Полезная модель относится к оборудованию по обработке сельхозпродукции и может быть использована в быту для резки овощей и фруктов различной формы сечения, преимущественно для шинкования плодов овощей и фруктов. Сущность полезной модели заключается в том, что она содержит контейнер с крышкой с ручками по торцам, рамку с ручкой с одного ее торца, выполненную с пазами и роликами, съемно-установленные вставки с режущими приспособлениями на одной поперечной стороне, толкатель, при этом, контейнер выполнен с желобом, расположенным в его верхней части на внутренней его поверхности, крышка выполнена с отверстием и с продольной прорезью, над которой установлен привод, емкость выполнена в виде коаксиально-расположенных цилиндрических обечаек, наружная из которых закреплена к кромкам отверстия крышки, а другие обечайки съемно-установлены, что позволяет выбрать размер обечайки в соответствии с размером обрабатываемого продукта.
