The figure 2 shows, with an increase, the output section of the impeller vanes and the annular bore in the cylindrical body of the guide apparatus.
Submersible multistage centrifugal pump contains a set of stages assembled in a cylindrical housing 1. The stage consists of
7.the impeller 2 and the stationary guide apparatus 3. The impeller 2 has a hub 4 and blades 5. Between the blades 5 channels 6 of the flowing part of the impeller 2 are formed. The guide apparatus 3 has a sleeve 7, an upper disc 8, a lower disc 9 and blades 10 located between the disks 8 and 9. Thus, between the blades 10, channels 11 of the flowing part of the guide apparatus 3 are formed. At the input of the guide apparatus 3 there is an input annular chamber 12. At the output of the guide apparatus 3, an output annular chamber 13 is made. The annular chambers 12 and 13 provide a hydraulic connection of the flowing parts of the impeller 2 and the guide apparatus 3, namely, provide a hydraulic connection of the channels 6 with the channels 11. The input annular chamber 12 is located inside the cylindrical body 14 of the guide apparatus 3. Between the contacting horizontal surfaces of the impeller 2 and the guide apparatus 3 axial bearings are installed 15. The radial bearing is made in the form of a centering bearing 16 mounted on the shaft 17 and placed in the bore of the sleeve 7.
A bore 18 is made in the cylindrical body 14, the diameter of which D1 is greater than the diameter of the cylindrical surface of the castle connection D2, and grooves 19 are made along the width of the blades 5 at their outlet edges to form protrusions 20 between them and to provide gaps between the protrusions 20 and the surface of the bore 18 case.
The stage of a submersible multistage centrifugal pump operates as follows.
When the shaft 17 rotates, the blades 5 of the impeller 2 exert a force on the pumped medium filling the channels 6 and the flow part of the impeller 2 as a whole. Pumped medium, such
The resulting centrifugal forces provide an increase in pressure on the periphery of the impeller 2 and provide a flow in the direction from the center of the impeller 2 to its periphery. From the channels 6, the pumped medium is displaced into the inlet annular chamber 12 of the guide apparatus 3. From the inlet ring chamber 12, the pumped medium enters the channels 11 between the blades 10, where due to the gradual increase in the cross-sectional area of the channels 11 in the direction of flow, the flow velocity is reduced and, accordingly, provides an increase in hydrostatic pressure. From the channels 11, the pumped medium enters the output annular chamber 13, where an axial flow directed along the axis of rotation of the shaft 17 is observed. Due to the profile of the blades 10 in the output annular chamber 13, flow swirling in the direction of rotation of the shaft 17 can also take place. Flow with axial direction The flow from the output annular chamber 13 enters the channels of the next impeller.
1.Axial support 15, the centering bearing 16, the sleeve 7, the guide apparatus 3 provide the transmission of power loads to the housing 1.
A bore 18 is made in the cylindrical body 14, the diameter of which D1 exceeds the diameter of the cylindrical surface of the castle connection D2. This design allows you to increase the diameter of the impeller, thereby increasing the pressure of the pump with a constant outer diameter of the housing 14 of the guide apparatus. On the output edges of the blades 5 along their width grooves 19 are made with the formation of protrusions 20 between them, and with the provision of gaps between the protrusions 20 and the surface of the bore 18 in the housing. This design allows you to reduce the velocity gradient in the boundary layer, thereby reducing and
All this, in turn, contributes to an increase in the pump efficiency when pumping viscous media.
