Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to construction and can be used in the manufacture of ventilated wall enclosures, allowing to reduce heat gains from outside air and at the same time purify street air from harmful impurities in regions of hot and humid climates.
Известно экологичное вентилируемое ограждение здания, содержащее ряд, прижатых друг к другу боковыми торцами декоративных ограждений высотой Н толщиной Δ1, каждое из которых состоит из прямоугольного каркаса, верхние, нижние и боковые торцы которых закрыты сеткой, фронтальная и тыльная стороны закрыты горизонтальными, наклоненными относительно горизонта под углом 45°, планками, обращенными своими наружными кромками на фронтальной стороне вверх, на тыльной стороне - вниз и выполненными из коррозионноустойчивого материала, образующих в целом емкость, которая заполнена гранулами пемзы, изготовленной из основных металлургических шлаков, при этом диаметры ячеек сетки и зазоры между планками несколько меньше минимального диаметра гранул металлургических шлаков, каркас прикреплен к наружному ограждению креплениями таким образом, чтобы между внутренней стенкой декоративного ограждения и наружным ограждением был воздушный зазор шириной Δ2, между нижним торцом вышеупомянутого ограждения и поверхностью тротуара - щель шириной Δ3, а под нижним торцом ограждения устроена ливневая канализация [Патент РФ №2728008, МПК E04C 2/26, 2020].An environmentally friendly ventilated fencing of a building is known, containing a row of decorative fences of height H and thickness Δ 1 pressed against each other by the side ends, each of which consists of a rectangular frame, the upper, lower and side ends of which are covered with a mesh, the front and back sides are closed horizontal, inclined relative to horizon at an angle of 45°, slats facing upward with their outer edges on the front side, downwards on the back side and made of corrosion-resistant material, forming as a whole a container filled with pumice granules made from basic metallurgical slag, while the diameters of the mesh cells and the gaps between the slats are slightly smaller than the minimum diameter of metallurgical slag granules, the frame is attached to the outer fence with fasteners in such a way that there is an air gap of width Δ 2 between the inner wall of the decorative fence and the outer fence, and a gap of width Δ 3 between the lower end of the above fence and the surface of the sidewalk, and a storm drainage system is installed under the lower end of the fence [RF Patent No. 2728008, IPC E04C 2/26, 2020].
The disadvantages of the known environmentally friendly ventilated fencing of a building are its heating from the sun's rays during the hot period and the transfer of a significant amount of this accumulated heat to the surface of the outer fencing of the building, due to the direction of the outer edges of the slats of the front side of the fencing upward, as a result of which a significant part of the solar heat is not reflected from the above-mentioned slats and penetrates into the mass of the fence filler, as well as insufficient cleaning of slag granules from contaminants in the frontal part, due to the fact that when it is washed with rainwater, the upper rows of frontal slats do not allow water to pass to the rows below, which, in general, reduces its effectiveness.
Более близким по технической сущности к предлагаемому изобретению является полифункциональное вентилируемое ограждение здания, содержащее ряд, прижатых друг к другу боковыми торцами декоративных ограждений высотой Н толщиной Δ1, каждое из которых состоит из прямоугольного каркаса, верхние, нижние и боковые торцы которых закрыты сеткой, фронтальная и тыльная стороны закрыты горизонтальными, наклоненными относительно горизонта под углом 45° планками, выполненными из коррозионноустойчивого материала, причем планки на тыльной стороне обращены своими наружными кромками вниз, каждая планка на фронтальной стороне выполнена из соединенных между собой под углом 90°, наклоненной своей наружной кромкой вниз под углом 45° планки, покрытой с наружной стороны белым красителем и перфорированной планки, соединенной своей внутренней кромкой с каркасом, образующих в целом емкость, которая заполнена гранулами пемзы диаметром от 20 до 40 мм, изготовленной из основных металлургических шлаков, при этом диметры ячеек сетки и зазоры между планками несколько меньше минимального диаметра гранул металлургических шлаков, каркас прикреплен к наружному ограждению креплениями таким образом, чтобы между внутренней стенкой декоративного ограждения и наружным ограждением был воздушный зазор шириной Δ2 (Δ5), между нижним торцом вышеупомянутого ограждения и поверхностью тротуара - щель шириной Δ3 (Δ6), а под нижним торцом ограждения устроена ливневая канализация [Патент РФ №2787875, МПК E04C 2/26, 2023].Closer in technical essence to the proposed invention is a multifunctional ventilated fencing of a building containing a row of decorative fences of height H and thickness Δ 1 pressed against each other by the side ends, each of which consists of a rectangular frame, the upper, lower and side ends of which are covered with a mesh, the front and the back sides are closed with horizontal slats inclined relative to the horizon at an angle of 45°, made of corrosion-resistant material, with the slats on the back side facing downward with their outer edges, each plank on the front side is made of interconnected at an angle of 90°, inclined with its outer edge down at an angle of 45°, a strip coated on the outside with white dye and a perforated strip connected by its inner edge to the frame, forming as a whole a container, which is filled with pumice granules with a diameter of 20 to 40 mm, made from basic metallurgical slags, with diameters mesh cells and the gaps between the slats are slightly smaller than the minimum diameter of metallurgical slag granules, the frame is attached to the outer fence with fasteners in such a way that between the inner wall of the decorative fence and the outer fence there is an air gap with a width of Δ 2 (Δ 5 ), between the lower end of the above-mentioned fence and the surface sidewalk - a gap Δ 3 (Δ 6 ) wide, and a storm drain is installed under the lower end of the fence [RF Patent No. 2787875, IPC E04C 2/26, 2023].
The main disadvantages of the known multifunctional ventilated building fencing are the rapid contamination of the front perforated slats with street dust, due to their horizontal location, causing insufficient cleaning of slag granules from contamination in the front part, because When it is washed with rainwater, the upper rows of front slats do not allow water to pass to the rows below, which reduces its reliability and efficiency.
The technical result of the proposed invention is to increase the reliability and efficiency of a multifunctional ventilated building enclosure.
The technical result is achieved by a multifunctional ventilated building fence containing a row of decorative fences of height H and thickness Δ 1 pressed against each other by the side ends, each of which consists of a rectangular frame covered with a mesh, the back side of which is covered with horizontal ones, inclined relative to the horizon at an angle of 45° downwards slats made of corrosion-resistant material, the front side is covered with vertical slats, also made of corrosion-resistant material in the form of vertical bars of different heights, coated on the outside with white dye and connected by their bases to the frame and mesh to form vertical slits on the front side between each other and the mesh widths Δ 2 and Δ 3 , and between them vertical slots with width Δ 4 , forming a whole container that is filled with pumice granules with a diameter of 20 to 40 mm, made from basic metallurgical slags, while the diameters of the mesh cells and the gaps between the back planks are somewhat smaller minimum diameter of granules of metallurgical slag, and the gaps between the bases of the front strips ensure that they completely cover the front side of the frame from solar radiation, the frame itself is attached to the outer fence with fasteners so that between the inner wall of the decorative fence and the outer fence there is an air gap of width Δ 5 , between at the lower end of the fence and the surface of the sidewalk there is a gap of width Δ 6 , and a storm sewer is installed under the lower end of the fence.
In fig. 1-5 shows the proposed multifunctional ventilated building fencing (MFVOZ): (Fig. 1 - general view, Fig. 2 - longitudinal section, Fig. 3-5 - main components).
16. MFVOZ contains a row of decorative fences 1 pressed against each other by the side ends of height H thickness Δ 1 , each of which consists of a rectangular frame 2 covered with a mesh 3, the back side of which is covered with horizontal slats 4 inclined relative to the horizon at an angle of 45° downwards, made made of corrosion-resistant material, the front side is covered with vertical strips 5, 6, also made of corrosion-resistant material in the form of vertical bars of different heights, coated on the outside with white dye (not shown in Fig. 1-5) and connected by their bases to frame 2 and mesh 3 with the formation on the front side between each other and the mesh of 3 vertical slits 7 and 8 with widths Δ 2 and Δ 3 , and between each other vertical slits 9 with width Δ 4 , forming in general a container 10, which is filled with pumice granules 11 with a diameter of 20 to 40 mm , made from basic metallurgical slags, while the diameters of the mesh cells 3 and the gaps between the slats 4 are slightly smaller than the minimum diameter of the metallurgical slag granules 11, and the gaps between the bases of the slats 5 and 6 ensure that they completely cover the front side of the frame 2 from solar radiation, the frame 2 itself attached to the outer fence 12 with fasteners 13 so that between the inner wall of the decorative fence 1 and the outer fence 12 there is an air gap 14 with a width of Δ 5 , between the lower end of the fence 1 and the surface of the sidewalk there is a gap 15 with a width of Δ 6 , and under the lower end of the fence 1 storm drainage system was installed 16.
III. - М. 1.The work of the proposed MFVOZ is based on the chemical composition of street air polluted by harmful components of vehicle exhaust gases (carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, soot, ozone, etc.), the concentration of which is highest in the ground layer of the atmosphere [L.F. . Goldovskaya. Environmental chemistry. - M.: Mir, 2005, p. 86-90, p. 155], high solubility of carbon dioxide compared to other components of air in water [Chemist's Handbook, vol. III. - M. - L.: Chemistry, 1965, p. 316], high reaction rate of the oxidation of NO into NO 2 and SO 2 into SO 3 , which dissolve well in water with the formation of HNO 3 and H 2 SO 4 , in the presence of ozone [Nenitsescu K. General chemistry. - M.: Higher. School, 1958, p. 275; Kutepov A.M. and others. General chemical technology. - M.: Vyssh. School, 1985, p. 348], high modulus of basicity of granulated metallurgical slag - the main metallurgical pumice, which is a material with a highly porous mechanically strong structure (compressive strength up to 2.7 MPa), consisting of calcium oxide, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and partly magnesium oxide (CaO, SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , MnO) with a basicity module M>1, which gives metallurgical pumice granules 11 basic properties [Building materials. Directory. Ed. Boldyreva A.S. and others - M.: Stroyizd., 1989, p. 423; Domokeev A.K. Construction Materials. - M.: Higher. school, 1989, p. 163], allowing substances with acidic properties to be adsorbed on their surface, which include harmful components of vehicle exhaust gases ( NOx , SOx , COx ). In addition, based on their composition, metallurgical slags are resistant to the corrosive effects of acidic components of exhaust gases, are widely available and cheap. Oxides of nitrogen and sulfur adsorbed from street air in the pores of slag granules 11 have increased reactivity due to their interaction with the surface of the adsorbent granules of slag pumice 11 [Nenitsescu K. General chemistry - M.: Mir, 1968, p. 298], therefore, they are oxidized by oxygen at a rate greater than in the gas phase with the formation of NO 2 and SO 3 , which are easily soluble in water, which, in turn, interact with particles of acidified water remaining in the pores of granules 11, with the formation of the corresponding acids HNO 3 and H2SO4 . In addition, fine particles (dust, soot, etc.) easily settle on the surface and in the pores of granules 11, as a result of which, passing through them, the air is cleared of most of the harmful components. At the same time, the presence of vertical slats 5, 6 on the front side of the MFPVOZ during the hot period protects the outer fence 1 from overheating, the presence of gaps 7, 8 between the slats 5, 6 and the fence 1, as well as gaps 9 between the slats 5, 6 when washed with water ( rain or flushing) ensures cleaning of the entire layer of slag granules 11 in the decorative fence 1.
12.The work of the MFVOZ proceeds as follows. During the hot period, vertical strips 5, 6, coated with white dye (not shown in Fig. 1-5) on the front side of the fence 1 reflect most of the solar heat from it and, thus, significantly reduce the amount of heat entering the outer fence 1. Depending on the direction and strength of the wind, outside air can flow (in light winds or calm conditions), mainly into the air gap 14 between the decorative fences 1 and the outer fences 10 through the slots 12 located in the lower part of the decorative fences 1 (for example, at the base building) and partially through cracks 7, 8, 9 passes through the living section of slag granules 11 from the street side, moves along the air gap 14 from bottom to top, while simultaneously reducing the amount of heat coming from the sun's rays into the building, creating draft in the gap 14 and penetrates through the gaps between the rear slats 4, into pumice granules 11, where a significant part of the harmful components (carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, soot, ozone, etc.) is cleaned and through the outer slits 7, 8, 9 between the slats 5, 6 of the front side of the fence 1 enters the pedestrian side of the street. In case of strong wind, street air, on the contrary, due to wind pressure enters the slag granules 11 through the gaps between the front slats 5, 6 into the container 10, is cleaned of harmful components on the granules 11, exits through the gaps between the rear slats 4 from the tank 10, after which Through gap 14, purified air also enters the pedestrian zone of the street. In this case, due to the presence of inclined strips 4 on the back side of the fence 1, turbulence of the air flow rising along the gap 14 occurs and more intensive heat removal from the outer fence 12 occurs.
When the activity of MFVOZ decreases, which occurs as a result of the saturation of granules with 11 harmful components, they should be subjected to regeneration. The regeneration process consists of washing granules 11 with water to remove dust particles, soot and acidic water containing captured oxides of carbon, sulfur and nitrogen. Washing can be forced - by irrigating decorative fences 1 with water supplied from the water supply network or tankers and natural - by washing the fences 1 with rainwater. During rain washing, the water coming from above through the cracks 7, 8 partially flows onto nearby slag granules 11, and partially flows down the bases of the T-bars 5 and 6, from where it is sorbed by the underlying granules 11, thus providing a more complete washing of the slag load. During forced washing, water flows to the slag granules 11 through vertical slots 9, 8, 7, the location of which ensures complete washing of the slag load. Acidified water flowing from below into the storm drain 16, due to the significant content of carbon dioxide in it, will contribute to the processes of photosynthesis [Komov V.P. and others. Biochemistry. - M.: Bustard, 2004, p. 210] in the irrigation fields of city wastewater treatment plants.
16.During rainy periods or during regeneration, inclined strips 4 on the back side of the fence 1, the outer edges of which are inclined downwards, acting as spillways, ensure the flow of water contaminated with impurities into the gap 14, where this water comes into contact with the flow coming from the gap 15 and rising along the gap 14 air. At the same time, part of the water evaporates, taking away heat from the air, thereby reducing its temperature, resulting in more intensive cooling of the outer fence 12, the other remaining part of the water absorbs harmful impurities from this air and flows into the storm drain 16.
The height H and thickness Δ 1 of the decorative fence 1 are determined by the architectural features of the building, the zone of maximum pollution of street air and the concentration of harmful substances in it. The width Δ 5 of the air gap 14 and the slot 15 Δ 6 is determined from the conditions of its minimum heating during a hot period of time. In this case, the area of the slot 15 should be less than the area of the longitudinal live section of the granules 11 in the fence 1. In order to better reflect the sun's rays of the decorative fences 1, the outer walls of the frame 2 and the slats 5, 6 of the front side of the fence 1 should be painted white.
Thus, the proposed multifunctional ventilated building enclosure ensures that during hot periods, along with reducing the heating of the building’s external enclosures, the street air is purified from a significant part of the harmful components of vehicle exhaust gases (NO x , SO x , CO x , soot, dust, etc.) , during periods of rain and flushing, in addition to purifying the air and reducing the heating of the building, it completely cleans the adsorbent of contaminants.
