Description
The utility model relates to physiotherapeutic devices that use the energy of electromagnetic radiation and can be used when conducting light therapy in various fields of medicine and using various treatment methods.
A device for conducting light therapy is known, which includes a housing, power supply and control units, a red light source in the form of a high-efficiency semiconductor diode with a radiation power of 3 MW and a light guide, the input end of the light guide is connected to the diode using the interface, and the output end of the light guide is made in the form of a working nozzles for carrying out treatment in accordance with the methodology (see patent application of the Russian Federation No. 94021996, A1, A 61 N 5/06, publ. 08.10.96.). The interface between the LED and the fiber is made in the form of a box-shaped type mounted on the device body, in which two slots are made for fixing the LED and the input end of the fiber. The disadvantage of this device is the insufficiently high efficiency of the useful use of the diode radiation, which is due to the fact that the interface unit used in the device does not provide the necessary efficiency for introducing electromagnetic radiation into the fiber. In addition, the device is not equipped with a means for quick replacement of the fiber, which would ensure reliable fixation of the fiber and the specified location of its end relative to the LED, which is necessary for the effective use of the device in the case of using disposable sterile fiber tips.
A device for conducting light therapy is known, which includes a helium-neon laser with a radiation power of 11.5 MW and a fiber, one end of the fiber is connected to a laser, and the distal end of the fiber is placed inside the needle, through which the fiber is inserted into the vein (see Korochkin I .M. Et al. Treatment of acute myocardial infarction by intravenous irradiation of blood with a helium-neon laser. J. "Soviet Medicine", 1988, 4, p. 34-38). The disadvantage of this device is the high cost of a helium-neon laser, the small resource of its operation, the large dimensions and weight of the device, as well as the serious safety requirements, significantly limit the use of the device in medical practice. A device for conducting light therapy, comprising a housing, inside which a radiation source is placed in the form of a semiconductor light emitting or laser diode located at the outlet of the housing, a control unit and a power supply (see RF patent No. 2197194, class A 61 C 5/04 , 2000). In accordance with this invention, the power supply is either stand-alone and is integrated along with the device body, or
Кроме того, устройство не снабжено техническими средствами, которые позволяли бы снизить риск перенесения инфекции.placed in the body of the dental unit and connected by an electric wire to the diode. The disadvantage of this device is the low specific radiation density, which can be obtained at the output of the working nozzle of the fiber, which is due to the large dissipation of energy from the diode installed directly at the outlet of the housing. In addition, the device is not equipped with technical means that would reduce the risk of infection.
