Description
The claimed technical solution relates to the field of district heating and can be used both for the modernization of existing heating systems of enterprises, institutions, residential buildings, etc., and in the design of new buildings and structures, taking into account the possibility of regulating the flow of coolant.
Known two-pipe heating systems with vertical flow of coolant 1, the upper or lower supply line.
The disadvantage of such systems is their hydraulic instability, especially when installing control devices and metering coolant, which requires significant structural changes (installation of additional valves, valves, etc.) In addition, apartment metering and installation of control devices complicates the fact that each room (apartment) is supplied with several pipes.
Приборы отопления при такой системе установлены параллельно друг другу (фиг 1).Also known is a two-pipe heat supply system with a horizontal supply of coolant 1, in which one input is designed for each apartment, room (see figure 1, where: 1 - supply manifold; 2; 3; 4 - heating appliances; 5 - reverse collector), which greatly facilitates the apartment metering and regulation of the flow of coolant. Heating devices with such a system are installed parallel to each other (Fig 1).
The disadvantage of a horizontal two-pipe system is its hydraulic instability when exposed to external and internal disturbing factors: changes in pipe diameter, for example, due to deposits on the walls, changes in water pressure in pipes due to the connection of other buildings to a heat source, etc. , which leads to hydraulic and temperature misalignment of the heating system, etc. .. When installing control devices and metering devices, significant design changes are also required.
The single-pipe heat supply system 2 has the most stable hydraulic characteristics, in which a constant (same) amount of water flows through all the heating devices of each riser. When the pressure changes, the water flow in all heating devices changes identically, and the devices are installed sequentially one after another (see Fig. 2, where: 1 - supply manifold; 2; 3; 4; 5 - heating devices; 6 - reverse collector).
The disadvantage of a one-pipe system is the drop in temperature of heating devices as they move away from the entry point into the room, which is eliminated by increasing the area of the heat exchangers. In addition, an attempt to regulate or turn off some devices causes a “chain reaction, i.e. change in the thermal power of the rest, which makes it impossible to install control devices.
Closest to the claimed is a bifilar heating system 1, characterized by stable hydraulic characteristics. It consists of two pipelines passing through the heater in pairs (Fig. 3, where: 1 feed collector; 2; 3; 4 - heaters; 6 - return manifold). As a result, its average temperature in two pipelines for any section is a constant value. From the point of view of the hydraulic regime, the bifilar system is a single-tube flowing system, while maintaining its main advantage - high hydraulic stability. From the heat engineering point of view, it inherited one of the main properties of the two-pipe system - the same temperature of all heat exchangers. The bifilar system combined the best properties of a single-pipe flowing and two-pipe system with a lower gas supply main system, freed from the shortcomings of the PRESENT vertical hydraulic and thermal instability, different surfaces of heating devices with the same heat output.
However, the bifilar system retains a drawback inherent in flowing single-tube heat supply systems - the impossibility of regulating the heat output of individual heating devices by changing the flow rate of the coolant.
The authors were faced with the task of developing a technical solution that would allow for temperature control in each apartment, room of a residential building, individual premises of enterprises, institutions, while maintaining uniformity of heating, as well as hydraulic and thermal stability of the heating system.
The essence of the claimed technical solution lies in the fact that the heat supply system containing the supply and return pipelines with heating devices installed in pairs in quantities, where K is the number of places for installing heating devices, is equipped with connecting elements installed on the heating devices and containing a flow separator and a control valve .
In FIG. 4 presents the inventive heating system, where:
1- подающий коллектор;1- feed collector;
2- обратный коллектор;2- reverse collector;
3; 4; 5; 6 - отопительные приборы;3; 4; 5; 6 - heating appliances;
7- разделитель потока;7 - stream splitter;
8- регулирующий клапан;8- control valve;
9- connecting tube; 10 - challenge
Positions 7; 8; 9; 10 are the constituent parts of the connecting element.
2.The system works as follows. The coolant from the supply manifold 1 enters the heater 3. Due to the presence of a flow separator in the connecting element, the coolant partially enters the heater, the rest continues to move through the pipeline. In this case, the coefficient of inflow into the heat device is about 30%. At the output, both flows are mixed again and the heat carrier enters the next heater 5, where again the flow is divided in the connecting device, etc. The same thing happens when the coolant is supplied to the heaters 6 and 4, respectively, installed already on the return pipe. The devices themselves are installed in pairs: the third with the sixth; fourth and fifth etc. As a connecting element, for example, an element of Danfoss 2 can be used.
The installation of control valves on each of the heating devices allows for temperature control over a wide range, and the presence of a flow separator significantly reduces the temperature drop as it moves away from the entry point, which is fully compensated for when the heating devices are installed in pairs. The claimed technical solution is designed to be used in the design of heating systems for residential buildings in Novosibirsk and allows for temperature control individually, at the request of the consumer, for example, in each of the premises, by changing the amount of coolant entering
соответствующий тепловой прибор при сохранении гидравлической и тепловой устойчивости системы.appropriate thermal device while maintaining the hydraulic and thermal stability of the system.
