Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to methods for producing compositions for chemically stimulating the growth and development of crops, improving their quality and yield.
The closest technical solution to the proposed one is a method of obtaining a composition for stimulating the growth of crops (patent RU No. 2086126, IPC A01N 31/08, 1997), including monoethanolamine, boric acid, copper sulfate and water. A significant disadvantage of this method is that the resulting composition has a low sedimentation stability, leading to the formation of sediment and stratification during storage, which impairs the absorption of microelements by plants and, therefore, reduces the effectiveness of the drug. In addition, the use of water in the final composition increases the volume of the original concentrated solution, which creates additional economic costs for storage and transportation. In addition, sodium, chlorine and bromine ions present in the composition can accumulate in the upper soil layers, causing soil salinization, especially in arid climates on nitrogen-poor sandy and sandy loamy soils, which has a toxic effect on plants.
From the analysis of known similar technical solutions, it was revealed that the technical problem in this area is the need to create a method for preparing a highly effective composition for stimulating plant growth.
The technical result of the invention is to ensure high crop yields.
%:The solution to this problem and the achievement of the claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining a composition for stimulating the growth of crops, including mixing boric acid, a copper component and monoethanolamine, metallic copper is used as a copper component in the form of a powder and the components are taken in the following ratio in wt . %:
при этом сначала смешивают борную кислоту с моноэтаноламином, нагревают смесь до 150-160°С и в течение 1 ч отгоняют выделяющуюся воду, затем реакционную массу охлаждают до комнатной температуры и добавляют воду и металлическую медь в виде порошка, после чего суспензию перемешивают в течение 8 ч до полного растворения меди и для получения концентрированного состава на последнем этапе из реакционной массы в условиях вакуума отгоняют воду.at the same time, boric acid is first mixed with monoethanolamine, the mixture is heated to 150-160 ° C and the released water is distilled off for 1 h, then the reaction mass is cooled to room temperature and water and metallic copper are added in the form of a powder, after which the suspension is stirred for 8 h until complete dissolution of copper and to obtain a concentrated composition at the last stage, water is distilled off from the reaction mass under vacuum conditions.
In the proposed method of obtaining at the initial stage, when monoethanolamine is heated with boric acid, their mutual condensation occurs, leading to the formation of an ester of boric acid. To accelerate this process, water, which is a low-molecular by-product of the reaction, is distilled off from the reaction mass. At the second stage, the composition is diluted with water to reduce viscosity and metallic copper is added in the form of a powder, which, after oxidative dissolution in boric acid ether, turns into a chelate complex. This structure of the copper-containing compound provides good solubility in water, due to which all components are easily absorbed by plants, and also increases the sedimentation stability of the composition. In addition, the resulting composition for stimulating the growth of crops does not contain ions that contribute to salinization of soils, since copper salts are not used to prepare this composition. At the last stage, water is distilled off from the reaction mass under vacuum conditions in order to obtain a concentrated composition.
Composition test results.
The biological activity of the proposed composition to stimulate the growth of crops was tested on seeds of wheat varieties "Ulyanovskaya-105" according to the following method:
1.Wheat seeds were soaked for 1 hour in water, then the water was drained, the seeds were laid out in Petri dishes in a thin layer, covered with glass and germinated for 5 days, after which the germinated seeds were planted on prepared working solutions obtained by diluting the claimed compositions with water in a mass ratio of 1 :1000. Wheat seedlings were grown for 14 days under round-the-clock illumination, then the seedlings and roots were separated from the seeds, dried in an oven at 100°C to a constant weight (for 2 hours), the dry green mass and the weight of the roots were weighed and compared with a blank experiment without application of the composition. The results of the determinations are presented in table. 1.
