There is an active snubber for a bridge / half-bridge voltage inverter (RF Patent No. 85045 IPC H02M 1/16, H02M 3/155 publ. July 20, 2009), which contains the first and second adjustable inverter keys. The collector of the first adjustable inverter key connected to the cathode of the reverse diode shunting it and the output of the first capacitance is connected to the positive output of the power supply, and the emitter of the second adjustable inverter key connected to the anode of the reverse diode shunting it and the output of the second capacity is connected to the negative output of the power source . A load terminal and a first inductor terminal are connected to a common point of the first and second adjustable inverter keys. The second output of the choke is connected to the connection point of the first and second snubber keys, shunted by reverse diodes, while the collector of the first snubber key connected to the cathode of the shunting diode is connected to the positive terminal of the power supply, and the emitter of the second snubber key is connected to the anode of the shunting diode connected to the negative terminal of the power source
The disadvantage of this device is that, with increasing frequency, the operation of this device is disrupted: due to the long time of shutting down the snubber diodes, the inductor current takes the form of a square wave symmetrical with respect to zero, with a small drop in the tips of the pulses, and the moments of the polarity reversal of the inductor current coincide with the moment of switching off the adjustable inverter keys.
The main technical task of the utility model is to eliminate the dependence of the device’s working processes on the time of locking the snubber reverse diodes and, as a result, to reduce the level of dangerous dynamic processes when turning on and off the adjustable inverter keys.
The main technical problem is achieved in that in a high-frequency snubber for a bridge / half-bridge voltage inverter, containing the first and second adjustable inverter keys, to the common point of which is connected the load output and one output of the inductor, the collector of the first adjustable inverter key connected to the cathode of the first reverse the diode and the output of the first capacitance, is connected to the positive terminal of the power source, and the emitter of the second adjustable inverter key connected to the anode of the second arrester shunting it of a different diode and a second capacitance output, is connected to the negative output of the power supply, and the second throttle output is connected to the connection point of the first and second snubber keys, shunted by the third and fourth reverse diodes, according to the proposed solution, the collector of the first snubber key is connected to the positive output of the power supply through a separation capacitor, and the emitter of the second snubber key is connected to the negative terminal of the power source through another isolation capacitor.
The proposed utility model makes it possible to eliminate the dependence of circuit operating processes on the time of locking the snubber reverse diodes and, as a result, reduce the level of dangerous dynamic processes when switching adjustable inverter keys due to the fact that after the half-cycle dynamic processes in the snubber are complete, the dividing capacitors have a polarity that prevents the opening of the snubber diodes .
The figure shows the circuit diagram of the device.
16.The high-frequency snubber for a bridge / half-bridge voltage inverter contains the first 1 and second 2 adjustable inverter keys, shunted by the first and second reverse diodes 3, 4 and the first and second capacitors 5, 6, to the common point of which is connected terminal 7 of the load and one terminal of the inductor 8. The collector of the first adjustable key 1 of the inverter connected to the cathode of the shunting first reverse diode 3 and the output of the first capacitance 5 is connected to the positive terminal 9 of the power source, and the emitter of the second adjustable key 2 of the inverter is connected th with the anode of the shunting second reverse diode 4 and the output of the second capacitance 6, is connected to the negative terminal 10 of the power source. The second output of the inductor 8 is connected to the connection point of the first 11 and second 12 snubber keys, shunted by the third and fourth reverse diodes 13, 14. In this case, the collector of the first snubber key 11, connected to the cathode of the third diode shunting it 13, is connected to the positive terminal 9 of the power supply through the isolation capacitor 15, and the emitter of the second snubber key 12, connected to the anode of the shunt diode 14 thereof, is connected to the negative terminal of the power source through another isolation capacitor 16.
15.The operation of the device is as follows. In the initial state, the adjustable key 1 of the inverter is open. Adjustable inverter key 2 and snubber keys 11, 12 are closed, all diodes are in a non-conductive state. The first capacitance 5 is discharged to zero, and the second capacitance 6 is charged to the supply voltage (neglecting the voltage drops on the public keys and diodes in the conducting state). The isolation capacitor 15 is charged so that its positive lining is connected to the collector of the snubber key 11, and the other isolation capacitor 16 is charged so that its minus lining is connected to the emitter of the snubber key 12. The load current flows from the positive terminal 9 of the power source to the terminal 7 connecting the load through the adjustable key 1 of the inverter. At the moment of closing the adjustable key 1 of the inverter, the load current is intercepted by the first and second capacitors 5 and 6, thereby tightening the front of the rise in voltage on the key. After the current of the adjustable inverter key 1 drops to zero, the snubber key 12 is turned on (the snubber key 12 can also be turned on a few microseconds before the end of the half-cycle). This is necessary to accelerate the process of recharging the first and second tanks 5 and 6 at low load currents. The first capacity 5 will be charged on the circuit 9-5-8-12-16-10, and the second capacity 6 is discharged on the circuit 6-8-12-16. When the voltage at the second capacitance 6 reaches zero, the reverse second diode 4 opens. At this moment, control is opened to open the adjustable key 2 of the inverter and close the key 12. The current flowing in the inductor 8 will discharge and then recharge the isolation capacitor 16. When the current of the inductor 8 will become equal to zero, the separation capacitor 16 will begin to discharge, and then recharge through the circuit 16-14-8-2. At the end of the recharging of the separation capacitor 16, the reverse fourth diode 14 is closed and will be in the closed state due to the blocking voltage on the capacitor 16. In the next half-cycle, all processes are repeated, and the snubber key 11 and the separation capacitor 15 enter into operation.
