SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elements of devices for preparing drinks by passing hot water through a capsule containing the extract, which can be used in devices used in vehicles, such as taxis. The holder with a capsule for preparing drinks includes an annular part with openings for drinking and for air outlet, removably connected to the receiving glass, and also connected to the capsule body. The capsule body consists of side and bottom walls, includes a filter and an outlet for draining the finished drink into the receiving glass. The capsule body is inseparable from the annular part, closed by the upper part to form a hermetically sealed volume inside the capsule body containing the ingredient. The upper part is made with the possibility of piercing it for the passage of water. The lower wall of the capsule body is made in the form of a coating that prevents the ingress of air from the environment. An internal piercing device is placed under the cover, which can be opened when the capsule body is filled with pressurized water.
