Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a technology for the manufacture of soil-cultivating working bodies of agricultural machinery, mainly to the technology of their hardening.
55-62 HRC.A known method for the manufacture of working bodies (patent RU 2309987), including the formation of the working body with the implementation of cutting edges, hardfacing of a reinforcing layer up to 5 mm thick along the lower surface of the cutting edge, heat treatment with high tempering, polishing the upper surface of the cutting edge with rounding of the cutting edges and nitriding of the working body within 8-10 hours to obtain a surface hardness of the working body in the range of 55-62 HRC.
The disadvantages of the known method are as follows. The surfacing layer up to 5 mm increases the thickness of the cutting part, which leads to an increase in the power of the traction body, fuel consumption and violation of agricultural recommendations that allow the thickness of the cutting edges to be no higher than 1.2-1.6 mm. With a greater thickness, active destruction of the soil begins, leading to a decrease in yield. The real resource of the working bodies of soil-cultivating agricultural machinery, lancet shares, rippers, chisels, harrows, disks is determined, first of all, not by the wear of the working bodies, but by the state of the cultivated soil layer. In addition, nitriding of steels, by increasing the surface hardness, reduces their corrosion resistance, so nitriding is not recommended for steels operating in a humid environment, such as cultivated soil. It should also be noted that steels containing at least 1% aluminum are subjected to nitriding, on other steels and with any nitriding methods, it is possible to obtain a nitrided layer with a depth of not more than 0.1 mm, while the hardness of the base material decreases.
The problem solved by the invention is to increase the resource of tillage organs while observing the agrotechnical requirements for tillage.
The solution of this problem is achieved by a combination of well-known features, consisting in the fact that the method of hardening the soil-cultivating organs of agricultural machinery includes known features, which consists in the fact that the method includes heat treatment and the formation of a hardened layer on the working surfaces of the working body, and new features, consisting in the fact that the hardened the layer on the working surfaces is made in the form of a multilayer coating applied in stages. Moreover, the coating layer adjacent to the working surfaces is selected from the group of self-fluxing powder materials, the subsequent coating layer is selected from the group of nanostructured materials mainly based on titanium carbides and (or) nitrides, and the process of step-by-step hardening treatment is carried out in the following sequence: a coating layer is applied to the lower working surface from self-fluxing powder material with a thickness of 0.4-0.5 mm, heat treatment of the working body and melting of the applied layer are carried out in a single cycle, then a transitional non-melting layer of self-fluxing powder material with a thickness of 0.04-0.06 mm is applied to the upper working part, after whereby a layer of powdered ceramic material with a thickness of 0.3-0.4 mm and a layer of nanostructured material with a thickness of 8-12 μm are successively applied to the lower and upper working parts. In this case, each subsequent layer of the hardening coating, starting from the material of the core of the working body, is made with increased hardness in relation to the underlying one, and before applying the hardening layers to the working surfaces of the core and to subsequent layers, their surfaces are activated by creating a developed surface on them.
New features make it possible to achieve a high service life by optimizing the thickness, hardness and sequential arrangement of hardening wear-resistant coating layers, high adhesion of coating layers with respect to the base material and to each other, as well as eliminating the phenomena of cracking, peeling, and intense wear during running-in inherent in thick coatings. . In addition, it should be noted that the high resource of tillage organs, ensuring the stability of cutting properties throughout the entire time of work, excludes the destruction of the fertile soil layer. This ensures the stability of fuel consumption, the possibility of operating tillage equipment at optimal speeds and with optimal energy costs, which ultimately leads to a reduction in the cost of agricultural products and an increase in productivity.
The method of manufacturing soil-cultivating bodies of agricultural machinery is considered on the example of the manufacture of the lancet paw of the sowing complex "Omichka-1", where figure 1 shows the lancet paw - top view. Figure 2 shows a section along the AA of figure 1. Figure 3 shows the sequence of applying layers of coating on the upper working part. Figure 4 shows the sequence of applying layers of coating on the lower working part. Lancet paw (figure 1), the skeleton of which is made of steel 65G, contains the wings 2, the toe 3, the connecting part 4 and the cutting edges 5 adjacent to the lower 6 and upper 7 working surfaces. On the lower working surface 6, a developed surface is created by abrasive shot-blasting to increase the strength of mechanical engagement between the material of the working body core and the applied coating, coating 8 is applied from a mixture of self-fluxing powder materials PN85-1015 and PRN70X17S4R4 with a thickness of 0.4-0.5 mm in width working surface, heat treatment of the lancet paw and melting of the applied coating in a single heat treatment cycle. Then, a developed surface is created on the upper working surface and a transition layer 9 is applied to it from self-fluxing powders of the above composition with a thickness of 0.04-0.06 mm, after which developed surfaces are created on the upper and lower working surfaces in the above way and layers 10 are applied to them and 11 made of powdered ceramic material based on Al 2 0 3 with the same thickness of about 0.2-0.3 mm. Then the applied ceramic coating is activated and a nanostructured coating 12 and 13 is applied to it based on titanium carbide TiC, with a thickness of about 8-12 nm.
1.To create self-fluxing and ceramic coatings, a UPU-3D plasma coating installation with a NIID-2 plasma torch was used, and an NNV-6.6-I1 ion-plasma installation was used to apply a nanostructured coating.
The hardness between the coating layers and the base material is distributed as follows. On the lower working surface, the hardness of the base material is about 43-48 HRCe, the self-fluxing fused layer is about 58-62HRCe, the ceramic layer is about 65-70HRCe, the nanostructured layer is about 80-85HRCe. On the upper surface, the hardness values of the base material are about 43-48HRCe, the transition layer is about 48-55HRCe, the ceramic layer is about 65-70HRCe, the nanostructured layer is about 80-85HRCe.
The lancet paws made in accordance with the proposed method of hardening were tested in the fields of the Omsk region in 5 farms. Lancet paws were installed on the sowing units SKP-2.1 "Omichka" and "John Deere". Comparison of the wear of the paws standardly used by farmers and the proposed ones showed that the wear of the working surfaces of the proposed paws is 2-3 times lower than that of the John Deere paws, and 3-6 times lower than that of the Omichka paws. In addition, it was noted the high quality of tillage, reduced fuel consumption throughout the entire operation of the paws and the possibility of their further use.
