Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of semiconductor device technology and can be used in devices for recording and storing information, as well as for creating luminescent micro-tags for protection against counterfeiting.
Larin, A. et al. Luminescent Erbium-Doped Silicon Thin Films for Advanced Anti-Counterfeit Labels. Adv. Mater. 2021, 33, 2005886. There is a known method for producing a carrier for laser recording of luminescent micro-images, consisting of a layer of amorphous hydrogenated silicon applied by plasma chemical deposition and a layer of erbium applied by vacuum deposition, described in the work of Larin, A. et al. Luminescent Erbium-Doped Silicon Thin Films for Advanced Anti-Counterfeit Labels. Adv. Mater. 2021, 33, 2005886. The disadvantages of this method are the complexity of applying layers, as well as the luminescence of the resulting structures at a wavelength outside the visible spectrum, which is why reading images recorded in this way requires additional equipment.
(Zhan, W.et al. In situ patterning perovskite quantum dots by direct laser writing fabrication. There is a known method for producing a carrier for laser recording of luminescent micro-images (Zhan, W. et al. In situ patterning perovskite quantum dots by direct laser writing fabrication. Acs Photonics, 2021, 8(3), 765-770), by the method of forming quantum dots perovskite CsPbI 3 in a polymethyl methacrylate matrix as a result of irradiation of a solution layer deposited on a glass substrate with laser pulses. Crystallization of perovskite, which luminesces at a wavelength of 650 nm, occurs only in the irradiated areas, which makes it possible to create luminescent images of arbitrary shape on the surface of the substrate. The disadvantages of this method include recording before the media is manufactured, as well as the impossibility of obtaining areas with different luminescence spectra for recording multi-colored images.
(Chen, J et al. Phototriggered color modulation of perovskite nanoparticles for high density optical data storage. Chemical Science, 2022, 13(35), 10315-10326). The prototype of the proposed invention is a method for manufacturing a carrier in the form of a film of perovskite material CsPbBr 3 : oleylamine for recording a color photoluminescent micro-image (Chen, J et al. Phototriggered color modulation of perovskite nanoparticles for high density optical data storage. Chemical Science, 2022, 13( 35), 10315-10326). A solution of CsPbBr 3 : oleylamine perovskite nanocrystals in dichloromethane is mixed with a photocurable resin, a drop of the resulting mixture is placed on a glass substrate and pressed with a cover glass for uniform distribution, after which the resulting thin layer of the solution is irradiated with laser pulses with a wavelength of 355 nm. Under the influence of laser pulses, dichloromethane molecules (CH 2 Cl 2 ) dissociate, and the resulting chlorine Cl ions dope the CsPbBr 3 perovskite, which leads to an increase in the band gap of the material and the possibility of changing the luminescence spectrum in the range of 470-516 nm depending on the time of this irradiation. The resulting thin film is then dried for 15 min to remove solvent and treated with continuous ultraviolet irradiation to cure the photocurable resin. The main disadvantages of the prototype are the complexity of the technology for synthesizing perovskite nanocrystals CsPbBr 3 : oleylamine and recording on a layer of solution before solidification, that is, the impossibility of separating the processes of manufacturing the carrier and recording information, as well as the limited range of wavelengths obtained.
The problem solved in the present invention is to obtain a medium ready for recording information in a wide range of wavelengths, after its simplified manufacturing.
The problem is solved by achieving a technical result, which consists in obtaining a carrier with a wide spectral range of photoluminescence, regardless of the recording process.
This technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of manufacturing a carrier for recording a color photoluminescent micro-image in the form of a film of perovskite material by applying a solution to a substrate with its subsequent drying differs in that a film of quasi-two-dimensional perovskite material BA 2 MA 2 is used as a film of perovskite material Pb 3 Br 4 I 6, which is obtained by applying a mixture of 0.3 mmol of lead iodide, 0.2 mmol of butylammonium bromide and 0.2 mmol of methyl ammonium bromide dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide onto a substrate by centrifugation at a speed of 2000-2500 rpm for 10-15 minutes, and drying is carried out by heating to a temperature of 60-70°C for 10-15 minutes.
The use of quasi-two-dimensional perovskite material BA 2 MA 2 Pb 3 Br 4 I 6 as a carrier, obtained by drying a solution of lead iodide (PbI 2 ), butylammonium bromide (BABr) and methylammonium bromide (MABr) in a selected proportion allows one to obtain a wide spectral range for recording due to the fact that as irradiation with laser pulses occurs, the following processes sequentially occur in the structure of the material:
- фотоиндуцированная миграция ионов брома и йода с формированием отдельных бромных и йодных областей (эффект фазовой сегрегации) и смещением спектра фотолюминесценции от 560 нм до 600 нм; - photoinduced migration of bromine and iodine ions with the formation of separate bromine and iodine regions (phase segregation effect) and a shift in the photoluminescence spectrum from 560 nm to 600 nm;
- разрушение йодных областей в результате окисления ионов йода и формирования ими летучего соединения I2, покидающего структуру, что приводит к протеканию излучательной рекомбинации в бромных областях и переходу спектра в синюю область длин волн до значения 460 нм;- destruction of iodine regions as a result of oxidation of iodine ions and their formation of a volatile compound I 2 leaving the structure, which leads to radiative recombination in bromine regions and a transition of the spectrum to the blue wavelength region up to 460 nm;
- термическое спекание квази-двумерной фазы в объемный бромный перовскит со смещением спектра фотолюминесценции в зеленую область длин волн до 500 нм.- thermal sintering of a quasi-two-dimensional phase into bulk bromine perovskite with a shift of the photoluminescence spectrum to the green wavelength region up to 500 nm.
1.The irreversible nature of the listed structural changes makes it possible to set the required wavelength of the irradiated region of the carrier in the range of 460-600 nm by varying the time and intensity of laser irradiation, which is illustrated in Fig. 1.
Applying a solution to a substrate by centrifugation allows you to control the thickness of the resulting film by changing the speed, and drying the film by heating without using a photocurable resin simplifies the technology and allows you to separate the processes of manufacturing the carrier and recording photoluminescent micro-images.
An example of a specific implementation of the method: 138.3 mg of lead iodide, 30.8 mg of butylammonium bromide and 22.4 mg of methyl ammonium bromide were mixed in 1 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide. The resulting solution was applied to a cleaned substrate by centrifugation at a speed of 2500 rpm for 10 minutes, followed by drying for 10 minutes at a temperature of 60°C. As a result, a thin film of the material BA 2 MA 2 Pb 3 Br 4 I 6 with a thickness of 60 nm was obtained.
To check the characteristics of the resulting carrier (see Fig.), a matrix of luminescent dots was recorded on the surface of the manufactured thin film using laser pulses with a wavelength of 790 nm, a duration of 100 fs, and a frequency of 80 MHz. In the process of recording points, the laser irradiation time varied from 2 to 4 ms along the horizontal axis of the matrix, and the laser irradiation intensity values varied in the range from 1.24×10 7 to 1.47×10 7 W/cm 2 along the vertical axis. As a result, under ultraviolet irradiation of the film with a 3 W power source, photoluminescence was observed in a spectral range extended from 460 to 600 nm compared to the prototype.
Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to simply manufacture a medium for recording luminescent micro-images in a wide spectral range, ready for the recording process after production.
