(US 20130032059 А1, МПК В29В 15/00 (2006.01), C08L 83/04 (2006.01), C08L 97/02 (2006.01), В29С 35/16 (2006.01), B29D 11/00 (2006.01), C08L 33/26 (2006.01), C08L 29/04 (2006.01), заявлен 03.08.2011).The closest technical solution to the proposed one is a method for producing microcrystalline cellulose hydrogel, including activation of microcrystalline cellulose when it comes into contact with a solvent, removal of the solvent from activated cellulose, dissolution of activated cellulose to form a solution, conversion of the solution into a gel, drying of the finished product and its rehydration, with In this case, microcrystalline cellulose was synthesized by activating 2-5 grams of cellulose powder in 100 ml of N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) with stirring (350 rpm) for 24 hours. In a separate beaker, 8 grams of lithium chloride (LiCl) was dissolved in 100 ml of DMAc and stirred at 350 rpm. DMAc was decanted from the activated cellulose powder, and the LiCl/DMAc solution was poured onto the cellulose and mixed for 10 minutes. The resulting clear solutions were poured into the desired shapes and allowed to “harden” overnight. The gels were molded and washed in running water for several hours. (US 20130032059 A1, MPC B29V 15/00 (2006.01), C08L 83/04 (2006.01), C08L 97/02 (2006.01), B29C 35/16 (2006.01), B29D 11/00 (2006.01), C08L 33/26 (2006.01), C08L 29/04 (2006.01), declared 08/03/2011).

It should be noted that the production of the target product from biodamaged coniferous wood and annual plants is due to the fact that in Russia an extensive model of forest management is mainly used, i.e. Natural forests are being cut down, while other countries are trying to grow more and more artificial forests. A natural way of restoring forest resources includes the option of overgrowing lands that are no longer in agricultural use with forests. But this process takes a huge amount of time and has various factors on which the speed of restoration of forest ecosystems depends. In our opinion, this problem can be solved by producing microcrystalline cellulose hydrogel from raw materials alternative to industrial wood, such as: rapidly renewable raw materials (annual plants); biodamaged wood.
The proposed solution deals with the target product obtained from coniferous wood damaged by the Ussuri polygraph and rapidly renewable raw materials (annual plant - industrial hemp bonfires). The main advantages of natural polymers are biodegradability, reproducibility and non-toxicity. Therefore, the development of pure natural polymer hydrogels is relevant. The difficulty of obtaining microcrystalline cellulose from plant raw materials is that, in addition to cellulose, it contains compounds such as lignin, hemicelluloses, various extractives and a small percentage of minerals. There are various ways to obtain MCC:
- традиционный - гидролиз, является наиболее распространенным способом получения целлюлозы и лигноцеллюлозных материалов с использованием в качестве катализаторов водных растворов различных кислот (серной, соляной, азотной и их смесей). Недостатком данного способа получения является неудовлетворительная химическая чистота, использование агрессивных растворов неорганических кислот и низкие экологические показатели готового продукта;- traditional - hydrolysis, is the most common method for producing cellulose and lignocellulosic materials using aqueous solutions of various acids (sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric and their mixtures) as catalysts. The disadvantage of this production method is unsatisfactory chemical purity, the use of aggressive solutions of inorganic acids and low environmental performance of the finished product;
Недостатком данных способов является наличие особого аппаратурного оформления и специально подготовленного персонала.- non-traditional, using steam explosion (autohydrolysis-explosion), ionizing radiation and ultrasonic treatment, cavitation-hydrodynamic method, etc. The disadvantage of these methods is the presence of special equipment and specially trained personnel.
In the proposed solution, when producing a gel from microcrystalline cellulose obtained from biodamaged coniferous wood and industrial hemp bonfires, the following condition must be met: dissolution of microcrystalline cellulose in a LiCl/DMAc environment is carried out without first keeping the semi-finished microcrystalline cellulose in a DMAc solution according to the following scheme:
- нагрев до температуры 55-58°С в течение 4-5 минут;- heating to a temperature of 55-58°C for 4-5 minutes;
- охлаждение в течение 4-5 минут до температуры 18-20°С;- cooling for 4-5 minutes to a temperature of 18-20°C;
- повторный нагрев до температуры 55-58°С в течение 4-5 минут;- reheating to a temperature of 55-58°C for 4-5 minutes;
Next, the product is kept for 3-5 days at room temperature until the reaction is completed. The solvent is removed from the product with distilled water. The purified product is dried to an air-dry state in air or dried in a freeze-drying unit.
LiCl/DMAc.Fulfillment of all these conditions makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of producing a hydrogel from microcrystalline cellulose - processing time, temperature, and the amount of LiCl/DMAc solution.
The method for producing microcrystalline cellulose hydrogel is as follows.
Biodamaged coniferous wood or industrial hemp bonfire is subjected to cooking, during which the separation of unbleached cellulose is carried out by a cooking solution, the main components of which are hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium sulfide (Na 2 S). For simultaneous bleaching and grinding of the fibrous suspension, the resulting unbleached sulphate pulp is fed to a knifeless “jet-barrier” grinding installation. (Patent SU 1559026 A1, MPK D21D 1/34 (2006.01), B02C 19/06 (2006.01). Installation for grinding fibrous material: application 03.28.1988: publ. 04.23.1990 / Lakhno A.G., Vasyutin V. Grinding set for a disk mill: application 06/19/2006: published 01/10/2008 / Alashkevich Yu.D., Kovalev V.I., Nabieva A.A.; applicant Siberian State Technical University. - 7 p.]), where in order to increase the external specific surface of the fibers and the number of free hydroxyl groups on it are subject to intense influence of hydraulic forces. As a result of mechanical and hydrodynamic effects, the separation of fibers and their clumps occurs more efficiently, the size of the polymer is modified without changing the chemical properties of the fibers. Next, the bleached cellulose is subjected to hydrolytic destruction, followed by purification from acid residues with distilled water.
The production of hydrogels is carried out by regenerating finely dispersed microcrystalline cellulose in the LiCl/DMAc system, removing the solvent with distilled water, followed by freeze-drying of the hydrogel or without drying.
