Description
The utility model relates to optical instrumentation, namely, to lenses and can be used as a lens of a video camera with image formation on a CCD matrix.
A known lens [1] containing four components, of which the first component is a single negative meniscus facing a concave surface to the image space, the second component is made of a single positive lens, the third component consists of a negative meniscus facing a concave surface to the image space and the fourth the component is made of a single positive lens. The disadvantage of the lens is the low value of the modulation transmission coefficients (T) for the entire field of view, which does not allow the image of small contrast objects to be obtained on the CCD matrix. The use of fluorite with a large coefficient of linear expansion leads to significant thermal expansion of the lens, which does not allow the use of this design in conditions with a large temperature difference.
Closest to the proposed lens is a lens with a remote entrance pupil [2], containing a negative meniscus facing a concave surface to the space of objects, a positive meniscus facing a concave surface to a space of objects, a positive lens glued
Однако недостатком прототипа является большая длина объектива (от первой поверхности до плоскости изображений), составляющая более двух фокусных расстояний объектива.from a positive lens and a negative meniscus facing a concave surface to the space of objects, and a positive meniscus facing a concave surface to a space of images and glued from a positive and negative lenses. This lens design provides high image quality across the entire field of view. However, the disadvantage of the prototype is the large length of the lens (from the first surface to the image plane), which is more than two focal lengths of the lens.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the length of the lens while maintaining high quality images throughout the field of view.
A lens of four components, the first component of which is the negative meniscus facing the concave surface to the space of objects, the second and fourth components are positive lenses, unlike the prototype, the positive lens of the second component is biconvex, the third component is the negative meniscus facing the concave surface to the image space and glued from a biconvex and biconcave lenses, the positive lens of the fourth component is made biconvex, while m the following relations:
0,2<d1/f′<0,230.2 <d 1 / f ′ <0.23
5,5<|f′1/f′|<5,7,5.5 <| f ′ 1 / f ′ | <5.7,
где f′ - фокусное расстояние объектива,where f ′ is the focal length of the lens,
f′1 - фокусное расстояние первого компонента,f ′ 1 is the focal length of the first component,
d1 - толщина линзы первого компонента.d 1 - the thickness of the lens of the first component.
The implementation of the first component in the form of a negative meniscus facing a convex surface to the space of objects having a thickness of at least 0.22 of the focal length of the lens and satisfying the following ratio: 5.5 <| f ′ 1 / f ′ | <5.7, provides correction of the image curvature .
The execution of the second component in the form of a biconvex lens, the third component in the form of a negative meniscus facing the concave surface to the space of images and glued from the biconvex and biconcave lenses, and the fourth component made in the form of a biconvex lens made it possible to reduce the length of the image lens while maintaining high image quality by the entire field of view.
The frequency-contrast characteristics of the lens are calculated in accordance with the table of spectral efficiency coefficients of the actinic radiation flux given below:
The lens (figure 1) consists of four components 1-4. The first component 1 contains a negative meniscus facing a concave surface to the space of objects, the second component 2 is a positive lens made biconvex, the third component 3 is made in the form of a negative meniscus facing a concave surface to the image space and glued from a biconvex and biconcave lenses, the fourth component 4 is made in the form of a biconvex lens.
Фокусное расстояние первого компонента f′1=-244,2 мм, фокусное расстояние второго компонента f′2=70,2, фокусное расстояние третьего компонента f′3=-169,6, фокусное расстояние четвертою компонента f′4=58,1.The focal length of the first component f ′ 1 = -244.2 mm, the focal length of the second component f ′ 2 = 70.2, the focal length of the third component f ′ 3 = -169.6, the focal length of the fourth component f ′ 4 = 58.1 .
The following ratios are observed in the lens:
0,2<d1/f′=9,4/43,5=0,216<0,230.2 <d 1 / f ′ = 9.4 / 43.5 = 0.216 <0.23
5,5<|f′1/f′|=|-244,2/43,5|=5,61<5,75.5 <| f ′ 1 / f ′ | = | -244.2 / 43.5 | = 5.61 <5.7
The lens contains filters 5 and 6, highlighting the spectral range in accordance with the table. When calculating the lens, the thickness of the protective glass of the CCD matrix was taken into account.
The lens works as follows: a parallel light beam with a field angle of 2W = 12 ° enters the lens and, being refracted through the lens surfaces of components 1, 2, 3, 4 and filters 5 and 6, it focuses in the image plane where the CCD is located.
3 and 4, as well as the graphs of a polychromatic frequency-contrast characteristic for a point on the axis and for the edge of the field of view, shown in Figs. 4 and 5, confirm that the lens has good image quality over the entire field of view, which allows you to get an image of objects with low contrast (K = 0.1).
Thus, a technical result is obtained: the length of the lens from the first surface to the image plane is 70.07 mm = 1.61 f ′, which is much less than the length of the lens of the closest analogue of 2.5 f ′, while maintaining high quality of the lens.
