Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the feed industry, namely to the field of feed additives, and can be used as a stimulant of metabolism, the immune and central nervous systems, to increase the digestibility of feed, stimulate the growth and development of young animals, increase the body's resistance to stress factors of physical (irradiation), chemical (ecotoxicants) and biological (pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora) nature.
№8).Known feed mixture for farm animals and birds, including a protein and mineral supplement, components of plant origin and fodder yeast, as a protein supplement contains a protein preparation obtained from earthworm biomass and components of plant origin (RF patent No. 2295253, Published: 20.03. 2007 Bull. Sodium selenite is an inorganic compound, an alkali metal salt of sodium and selenous acid with the formula Na 2 SeO 3 , colorless crystals, soluble in water, forms crystalline hydrates.
Д.К. 1977).Sodium selenite is used to normalize the work of the heart, thyroid gland, blood vessels, etc. In agriculture, sodium selenite is an indispensable component for animal feed. Also in veterinary medicine, with the help of selenite, they fight a number of diseases in calves, piglets, sheep. The drug is prescribed for the treatment and prevention of white muscle disease in lambs, calves and other animals, including birds. The role of sodium selenite in animal husbandry is quite significant, to save the livestock from such problems as: white muscle disease, toxic dystrophy, swelling. In small doses, selenium preparations act like vitamin E - they are involved in the processes of tissue respiration and oxidative phosphorylation. Sodium selenite has anticoagulant and antitoxic properties, as a strong antioxidant it reduces and inhibits the formation of peroxides, prevents the overoxidation of fatty acids and the accumulation of toxic peroxides in the body, thereby normalizing metabolism (see "Medicines in veterinary medicine", Handbook / Ed. D .K. Chervyakova and others - M: "Spike", 1977).

As a model of the stress situation of animals, we used the transport stress of piglets to be regrouped to other technological positions (transfer to a fattening group located at a distance of 25 km from the place where the piglets were kept). To test the effectiveness, 30 two-month-old piglets were selected, which, according to the principle of analogues, were divided into three groups of ten animals each.
Piglets of the first group within 10 days asked inside the claimed feed additive at a dose of 30 g 2 times a day (morning and evening); the animals of the second group were given inside the feed additive "Vita-Force M" in the same dose and multiplicity; piglets of the third group received the main diet. Before transportation, clinical and hematological studies of blood samples were performed.
3.Piglets were transported on a Kamaz truck with a tent semi-trailer in the summer at a temperature of +20°C, relative humidity 88%, ammonia concentration - 20 mg/m 3 .
The effectiveness of the preparations was taken into account according to the health status of piglets after transportation, clinical, physiological and immunological parameters.
Observations of animals on the way showed: anxiety, nervous tension, frequent acts of urination and defecation. Upon arrival, all animals were weighed and blood samples were taken from each animal for laboratory testing.
6,7%.After transportation, the piglets noted a deviation in the state of the clinical and physiological status: a symptom complex of general fatigue, impaired coordination of movements, muscle tremors, frequent urination and defecation, and a decrease in live weight by 6.7%.
In animals of the first group, the restoration of the normal state of health and clinical and physiological parameters occurred after 9-10 hours, in the second - after 11-14 hours, in the third - after 21-24 hours.
The results of studying the state of immunity in terms of the content of T- and B-lymphocytes, the phagocytic activity of neutrophils and the phagocytic index showed that the claimed natural feed additive has immunostimulating and immunomodulating properties. The immunostimulatory effect was accompanied by an increase in the number of antibody-synthesizing B-lymphocytes by 8.2%, an increase in their blast-transforming activity in the RBTL test by 18.8%; and against this background, an increase in the synthesis of immunoglobulins by 13.9% compared with the control followed. The immunomodulatory effect of the tested natural biologically active feed additive was characterized by a change in the ratio of the immunoregulatory index T x /T c =2.01. The phagocytic index in piglets of the first group was 6.9 versus 5.8; and phagocytic activity - 79% versus 75% in control.
Example 3. Checking the radioprotective effect of the claimed feed additive
To test the radioprotective activity of the tested natural biologically active feed additive, 30 five-month-old gilts were used, which, according to the principle of analogues, were divided into groups of 5 animals each. Pigs of the first group within 10 days before irradiation and within 10 days after irradiation received a feed ration containing 5% of the proposed feed additive; gilts of the second group - under the same conditions received a feed ration with the known feed additive "Vita-Force M"; the third group - 20 days before and within 20 days after irradiation received a feed ration with the addition of the proposed natural biologically active feed additive; the fourth group 20 days before and within 20 days after irradiation received the well-known feed additive "Vita-Force M"; the fifth group - 30 days before and within 30 days after irradiation received a diet with the addition of the claimed biologically active feed additive; the sixth group - 30 days before irradiation and 30 days after irradiation received the well-known feed additive "Vita-Force M" under similar conditions.
10, 20, 30 days after the start of feeding, the animals of all groups were subjected to external gamma irradiation at a dose that causes severe radiation sickness, equal to 4.5 Gy. The animals were monitored, taking into account the number of dead and surviving animals. The radioprotective efficacy of the preparations was evaluated by the integral index of the survival rate of lethally irradiated animals.
Установлено, что выживаемость в первой группе составила 90%, во второй - 80%; в третьей - 90%, в четвертой - 80%, в пятой - 90% и в шестой - 80%.It was found that the survival rate in the first group was 90%, in the second - 80%; in the third - 90%, in the fourth - 80%, in the fifth - 90% and in the sixth - 80%.
Thus, both tested feed additives have radioprotective activity. However, the rate of onset of radioresistance of the irradiated organism against the background of feeding animals with the test feed additives depended on their composition: the maximum radioresistance in animals receiving the claimed feed additive as part of the diet occurred within 10 days, and in animals receiving the well-known feed additive Vita -Force M "the period of formation of resistance was 20 days, therefore, the proposed feed additive increases the radioresistance in animals twice as compared with the prototype.
Example 4. Checking the decorporating activity of the claimed feed additive
После завершения затравки в течение 20 дней животным скармливали рацион с добавлением: кормовой добавки «Вита-Форце М» (первая группа) и заявляемой натуральной биологически активной кормовой добавки (вторая группа).To assess the decorporating (radionuclide-binding and excreting from the body) activity of the test preparation, experiments were carried out on 20 white rats, divided into groups of 10 animals each. Animals of both groups were injected twice intragastrically with an aqueous solution of cesium-137 with a total activity of 1000 Bq/kg. After completion of the priming for 20 days, the animals were fed a diet with the addition of: feed additive "Vita-Force M" (first group) and the claimed natural biologically active feed additive (second group).
On days 10 and 20, 3 animals from each group were killed to determine the specific radioactivity of the isotope in the organs and tissues of the inoculated animals. As a result of radiometric studies, it was found that the tested preparations have decorporating activity, however, the degree of decorporation was different. On day 20, the specific radioactivity of the isotope in the critical organ of muscle tissue in animals of the first group was 396.3 Bq/kg, and in the 2nd group it was 368.3 Bq/kg, which is 1.1 times higher than that of the known supplement.
Example 5. Checking the antibacterial (anti-infectious) activity of the claimed natural feed additive
To test the antibacterial activity, the liquid form of Vita-Force M feed additives and the claimed feed additive were used by their water extraction with sequential dilution 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 1:12, 1:32, 1 :64. The prepared concentrations of extracts were added in 1.0 ml to test tubes containing microbial cells of a virulent strain of the causative agent of escherichiosis E. coli "KV-1" with a concentration of microbial cells of 5 × 10 8 mc/ml and the mixture was thermostated for 24 hours at a temperature 36°C, carrying out control seedings of samples in 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 20, 24 hours. The crops were examined daily for 10 days, recording the growth of colonies. It has been established that the use of high concentrations of extracts of the claimed feed additive (1:2-1:6) ensured the death of microbes of the test culture after 1-3 hours, and the use of the Vita-Force M preparation - (1:2-1:8) ensured the death of microbes of the test culture after 1-4 hours. And weaker concentrations of the claimed feed additive (1:32-1:64) had a bactericidal effect for a longer exposure - 12-24 hours after contact of microbes with the test preparation, and the drug "Vita-Force M" - (1:32-1 :64) had a bactericidal effect for a longer exposure for 16-24 hours. Based on the data obtained, it was shown that the proposed natural biologically active feed additive has a higher antibacterial activity than the well-known additive "Vita-Force M".
Example 6. Checking the claimed biologically active feed additive for the antiparasitic effect of roundworms
To test the antiparasitic effect of a natural biologically active feed additive, 15 heads of calves two months old were used. The young animals were divided into three groups of five animals each. Animals were selected selectively according to height and weight parameters.
The calves of the first group were fed with the claimed natural biologically active feed additive 30 g twice a day for 30 days, the calves of the second group received the drug "Vita-Force M" in the same proportions, the third group served as a control and received normal food.
Fecal studies were carried out according to the method of Fulleborn. Faeces were taken from the animals from the rectum. Since roundworms develop in the body of an animal for at least a month and a half, the studies were carried out from the age of 2 months. Parasites in the body of calves can cause bronchopneumonia, accompanied by shortness of breath and snoring of the lungs.
3.The results of helminthological studies are presented in table 3.
It can be seen from the table that on the 14th day of research in the calves of the first group there was a decrease in the number of helminth eggs by 60% versus 40% in the second group and 10% in the control, and on the 21st day there were no helminth eggs in the feces of the calves of the first group, in the second group they decreased up to 20%, in control - 60% unchanged. Therefore, the proposed natural biologically active feed additive has an antiparasitic effect.
Example 7. Effect of feed additive on antiviral immunity
Antiviral immunity (PVI) of animals was evaluated against the background of vaccination with the antiviral vaccine against rabies "Schelkovo 51" in experiments on rabbits in a scientific and production experiment in the conditions of the fur farm LLC "Biryuly" Vysokogorsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the experiments, 18 rabbits were used, divided into 3 groups of 6 animals each. Rabbits of the first group with the main diet received the claimed feed additive in accordance with the invention; the second group - with the main diet received the well-known feed additive "Vita-Force M"; the animals of the third group received the basic diet without feed additives.
After 20 days of feeding, the animals were immunized against rabies using the Schelkovo 51 vaccine. The effectiveness of vaccination was assessed by the results of serological studies of blood serum in HRHA (hemagglutination delay reaction) for the intensity of immunity against rabies after immunization of animals with anti-rabies vaccine.
4.The results of serological studies of blood sera of rabbits immunized with the rabies vaccine against the background of feeding them with the claimed and known feed additives are presented in Table 4.
Table 4 shows that the claimed feed additive has a positive effect on the development of post-vaccination rabies immunity. So, in the first group, the percentage of immune livestock was 90% versus 70% in the compared group, in the second group it exceeded the control values by 40%. The results of determining the titers of anti-rabies antiviral antibodies indicate a higher intensity of post-vaccination immunity in animals of the first group compared to the second and control groups.
Example 8. The effectiveness of the claimed feed additive in comparison with the known analogue in the experiment on piglets in the scientific and production experience in the pig-breeding complex LLC "Bacon" Tukaevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The 10-day-old piglets selected by the method of analogues for the experiment were immunized with the vaccine against mycoplasmosis of pigs produced by the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine named after A.I. CM. Vyshelessky". The vaccine was applied twice: the first time on the 14th day of life, the second - two weeks later (day 28 of life) intramuscularly at a dose of 2.0 ml. In the experiments, 30 piglets were used, divided into three groups of 10 animals each. Piglets of the first group were obtained from sows fed a diet containing the well-known additive "Vita-Force M"; the second group - obtained from sows receiving a feed ration containing the inventive feed additive; the third group - obtained from sows kept on a normal feed ration. The use of the above feed additives was due to the unfavorable condition of the pig farm due to porcine respiratory mycoplasmosis. During the experiment, to assess the state of the livestock, the increase in live weight, control of safety and clinical condition, the intensity of post-vaccination immunity by determining the titers of antimycoplasmal antibodies in RA and the resistance of animals to the causative agent of respiratory mycoplasmosis were taken into account.
5.The results of the experiments are presented in table 5.
It can be seen from the table data that the claimed feed additive provides stimulation of the immune system and non-specific resistance of young animals obtained from sows kept on a diet with the addition of the claimed feed additive, which was expressed in an increase in the safety of young animals up to 98.9%, the formation of anti-mycoplasmal immunity, a decrease seropositive livestock for respiratory mycoplasmosis up to 14.3%. At the same time, the average body weight gain significantly (by 1.36 and 1.47 times, respectively) exceeded that in the first and control groups of piglets. The effectiveness of the proposed feed additive is ensured by the presence in its composition of substances that increase the functional activity of the immune system, in particular, macrophage cells, which leads to a higher level of specific antibodies in response to the vaccines used (against rabies, respiratory mycoplasmosis). In addition, their stimulation increases migratory, phytocyte and lysozyme activity, which correlates with natural resistance.
The economic effect of the introduction of natural biologically active feed additives consists of increasing the efficiency of feeding, increasing weight gain, keeping the livestock of young animals and preventing diseases of an infectious, non-infectious and antiparasitic nature.
