Description
The utility model relates to electrical engineering, namely to high-voltage power lines and, more specifically, to structures of insulating traverses designed to suspend phase wires of a line to supports.
There are known designs of insulating traverses made on the basis of commercially available insulators (both porcelain and polymer). See, for example, “Energy construction abroad.” 1978, No. 5, pp. 37-46., As well as the design of the insulating beam, consisting of three rod insulators, fixed in the form of three beams through metal ends to the top of the support strut. At the free ends of the insulators, current-carrying phase wires of a high-voltage power line are fixed. (RF patent 2159969, class H 01 B 17/02 published November 27, 2000). The principal drawback of these designs is the presence of unacceptable loads on the used insulating elements - the applied support-rod insulators have significant limitations on the allowable forces directed perpendicular to their axis, while in the above structures the gravity of suspended wires and the forces directed along the wires exactly perpendicular to the axis of the insulators.
Closest to the proposed solution is the design of an insulating traverse for hanging wires on an intermediate support of a power line, made on the basis of support-rod polymer insulators. (Handbook of electric networks 0.4-35 kV, Makarov EF, Papirus Pro Publishing House, 1999, p. 439.) The beam consists of three support rods
При этом указанная сила действует на изгиб изоляторов, что является для стержневого изолятора нерасчетным режимом и может приводить к их поломке.polymer insulators located in relation to each other at an angle of 120 degrees (three-beam star). The traverse is mounted on the head of the support using a metal clamp. This design provides the ability to increase the level of operating voltage of the power line without replacing the supports of the power line. However, this design has a significant limitation on the allowable forces directed along the suspended wire, while the indicated loads arising from wire breakage are much higher than the allowable ones for the support-rod insulator. In addition, in the operating modes, both extreme insulators are subjected to gravity of the suspended wire, including the ice formed on it. Moreover, the indicated force acts on the bending of the insulators, which is an off-design mode for the rod insulator and can lead to their breakdown.
The purpose of this proposal is to increase the reliability of the device.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the insulating crosshead consists of insulating elements and attachment points of the crossarm to the support and wires to the crossarm, and the new thing is that the crosshead is made of a combination of suspended and supporting insulators, mounted on the support at a distance from each other, and at a point fastenings of the wire combined in a common attachment point, thereby forming a triangle, one side of which is the support section located between the fastening points of the support and suspension insulators, and the other two sides are the support and suspension hydrochloric insulator. In this case, the suspension insulator is located horizontally, and the support is downward from the connecting unit to the support at an angle, and the attachment points of the insulators to the support are hinged and allow the traverse to rotate up to 90 degrees around an axis parallel to the axis of the support.
The essence of the solution is illustrated by the attached figure, which shows the proposed design of an insulating crosshead, which consists of a suspension insulator 1, a support insulator 2, a node for their connection 3, providing for the possibility of fixing wires and nodes 4 and 5 of fastening each of the insulators (1 and 2) to the support.
As a suspension insulator 1, it is most appropriate to use a rod-type suspended polymer insulator, and as a reference insulator 2, a reference polymer insulator. The node 3 of the connection of the insulators ends with a standard element for fixing on it a standard suspension device of a current-carrying wire. To remove the transverse loads on the insulators that may occur when the wire is broken, the nodes 4 and 5 of the fastening of the insulators to the support are made hinged, providing rotation of the entire suspension around the vertical axis (parallel to the axis of the support) up to an angle of 90 degrees. In this case, in the event of a longitudinal traction force, the insulating yoke essentially switches from the support suspension mode to the anchor suspension mode and thereby prevents the wire from falling to the ground throughout the section to the next anchor support.
5.To properly distribute the forces on the insulators arising from all possible operating modes of the traverse, the suspension insulator 1 is fixed horizontally between the attachment point 4 of this insulator to the support and the connecting node 3, and the support-rod insulator 2 is located lower at an angle to the suspension so that the upper end insulator 2 coincided with the outer end of the suspension insulator 1 and was fixed together with it in the node 3, and the lower end of the supporting-rod insulator is fixed in the hinge of the node 5.
The hinge assemblies 4 and 5 are fixed to the support with standard clamps.
A suspended wire or an intermediate ceramic plate insulator is fixed to the node 3 of the connection of insulators using standard linear connectors, which can be used to reduce electrical tension on the head ends of used polymer insulators.
In normal operating mode, the suspension insulator 1, under the influence of the weight of the wire 4, works in tension, and the supporting rod 2 in pure compression. In the event that the tensioned wire is broken and pinched in the suspension clamp of the assembly 3, the pulling force of the wire remaining in the clamp begins to act on the beam, which will cause the beam to rotate in the hinges of nodes 4 and 5, as on loops. In this case, the main traction force will be perceived by the suspension insulator 1, which for him is the design mode. In this case, the force acting on the supporting-rod insulator 2 will decrease, but will remain compressive. Thus, both insulators are protected from the action of transverse forces that can cause them to break.
