Description
Use relates to the field of domestic heating appliances, mainly for central heating systems.
Known heating convectors containing a heating element mounted on brackets, made in the form of at least one row located one above the other pipes for supplying coolant, equipped with cooling fins, and covering the heating element, the convector casing with a cutout for the passage of pipes, the upper grille for the exit of heated air and lower air intake, (see, for example, UK patents No. 2248923 from 1991 and No. 2277986 from 1994, CL F 24 D 19/04). Due to the presence of a casing in the zone of the heating element, an ordered air flow and draft from the bottom up (as in a chimney) are formed due to the difference in atmospheric pressures, which leads to an increase in the blowing of the fins of the heating element and thereby an increase in the efficiency of the heating device. In addition, the constructive design of a heating convector with a casing significantly reduces its trauma risk, since most traumatic elements (sharp edges of ribs, etc.) are closed by a casing. However, these heating devices do not allow purposefully regulating thermal power depending on the desire of the consumer to create comfortable living conditions.
Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a heating convector comprising a heat controller, a heating element,
F 24 D 19/00).mounted on brackets and made in the form of at least one row of pipes arranged one above the other for supplying coolant, equipped with cooling fins, and a casing covering the heating element, made of a L-shaped panel having a grate in the upper part with elongated openings for the exit of heated air , two sidewalls with a cutout for passage of pipes formed in at least one of them, and a lower air intake (see the certificate of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 9508 of 1998, class F 24 D 19/00).
The known device allows you to purposefully change the efficiency of heat transfer by regulating the heat capacity at the request of the consumer to create comfortable conditions in the room. However, the effectiveness of the known device is quite low because of its sensitivity to improper installation and the possibility of its installation on the wall with a significant bias, reducing the efficiency by 7-8%. In addition, the lack of rigidity of the upper panel of the casing due to the implementation of a lattice with elongated holes for the exit of heated air entails the need to increase the thickness of the metal of the casing and, accordingly, the metal consumption of the structure. In addition to all of the above, the known design is clearly not high-tech in mass production due to the complicated assembly of elements.
The main problem to be solved is the creation of a heating convector of increased consumer qualities, with a high maximum thermal power at low intrinsic consumption, satisfying the conditions of increased comfort, ease of use and safety when
низких издержках производства за счет простой конструкции и высокой технологичности в массовом производстве.low production costs due to the simple design and high technology in mass production.
To achieve this result in a heating convector containing a heat regulator, a heating element mounted on brackets and made in the form of at least one row of pipes arranged one above the other for supplying coolant, equipped with cooling fins, and a casing made of Г- covering the heating element a shaped panel having in its upper part a lattice with elongated holes with flanging edges inside the casing for the exit of heated air, two sidewalls with at least one molded one of them with a cutout for the passage of pipes, and the lower air intake, according to the proposal, each bracket is made in the form of an upper flag formed from sheet material bent in two mutually perpendicular planes with holes for fastening to the wall and the lower U-shaped bracket with a throat covering the pipes and directed in the direction opposite to the said panel of the casing, the flanging of the edges of the holes of the lattice is made in the middle part by 1-2 thickness of the sheet of the casing greater than at the edges, and the lower part of the L-shaped panel along the entire length and It has an internal flange that completely covers the mentioned brackets.
Due to the implementation of the U-shaped pharynx of the bracket bracket, the required accuracy of convector pipe installation without distortion of the heating element is ensured, which ensures the highest thermal convector heat output with the existing dimensions. Flanges provide rigidity that helps to reduce the material consumption of the structure, and
При таком выполнении конструкция отопительного конвектора получается наиболее простой и соответствует требованиям технологичности производства за счет возможности применения высокопроизводительных процессов таких, как штамповка и гибка.reduce the trauma of the lower part of the casing when manually dusting under the heater or when approaching with your feet close to the wall. In addition, the flanging of holes in the middle part is 1-2 times greater than the sheet thickness, providing greater rigidity of the upper lattice, at the same time eliminating the possibility of technological defects when flashing and curving rounding of elongated holes, because due to the high concentration of stresses these places are most prone to cracking and wrinkles. With this design, the design of the heating convector is the simplest and meets the requirements of manufacturability due to the possibility of using high-performance processes such as stamping and bending.
Most preferably, if the heat controller is made in the form of a heat carrier flow regulator installed behind the heating element, which makes it relatively easy to control the thermal power of the convector.
It is most advisable if the flow rate controller is made in the form of a thermostat. In this case, the thermal power of the convector is automatically maintained at a given level depending on the temperature of the coolant and the environment.
In addition, with a single-row arrangement of pipes, the upper and lower pipes at the inlet of the heating element are interconnected by a pipe whose inner diameter is 0.7-0.75 of the inner diameter of the pipes of the heating element. This provides the possibility of creating a workaround for the movement of the coolant with a completely closed flow regulator without creating unacceptable hydraulic resistance at the inlet
отопительного конвектора, что необходимо для нормальной работы отопительной системы.heating convector, which is necessary for the normal operation of the heating system.
According to an alternative embodiment, the heat controller is made in the form of an air flow regulator with a rotary damper located above the heating element and at least one handle for its drive.
Advantageously, the rotary damper has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape, with the throttle open, with the throat facing to the side opposite to the throat of the U-shaped bracket bracket, and the outer surface of the said bracket in its upper part is made with a cutout that ensures the vertical position of the shutter.
It is most advisable if the shelves of the U-shaped damper are 0.12-0.13 of its base. In this case, sufficient stiffness of the shutter is ensured with a minimum weight.

In Fig.11 is the same, a top view of the heating element of the passage type.
10.The heating convector contains a heating element 1, made in the form of one above the other upper 2 and lower 3 pipes for supplying a coolant, such as hot water. Pipes 2 and 3 are provided with cooling fins 4. The heating element 1 is mounted on brackets 5, which can be attached to the wall in a known manner, for example using fasteners 6 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The heating element is covered by a casing 7, consisting of a L-shaped panel 8 and two sidewalls 9 and 10 with a cut-out 11 formed in at least one of them for the passage of pipes 2 and 3. Figure 1 shows the design of the end-type convector (which is installed at the end sections of the same type of heating appliances), the opposite ends of the pipes 2 and 3 of which are interconnected by an arcuate transition. In this case, it is enough to have a cutout 11 on only one sidewall 9. In the case of a convector of a passage type (see Fig. 2), in which the pipes of the heating element can exit from the opposite side and pass to the next section of heating devices, the cutout 11 is also performed on the sidewall 10.
фиг.7).The upper part of the casing 7 is equipped with a grill 12 for the exit of heated air, which is formed by through elongated holes 13 of the upper plane of the L-shaped panel 8 (see Fig.7).
14.When performing a heat controller in the form of an air flow regulator above the heating element 1, a rotary damper 14 is located over the entire length of the casing to control the flow of exhaust air. The sides 9 and 10 are provided with holes for the axis of the rotary damper 14, in which the handles 15 of the rotary actuator of the shutter 14 are installed.
фиг.3).Each bracket 5 is made in the form of an upper flag 16 curved in two mutually perpendicular planes with holes 17 for fastening to the wall and the lower U-shaped bracket 18 with a throat 19 covering the pipes and directed to the side opposite to the panel 8 of the casing 7 ( see figures 3 and 4). When executed with a rotary shutter 14, the outer surface of the bracket 18 is made with a notch 20, which ensures the vertical position of the shutter 14, and the shutter itself has a U-shaped cross-section, facing when the shutter is open, the throat is opposite to the throat 19. The flanges 21 of the shutter comprise 0.12 ... 0.13 of its base H (see figure 3).
7.The figure 6 shows a fragment of the lattice 12 with elongated holes 13. The flanging of the edges of the holes 13 is made in the middle part greater than at the edges by an amount h = 1 ... 2S, where S is the thickness of the sheet of the casing 7.
In the case of a heat regulator in the form of a coolant flow controller 22, it is installed behind the heating element 1 and is equipped with an adjustment knob 23, and before the heating element the pipes 2 and 3 are connected by a pipe 24, the inner diameter of which is 0.7 ... 0.75 internal
20.pipe diameters 2 and 3. (see Fig. 8). The convector was also made when installing thermostat instead of controller 22. In this case, there is no rotary damper and the bracket 5 may have a transition 25 instead of the cutout 20.
The lower part 26 of the L-shaped panel 8 of the casing 7 (see Fig. 8) is provided with a horizontal flange 27 inside the casing, which completely covers the brackets 5. This ensures a sufficiently large cross-section of the air intake located under the casing and gives the necessary structural rigidity, contributing to reduce material consumption, and also reduces the trauma of the lower part of the casing when manually wiping dust under the heater.
The heating element can also be made in the form of two parallel rows (see Fig. 10) of the mentioned pipes 2 and 3, the connection of which is made in the form of a radial outlet 28, coming out at right angles from the pipes 2 or 3 of the first row and entering respectively coaxially into the pipe 29 or 30 of the second row (see Fig.11). Moreover, due to the simplest means, it is possible to increase the power of the heating element by almost two times. The cooling fins 31 in this case connect the upper pipes 2 and 29 in pairs and the lower 3 and 30 in pairs. In this case, the most technologically advanced variant of manufacturing a heating element with increased power and ease of fixing is provided.
The work of the proposed device is as follows. The heater is stationary mounted on the wall of the heated room in the immediate vicinity of the wall at a height of 85 ... 155 mm from the floor. The heat carrier - hot water - is supplied to
Конфигурация наружных элементов отопительного конвектора исключает возможность получения бытовых травм при его эксплуатации, поэтому он может устанавливаться в любых детских учреждениях, включая школы и детские сады.the upper pipe 2, and passing through all sections and transferring heat through the fins 4 and 31 of the heating element, returns through the pipe 3. Heat transfer increases if air is circulating through the fins 4 and 31. To intensify convection heat transfer, the heating element is surrounded by a casing 7. Due to the difference in atmospheric pressures in the lower and upper parts of the casing, a constant draft of air is created under it (as in a chimney) passing between fins 4 and 31, which increases the maximum heat output of the heating device by 35% The regulation of thermal power in accordance with the conditions for ensuring comfort is carried out using a rotary damper 14, blocking the air flow leaving the heating element, or using the regulator 22 of the coolant flow. Heated air exits through the grill 12 and, mixing with the surrounding air, heats the room. The shape of the brackets 5 provides a reliable fixation of the heating element, preventing its distortion. The configuration of the external elements of the heating convector excludes the possibility of getting personal injuries during its operation, therefore it can be installed in any kindergartens, including schools and kindergartens.
The proposed implementation of the heating convector allows to increase its efficiency and consumer qualities, by providing high maximum thermal power with low own material consumption, meeting the conditions of increased comfort, ease of use and injury safety at low production costs due to the simple and rational design and high technology in mass production .
