. Its use allows to increase the strength of fixation of the bone, to ensure easy disassembly and, if necessary, lengthen the leg directly in the operating room.
