Изобретение относится к производству стеклокремнезита на основе техногенных отходов промышленности, используемого в промышленности строительных материалов и строительстве. Известен ряд способов получения стеклокремнезита на основе техногенных отходов промышленности [Будов В.М., Саркисов П.Д. Производство строительного и технического стекла. Способ получения стеклокремнезита на основе техногенных отходов промышленности включает рассев, смешение компонентов нижнего слоя, смешение компонентов верхнего слоя, укладку в формы, спекание, отжиг, обрезку и контроль качества, при этом смешение компонентов нижнего слоя, состоящих из отходов обогащения железистых кварцитов Курской магнитной аномалии (КМА), колеманита и силиката натрия растворимого производят при массовом соотношении 3:1:1 соответственно, смешение компонентов верхнего слоя, состоящих из гранул цветного тарного стекла с силикатом натрия растворимым производят при массовом соотношении 8:1 соответственно, укладку верхнего слоя смеси в формы производят на предварительно уложенный нижний слой в количестве 1/10 части объема нижнего слоя, а спекание производят при температуре 690°С. Сопоставительный анализ показателей качества предлагаемого и известных способов получения стеклокремнезита показал, что в предлагаемом способе прочность стеклокремнезита и морозостойкость возрастают соответственно до 91,5 МПа и 100 циклов замораживания - оттаивания. При этом оптимальное соотношение отходов обогащения железистых отходов КМА, колеманита и силиката натрия растворимого составляет 3:1:1, оптимальное соотношение гранул цветного тарного стекла и силикат натрия растворимого составляет 8:1.Comparative analysis of the quality indicators of the proposed and known methods for the production of glass silica showed that in the proposed method, the strength of glass silicate and frost resistance increase, respectively, to 91.5 MPa and 100 freeze-thaw cycles. Отходы обогащения железистых кварцитов КМА рассевали на виброситах и смешивали с колеманитом и силикатом натрия растворимым при соотношении 0,3:0,1:0,1 кг соответственно. Смесь укладывали вниз формы. В качестве стеклосодержащего компонента использовали бой тарного цветного стекла. После рассева на ситах гранулированное стекло смешивали в лопастном смесителе с силикатом натрия растворимым при соотношении 0,8:0,1 кг соответственно. Смесь укладывали в формы на предварительно уложенный нижний слой. Способ получения стеклокремнезита включает рассев, смешение, укладку в формы нижнего слоя, в качестве которого используют смесь отходов обогащения железистых кварцитов КМА, колеманита и силиката натрия растворимого при соотношении 3:1:1 соответственно. Проводят помол, укладку в формы верхнего слоя, в качестве которого используют смесь гранул цветного тарного стекла с силикатом натрия растворимым при массовом соотношении 8:1.
