State of the art
Facile Fabrication of Gold Nanoparticles-Poly(vinyl alcohol) Electrospun Water-Stable Nanofibrous Mats: Efficient Substrate Materials for Biosensors. ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 2012, 4, 1963-1971].Among the methods for the synthesis of nonwoven materials with inclusions of nanoparticles, the most common is a simple method of surface deposition of nanoparticles. This method is similar to the approaches used for textile materials [RU2552467C1]. The material is placed in a colloidal suspension of nanoparticles, which are deposited on the surface of non-woven nanofibers due to chemical interaction and electrostatic force [Wang, J.; Wao, N.-V.; No, D.; Zhang, C.-L.; Yu, S.-H. Facile Fabrication of Gold Nanoparticles-Poly(vinyl alcohol) Electrospun Water-Stable Nanofibrous Mats: Efficient Substrate Materials for Biosensors. ACS Appl. mater. Interfaces 2012, 4, 1963-1971].
Metal Oxide-Coated Polymer Nanofibers. Nano Lett. 2003, 3, 143-147]. A limitation of this approach is the selection of a colloidal suspension that can dissolve nanofibers. Also, nanoparticles can be transferred to a nonwoven material by liquid-phase deposition from an aqueous solution [Drew, C.; Liu, H.; Ziegler, D.; Wang, H.; Bruno, F.F.; Whitten,.; Samuelson, L. A.; Kumar. Metal Oxide Coated Polymer Nanofibers. Nano Lett. 2003, 3, 143-147]. By immersing nanofibers in an aqueous solution of a metal precursor, one can obtain metal oxide nanoparticles on the nanofibers as a result of hydrolysis and condensation reactions of the metal precursor. For example, thin shells consisting of TiO 2 or SnO 2 nanoparticles were deposited by this method on polyacrylonitrile nanofibers.
The main disadvantage is that the nanoparticles are deposited only on the surface of the nonwoven material, which significantly increases the risk of subsequent degradation of the nanoparticles in air.
Electrospun Si/С Fibers for а Stable and Fast Sodium-Ion Battery Anode. ACS Nano 2013, 7, 6378-6386], [Xia, G.; Li, D.; Chen, Х.; Tan, У.; Tang, Z.; Guo, Z.; Liu, Н.;Liu, Z.; Уи, Х. Carbon-Coated Li3N Nanofibers for Advanced Hydrogen Storage. Adv. Mater. 2013, 25, 6238-6244.]. There is a method in which nanoparticles can be synthesized in situ inside non-woven nanofibers by thermal annealing of composite nanofibers containing the necessary precursor [Zhu, Y.; Han, H.; Xu, W.; Liu, W.; Zheng, S.; Xu, K.; Hu, L.; Wang, C. Electrospun Si/C Fibers for a Stable and Fast Sodium-Ion Battery Anode. ACS Nano 2013, 7, 6378-6386], [Xia, G.; Li, D.; Chen, H.; Tan, W.; Tang, Z.; Guo, Z.; Liu, H.; Liu, Z.; Wee, H. Carbon-Coated Li3N Nanofibers for Advanced Hydrogen Storage. Adv. mater. 2013, 25, 6238-6244]. The size of the resulting nanoparticles in the fibers can be changed by controlling the heat treatment conditions. This method is mainly used to incorporate metal or ceramic nanoparticles into carbon or ceramic nanofibers.
Н. С.; Ramakrishna, S. Electrosprayed Nanoparticles and Electrospun Nanofibers Based on Natural Materials: Applications in Tissue Regeneration, Drug Delivery and Pharmaceuticals. Chem. Soc. Rev. 2015, 44, 790-814], [Nagase, К.; Nagumo, У.; Kim, М.; Kim, Н.; Kyung, Н. W.; Chung, Н. J.; Sekine, Н.; Shimizu, Т.; Kanazawa, Н.; Okano, Т.; et al. Local Release of VEGF Using Fiber Mats Enables Effective Transplantation of Layered Cardiomyocyte Sheets. Macromol. Biosci. 2017, 17, 1700073].There are works where nanoparticles are sprayed onto growing nanofibers during electrospinning [Sridhar, R.; Lakshminarayanan, R.; Madhaiyan, K.; Amutha Barathi, V.; Lim, K. H. S.; Ramakrishna, S. Electrosprayed Nanoparticles and Electrospun Nanofibers Based on Natural Materials: Applications in Tissue Regeneration, Drug Delivery and Pharmaceuticals. Chem. soc. Rev. 2015, 44, 790-814], [Nagase, K.; Nagumo, W.; Kim, M.; Kim, N.; Kyung, H. W.; Chung, H. J.; Sekine, N.; Shimizu, T.; Kanazawa, N.; Okano, T.; et al. Local Release of VEGF Using Fiber Mats Enables Effective Transplantation of Layered Cardiomyocyte Sheets. macromol. biosci. 2017, 17, 1700073].
This approach makes it possible to introduce nanoparticles into a nonwoven material; however, the uniformity of the distribution of nanoparticles over the volume is not high.
[RU 2733917 C1].Known methods for the synthesis of optical composite materials based on polymeric materials with the inclusion of nanoparticles and quantum dots, allowing you to create continuous coatings [RU 2627371 C2], in particular by layer-by-layer deposition [RU 2733917 C1].
A known method for the synthesis of non-woven materials with inclusions of photoluminescent quantum dot nanoparticles (patent KR101898043B1, South Korea). This technology is the production of a quantum dot-polymer composite by mixing quantum dot powder and a hydrophobic polymer and introducing the quantum dot-polymer composite into a nonwoven fabric production device. The described method makes it possible to create nonwoven materials based on polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. with inclusions of A2B6 inorganic quantum dots (CdS, CdSe, ZnS, etc.). The resulting nonwoven materials exhibit photoluminescence in the visible wavelength range. However, such a quantum dot nonwoven fabric based on A2B6 semiconductors has the following disadvantages:
квантовые точки на основе A2B6 могут быть токсичны;quantum dots based on A2B6 can be toxic;
90%.the quantum yield of quantum dots based on A2B6 is about 60%, while the quantum yield of perovskite quantum dots exceeds 90%.
Uniform Luminous Perovskite Nanofibers with Color‐Tunability and Improved Stability Prepared by One‐Step Core/Shell Electrospinning. Small, 14(22), 1704379]. The closest to the proposed invention and accepted as a prototype is a method for the synthesis of nonwoven materials with inclusions of photoluminescent perovskite quantum dots [Tsai, P. C., Chen, J. Y., Ercan, E., Chueh, C. C., Tung, S. H., & Chen, W. C. (2018) . Uniform Luminous Perovskite Nanofibers with Color-Tunability and Improved Stability Prepared by One-Step Core/Shell Electrospinning. Small, 14(22), 1704379]. The single-stage method of coaxial electrospinning of a nonwoven material from perovskite precursors and polymers provides the creation of core-shell structures, while perovskite nanoparticles are formed in the core, which ensures the encapsulation of dots and their protection from the environment.
The disadvantage of this method is the fact that precursor solutions are used, and, as a result, a significant spread in the size and shape of perovskite nanoparticles in the synthesized fibers is observed.
Disclosure of invention
CsPbBr3.The present invention proposes a solution to the problem of synthesizing a photoluminescent nonwoven material with encapsulated recrystallized nanoparticles of CsPbBr 3 inorganic halide perovskites embedded in the structure.
EFFECT: obtaining a solution and molding from it a flexible non-woven material with photoluminescence (including two-photon ) in the visible wavelength range.
The claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that the molding solution for producing a non-woven composite material, including a polymer, a solvent and inorganic nanoparticles in the form of quantum dots, according to the decision, tetrafluoroethylene vinylidene fluoride is used as a polymer, butyl acetate with dimethylformamide as a solvent in a volume ratio of 1:1, and quantum dots of halide stoichiometric perovskites CsPbBr 3 dried in toluene are used as nanoparticles, while the amount of nanoparticles is not more than 3% by weight of the polymer, and the amount of polymer is 12-13% by weight of the solvent.
CsPbBr3.The claimed technical result is also achieved by the fact that a non-woven composite material containing a polymer and inorganic nanoparticles in the form of quantum dots, obtained by electrospinning, according to the solution, is obtained from a spinning solution and contains tetrafluoroethylene vinylidene fluoride as a polymer, and quantum dots of halide perovskites as nanoparticles CsPbBr3.
Thus, the technical result is achieved through the colloidal synthesis of inorganic CsPbBr 3 perovskite nanoparticles based on the hot injection method, the introduction of these particles into a polymer solution for electrospinning, and the subsequent formation of a nonwoven material with quantum dots included in it. The synthesized nanoparticles are transferred into toluene. A colloidal solution of nanoparticles in toluene is dried to obtain stoichiometric CsPbBr 3 perovskites, ready to be introduced into a polymer solution for the synthesis of a nonwoven material.
Nanoparticles are dispersed in butyl acetate (BA) and then introduced into dimethylformamide (DMF) to dissolve the polymer. The electrospinning of a nonwoven material is carried out by one of the well-known methods (using a classic syringe installation or another that allows obtaining a nonwoven fibrous material from a solution), when a high electrical voltage is applied between the electrode from which the formation takes place (needle, shaft, string) and the collector, on which non-woven material is formed.
%),Tetrafluoroethylene vinylidene fluoride is used as a polymer, and quantum dots of halide stoichiometric perovskites CsPbBr 3 dried in toluene are used as nanoparticles, which are placed in butyl acetate, and then dimethylformamide is added to the resulting dispersion until the solvent volume ratio is 1:1, then the mixture is added polymer powder (12-13 wt.%),
Wherein the amount of nanoparticles is not more than 3% of the polymer mass, the mass fraction of the polymer in the solution is controlled to achieve optimal conditions for the formation of the solution and the quality of the resulting fibers. The number of nanoparticles is chosen as minimally sufficient to achieve the required photoluminescence intensity due to their high cost. In addition, the introduction of an excessive amount of quantum dots introduced into the solution can also lead to a change in the conditions and quality of formation of the resulting solution.
Синтез материала производится стандартным методом электроформования при параметрах процесса, определяющихся, помимо используемого раствора, конкретными условиями процесса (установкой).Synthesis of the material is carried out by the standard electrospinning method with process parameters determined, in addition to the solution used, by the specific process conditions (installation).
A feature of this method is that during the synthesis of nonwoven material, CsPbBr 3 nanoparticles dispersed in a BA/DMF solution are recrystallized. Recrystallization of nanoparticles during the synthesis of a nonwoven material makes it possible to obtain a flexible nonwoven material with photoluminescence in the visible wavelength range. Given that recrystallization occurs in situ during synthesis, the nanoparticles are evenly distributed over the volume of the nonwoven material, while encapsulation of the nanoparticles in the material is carried out, which protects them from subsequent degradation upon contact with the atmosphere.

Implementation of the invention
(140-200°C).Colloidal synthesis of inorganic CsPbBr 3 perovskite nanoparticles is performed by hot injection. The formation of nanoparticles consists in the controlled precipitation of Cs+, Pb 2+ , and Br– ions during the reaction of Cs oleate with lead (II) halide (PbBr 2 ) in a boiling octadecene solvent under N 2 atmosphere. Cs-oleate is the reaction product of Cs 2 CO 3 and oleic acid in the presence of octadecene. Solubilization of PbBr 2 and stabilization of colloidal nanoparticles are achieved by introducing a mixture of oleylamine and oleic acid in a ratio of 1:1 into 1-octadecene. The size of CsPbBr 3 nanoparticles is controlled in the range of 4-15 nm by the reaction temperature (140-200°C).
The synthesized nanoparticles are then transferred from 1-octadecene to toluene, where they are more stable. A colloidal solution of nanoparticles in toluene is dried to obtain stoichiometric perovskite CsPbBr 3 , ready to be introduced into a polymer solution for the synthesis of a nonwoven material. Measurement and analysis of the photoluminescence spectra of perovskite quantum dots shows that their average size is about 10 nm.
The solution for electrospinning is prepared as follows: 3.2 mg of perovskite nanoparticles are added to 6 ml of BA, then DMF is added to the resulting dispersion until a volume ratio of 1:1 is reached. To the resulting solvent, 1.5 g of tetrafluoroethylene vinylidene fluoride copolymer powder was slowly added to achieve a polymer content of 12% (w/w). The polymer solution is slowly mixed (400 rpm at 53°C for three hours) using a magnetic stirrer.
Elektronik GmbH, Germany. Nanofiber nonwoven material with perovskite nanoparticles is synthesized at the electrospinning unit. To carry out the electrospinning process, a negative voltage (-60 kV) is applied between the grounded solution capillary and a rectangular aluminum collector (15x20 cm) using a stabilized power supply HCP 140-65000, F.u.G. Elektronik GmbH, Germany. The plate is located at a distance of 20 cm from the capillary, the syringe needle serves as the capillary. Nano-sized polymer fibers are collected on siliconized paper fixed on the surface of the collector. The forming solution is pumped through the capillary using a syringe pump for 1 hour at a flow rate of 3 ml/hour.
In FIG. Figure 1 shows images of nonwoven fabric samples without the inclusion of perovskite nanoparticles (top) and with recrystallized nanoparticles (bottom) in daylight (Fig. 1a) and under UV lamp illumination (Fig. 1b). The sample with included nanoparticles has a uniform photoluminescence (PL) signal, which indicates a uniform distribution of CsPbBr 3 nanoparticles in the sample volume. A typical PL peak has a wavelength λ max = 506 nm (Fig. 2). The nonwoven material without nanoparticles shows no PL signal.
In FIG. Figure 3 shows microscopic images of fibers of a polymeric nonwoven material and a material with inclusions of perovskite nanoparticles obtained by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It can be seen that there are no inclusions in a pure nonwoven material, while in a nonwoven material with dissolved quantum dots, inclusions are observed that are uniformly distributed over the volume and have a small scatter in size. The average particle size is about 10 nm, which corresponds to the size of perovskite nanoparticles in the initial colloidal solution.
Thus, it is possible to synthesize a nonwoven material with inclusions of recrystallized CsPbBr 3 nanoparticles luminescing at a wavelength of 506 nm.
