The use of two types of threads provides thermal stability of the front side of the fabric, as well as the hygiene of its wrong side, which allows using § for the manufacture of refractory special products, in particular, special clothing for welders.
The use of two types of threads provides thermal stability of the front side of the fabric, as well as the hygiene of its wrong side, which allows it to be used for the manufacture of refractory special products, in particular, workwear for welders.
However, the fabric has insufficiently high strength and heat resistance over a wide temperature range, which limits its use in the manufacture of special equipment.
Known heat-resistant durable fabric patent of the Russian Federation - 1804 508, OZL 15/12 publ. 19931 fabric is formed by interweaving the main and weft yarns containing synthetic, natural and heat-resistant water windows with the following% ratio: 3-25% nylon, staple fibers, 30-89% cotton and 8-50% heat-resistant fibers,
The use of yarn from these three types of fibers makes it possible to make a fabric suitable for providing work clothes, heat-resistant, and also abrasion resistant.
However, the presence on the front side of the fabric of non-heat-resistant fibers present in the composition of the yarn twists the thermo-zealous properties of the fabric, due to the possibility of burnout.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed technical solution is heat-resistant fabric RF patent P20I787I, LOZD 15/12, publ. 1994. 1, which is selected for the prototype.
The fabric contains an outer layer made of heat-resistant threads in the warp and weft with plain weave, and a lower layer made of alternating heat-resistant and natural threads in the warp with a predominant exit of natural threads to the outer surface. The upper and lower layers are connected to each other by heat-resistant threads in a knitted way,
Flax fabric has high heat resistance due to the implementation of the outer layer of only heat-resistant threads and the choice of type of weaving, as well as hygiene due to the presence of natural threads in the fabric. In addition, the presence of two layers connected to each other by heat-resistant threads increases the strength of the fabric.
человека от огня.man from the fire.
However, this fabric does not have high strength, which may limit its use for the manufacture of certain types of special equipment 5 genius.
The task of the invention is the creation of heat-resistant high-strength fabric, capable of withstanding deformation loads.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the heat-resistant fabric Si / "04 // wflW3rp / 7A / (- f // ff / / Wi fU // Vw threads and contains a top layer made of heat-resistant threads in the warp and weft with plain weave , and the lower layer with preferential access to the outer surface of the lower c // oy of non-heat-resistant threads, while the upper and lower layers are connected by heat-resistant threads in a knitted way, and at least one inner layer made of the main non-heat-resistant threads is placed between the upper and lower layers, and as a non-thermal artificial fibers, mainly polyester fibers twisted into cords, were used.
,The essence of the invention also lies in the fact that as heat-resistant threads mainly used threads made of ultra-high modulus material / CBM /. ,
New distinctive features from the prototype are the following features.
Between the upper and lower layers of the fabric, at least one inner layer is placed, made of the main non-heat resistant threads, and artificial fibers, preferably polyester fibers twisted into cords, are used as non-heat resistant threads.
In addition, the hallmark of the prototype is that as heat-resistant threads mainly used threads made from CBM. The implementation of thaki from two types of yarns, which are used as heat-resistant yarns and artificial fibers, especially polyester fibers, ensures the achievement of complex physical and mechanical properties of the fabric. The presence of several layers in the fabric increases its strength and thermal protective properties. The implementation of the upper layer of fabric from heat-resistant threads in the warp and weft prevents the penetration of heat and fire to the inner layers of the fabric, while the absence of non-heat-resistant threads on the outer surface of the upper layer prevents the burning of the threads of the outer layer of fabric. provides their least mutual mobility, which increases the resistance exerted by the outer layer to the penetration of fire into the inner layers of the fabric. The listed factors increase the ter ostoykost tissue. Use The use of artificial fibers as non-heat-resistant yarns, especially polyester fibers, allows to achieve the desired deformation properties of the fabric due to elasticity and these fibers. At the same time, the use of artificial fibers twisted into cords increases the strength of non-heat-resistant threads. Their ability to plastic deformation, prevents stratification of the threads during deformation, and also improves the manufacturability of the fabric. The predominant exit of non-heat-resistant threads to the outer surface of the lower layer improves the bending deformation properties of the fabric. The presence of at least one inner layer made of warp yarns, in which cords twisted from artificial fibers were used, gives the fabric such a structure that provides its high strength and at the same time the ability to stretch and bend within the required limits, i.e. provides deformation strength. In addition, the presence of an additional layer / layers / contributes to an increase in the heat resistance of the fabric, the number of inner layers is selected based on the need to achieve the required mechanical stv tissue, taking into account the restrictions associated with the permissible mass of one linear meter of fabric.
The connection of the upper and lower layers with heat-resistant yarns in a knitted way ensures the bonding of all layers of fabric, while it acquires a monolithic structure, which improves its strength properties.
The use of ultra-high modulus material / CBM / as the heat-resistant filament provides the highest heat-resistant and strength properties of the fabric over a wide temperature range.
Thus, the selected type of threads and the structure of the fabric provide the optimal combination of its strength deformation and thermoprotective properties, which makes the fabric suitable for the manufacture of special equipment, in particular, life belts and belts for firefighters.
