At its In the end section (in the direction of fish movement), the fish passage and spawning channel is equipped with a head regulator 32, coupled with an output (for fish) or an input (for flow) head 33. The bottom and slopes of the fish passage tract 5, fish resting (sludge) areas 6, output ( for fish) or the entrance (for the stream) head 33 are secured from erosion by the water flow with a stone-gravel-pebble mixture, which is a spawning substrate for lithophilous fish species. Fish resting (sludge) zones 6 are characterized by length - L w/o , width along the bottom - B w/o , slopes - m , depth - h r/t and average flow velocity over the live section - v w/o . The resting (settlement) zone for fish 6 includes: diffuser 7 and confuser 31 parts and the main area formed by the bottom 8, right 9 and left 10 slopes. At the same time, the flow speed in the fish resting (sludge) area 6 - v z/o , on average - (25-30)% less than the flow speed in the fish passage tract 5 ( v r/t ) of the channel (that is - v z/ o < v r/t ), due to the fact that the width along the bottom of the resting (sludge) areas of fish 6 ( B w/o ) exceeds the width along the bottom ( B r/t ) of the fish passage 5 ( B w/o > B r/ T ). The right 9 and left 10 (in the direction of flow) slopes of the fish resting (sludge) area 6 are equipped with spawning devices 11, providing conditions for the reproduction of phytophilic fish species moving (settled) along the slopes of the fish passage tract 5 (fish resting (sludge) area 6). The spawning device 11 includes a leading drum 26 (diameter - d 1 ) with right-hand 27 and left-hand 28 grips attached to both ends. The bearing units 25 provide the possibility of rotation of the driving drum 26 s angular velocity - ω 1 . At a distance - r from the vertical axis of the drive drum 24 stand, a driven drum 23 with a diameter of - d 2 is attached, located at a height - h 2 in bearing units 22 mounted on stands 21 and rotating at an angular speed - ω 2 in the opposite direction to the drive drum 26 direction. On the leading drum 26, a spawning cloth 16 is wound, characterized by a width of B floor with flexible artificial vegetation (spawning substrate) 18 fixed on it. The spawning cloth 16 is provided with holes 17, intended for its fixation on mounting bolts 20 (built into the coastal blind area 19 ), by means of a fixing plate 29 and wings 30. At the leading edge of the spawning canvas 16, there is a ballast 15 sliding along guides 14, made of a channel, fixed in the concrete fastening (lining) of the slope of the fish settling area 13. Linear (translational) speed of movement ( immersion into the water column) of ballast 15 and spawning cloth 16 ( v floor ) is determined by the rotation speed of the drive drum 26 - ω 2 .
е. на отдалении - (100-150) м (фиг.1).Fishing and spawning channel according to Fig. 1-25 works as follows. The water supply of the fish pass tract 5 is ensured by the intake of water masses from the upper pool of the waterworks 1 and its supply to the head regulator of the channel 32 through the outlet (for fish) or inlet (for the water flow) head 33. By raising the gates of the head regulator 32, water is injected into the fish pass tract 5, resting areas (settlement) for fish 6 and the entrance (for fish) head 4 of the channel from the output (for water flow) section of which a train of fish-attracting velocities emanates from the downstream of the waterworks 3. The spawning migrations of fish along the downstream of the waterworks 3 to overcome the pressure front of the spillway dam 2 and the outlet to the upper pool of the hydroelectric complex 1 enter the entrance (for fish) head 4 of the fish passage and spawning channel, the alignment of which is located from the alignment of the spillway dam 2 at a distance not exceeding the length of the fish search zone for passage through the obstacle, i.e. at a distance - (100-150) m (Fig. 1).
2-5). Для рыб, перемещающихся вдоль плоскости откосов рыбоходного тракта 5, в зонах отстоя рыб 6 - предусмотрено наличие нерестовых устройств 11, обеспечивающих ряд необходимых для нереста (воспроизводства) их фитофильных видов биолого-технических условий (фиг.2, фиг.3, фиг.6 - фиг.25).After overcoming the aquatic space of the entrance (for fish) head 4, the fish move into the fish passage tract 5 of the channel, while moving along which they spend part of their energy (muscular) potential, the restoration of which is planned to be carried out in the rest (settlement) areas of the fish 6 with suitable hydrometric ( flow-rate and spatial) conditions (Fig. 2-5). For fish moving along the plane of the slopes of the fish passage tract 5, in the fish settling zones 6, the presence of spawning devices 11 is provided, providing a number of biological and technical conditions necessary for the spawning (reproduction) of their phytophilic species (Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 6 - Fig.25).
The operation of spawning devices 11 is carried out according to the following principle. From the initial position (Fig. 6-8), the ballast 15 with the spawning canvas 16 attached to it moves along the concrete fastening (lining) of the slopes 13 of the fish resting area (sludge) 6 into the water column, with a depth of h r/t due to its dissolution leading drum 26 (Fig. 19, Fig. 20). The driven drum 23 stabilizes and facilitates the return of the spawning material 16 and serves as a pressing device (Fig. 21, Fig. 22). The straight-line trajectory of immersion of the spawning cloth 16 and ballast 15 into the water column is ensured by the presence of guides 14 symmetrically fixed relative to the axis of the spawning device 11. When immersing the spawning cloth 16 into the water column, the effect of frictional forces on the ballast 15 from the side of the guides 14 is compensated by the inertia force it creates during movement , which favors its movement with the recoil speed specified by the leading drum 26 (Fig. 9-11). Artificial vegetation (spawning substrate) 18, fixed on the spawning canvas 16 from the folded (initial) position under the action of the elastic forces of its stems and the frictional force of the flow, rises above the plane of the spawning canvas 16 to a working (close to vertical) position. When the spawning canvas 16 and ballast 15 reach their final position (Fig. 12-14), it is fixed on the plane of the coastal blind area 19 by pressing it with a fixing plate 29 (Fig. 15-17). Before fixing the spawning canvas 16, it is necessary to fulfill the condition for the formation of sag required for inserting a pair of holes 17 into the mounting bolts 20 (Fig. 18), after which the spawning canvas 16 is pressed from above by the fixing plate 29 and the wings 30, which fix the spawning canvas 16 on the coastal blind area 19 (Fig. 23-25). The longitudinal tension force of the spawning web 16 is selected from the condition of minimizing the impact of disturbing flow forces on it.
18.During the operation of the fish passage and spawning channel, sediments and floating debris distributed in the thickness of the water flow settle on the artificial vegetation 18 and the spawning bed 16, clogging it, which requires measures to regularly clean it in order to prevent a decrease in the efficiency of its functioning. Washing of the spawning canvas 16 is carried out with a portable fire nozzle by the canal operation service. Before carrying out measures to clean it from foreign weeds, it is removed (winded up) onto the leading drum 26 of the spawning device 11, and then re-dissolved in the direction opposite to its working position. After cleaning activities, the spawning fabric 16 is wound back onto the drive drum 26, after which the described operations for putting the spawning device 11 into operation are repeated. With appropriate fish breeding and biological justification (i.e., at the beginning of the spawning run and the need to pass fish moving along the plane of the slopes of the fish passage tract 5, but preferring not artificial vegetation, but, for example, small pebbles as a spawning substrate), the spawning run can be replaced canvas 16 onto a canvas with an imitation of a fundamentally different type of spawning substrate, instead of artificial vegetation 18.
5.The use of a fish passage and spawning channel, made of a meandering planned outline, including a fish passage tract 5, equipped with fish resting (settlement) areas 6 of a trapezoidal transverse outline with spawning devices located along their right bank 9 and left bank 10 slopes, equipped with a spawning canvas 16 with artificial vegetation 18, provides favorable conditions for rest (sludge) of fish moving along the bottom and slopes of the fish passage tract 5 and creates the necessary hydrometric and technical conditions for spawning in their aquatic space of phytophilic fish species moving to spawning grounds mainly along the slopes of the fish passage tract 5.
