Abstract
Description
п.).The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, specifically to the production of cold-rolled anisotropic electrical steel used for the manufacture of magnetic circuits of electrical machines (power and distribution transformers, shunt reactors, etc.).
A characteristic feature of the quality of such steel is the low level of specific magnetic losses and the absence of surface defects (electrical insulating coating). In many ways, these characteristics are achieved by optimizing the structure and texture of the steel, as well as the state of the surface of the strip, which are largely determined by the technological parameters of the second cold rolling.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the level of specific magnetic losses and improve the quality of the surface of cold-rolled electrical anisotropic steel, reducing metal consumption in its production.
The closest to the proposed technical solution in terms of technical essence and the achieved result (prototype) is invention K according to application No. 2002111316/02 dated 04/25/2002 "Method for the production of anisotropic electrical thin sheet steel" (patent No. 2224030), which regulates cold rolling schemes (number of passes, reduction ratio and work roll diameter).
During cold rolling in electrical anisotropic steel in a cold-rolled strip, an optimal deformation texture is not formed, which, in turn, leads to a secondary recrystallization texture (Goss texture) with increased misorientation and a high level of specific magnetic losses. Another significant disadvantage of this method is the presence of surface defects of the strip "contamination spots" (grease burn), the formation of which is due to the increased temperature of the strip during cold rolling (more than 200°C).
The tasks to be solved by the proposed technical solution:
- снижение уровня удельных магнитных потерь;- reduction of the level of specific magnetic losses;
- повышение качества поверхности за счет устранения дефектов «пятна загрязнения» (пригар смазки).- improving the quality of the surface due to the elimination of defects "contamination spots" (grease burn).
This also additionally achieves such a technical result as a reduction in metal consumption in the production of finished products.
The above disadvantages, typical for the prototype, are eliminated by the fact that the method for the production of electrical anisotropic steel includes the process of the second cold rolling, performed in one pass, with controlled cooling of the strip to obtain a metal temperature after rolling in the range of 100÷200°C.
The scheme of the second cold rolling (one or several passes) has a direct effect on the formation of the (111) <112> deformation texture, which is the matrix in which, during subsequent heat treatment, the nuclei of the Goss texture (110) <001> grow at a maximum rate. The presence in the deformation texture of orientations other than (111) <112> leads to a decrease in the rate or exclusion of the growth of nuclei of the Goss texture. Based on the results of the studies, it was noted that the most acute required deformation texture is formed during the second cold rolling in one pass, an increase in the number of passes is accompanied by its dispersion and the appearance of other orientations.
In addition to the rolling scheme, the formation of the deformation texture is also influenced by the rolling temperature. Associated with this is the establishment of the lower temperature limit of the strip 100°C. When the temperature drops below this limit, cold deformation is hindered, leading to scattering of the (111) <112> texture. An additional negative point is the deterioration of the rollability of steel, which leads to strip breaks, an increase in the consumption of metal and rolls.
The upper strip temperature limit of 200° C. is set based on the following conditions. As the temperature rises above this limit, the technological lubricant present on the surface of the strip polymerizes, forming a thin film that cannot be removed during chemical degreasing. The film contains organic components, which, during the subsequent high-temperature annealing, disrupt the process of soil formation, lead to welding of the metal and/or the formation of defects in the electrical insulating coating. An additional negative effect of high temperature is a change in friction conditions in the deformation zone, which can lead to delamination of the surface of the work rolls.
In the temperature range of the strip 100÷200°С due to the boiling process, the maximum removal of coolant residues from the surface of the strip occurs, which improves the surface quality of the finished steel.
