Abstract
Description
The invention relates to building materials, and in particular to methods of manufacturing aerated concrete products.
A known method of manufacturing cellular gypsum concrete products [USSR author's certificate No. 1357400, class. С04В 40/00, 1986], including the preparation of the dough, placing it in a mold, vibration and the effect of vacuum on the mixture in the range of 0.092-0.096 MPa for 80-90 s, and then holding in vacuum until the resulting structure is fixed.
The disadvantage of the known method for the manufacture of cellular gypsum concrete products is low physical and mechanical characteristics and uneven porous structure of the material due to prolonged vacuum treatment and the use of a fast-hardening binder to fix the formed cellular structure.
Closest to the claimed technical solution adopted as a prototype is a method of manufacturing aerated concrete products [RF Patent No. 2035295, class. В28В 1/50, 1995], including the preparation of the mixture, laying it in a mold and evacuation until the formed structure is fixed, determined by the cessation of the increase in the volume of the mixture, while the evacuation, during which vibration is carried out, is carried out at a mixture temperature of 60-90 ° С ... The disadvantages of this method are low physical and mechanical characteristics and uneven porous structure. In addition, this method of making cellular concrete products, which is closest to the claimed invention, is not effective enough, since to obtain cellular products, a large amount of electricity is consumed to warm up the mixture to a temperature of 60-90 ° C.
The following set of prototype features coincides with the essential features of the invention: preparation of the mixture, placing it in a mold and evacuation, during which vibration is carried out, until the formed structure is fixed, determined by stopping the increase in the volume of the mixture.
The invention is aimed at creating aerated concrete products with high physical and mechanical characteristics, lower shrinkage deformations and a uniform porous structure, in the manufacture of which a minimum amount of energy is consumed.
This is achieved by the fact that the method for manufacturing aerated concrete products includes preparing a mixture, placing it in a mold and evacuating, during which vibration is carried out, until the formed structure is fixed, which is determined by stopping the increase in the volume of the mixture. In this case, the temperature of the water for preparing the mixture is 58-60 ° C, the evacuation is carried out at a temperature of the mixture 40-42 ° C at the time of pouring it into a mold heated to a temperature of 54-56 ° C.
The analysis of known methods for the manufacture of aerated concrete products, in which the temperature of the water for preparing the mixture is 58-60 ° C, vibration vacuuming is carried out at a temperature of the mixture of 40-42 ° C at the time of pouring it into a mold heated to a temperature of 54-56 ° C, allows you to make conclusion on the compliance of the proposed method with the criterion of "novelty".
Comparison of the proposed solutions not only with the prototype, but also with other known technical solutions in this field of technology did not confirm the presence in the latter of features that coincide with their distinctive features, or features that affect the achievement of the specified technical result. This made it possible to conclude that the invention meets the “inventive step” criterion.
Characteristics of the components used:
1. Портландцемент марки ЦЕМ I 42,5Н, производимый в ОАО «Белгородский цементный завод», нормальная густота – 24,5%, сроки схватывания: начало 2-25 час-мин, конец 4-00 час-мин, прочность при сжатии 53 МПа;1. 2. Песок кварцевый немолотый Белгородского карьера, плотность 2460 кг/м3, модуль крупности 1,1-1,6, насыпная плотность 1360 кг/м3; 2. Unmilled quartz sand of the Belgorod quarry, density 2460 kg / m 3, size modulus 1.1-1.6, bulk density 1360 kg / m 3 ;
3. Tap water.
The prepared mixture of the optimal composition was placed in a 10 × 10 × 10 cm mold for 60% of the mold volume. The tests used heated raw materials, bowl and molds. The mold with the mixture was placed in a laboratory vibro-vacuum installation, including a vibrating table, a vacuum chamber, a vacuum pump, and a vacuum gauge.
1. After a short vibration of the mixture for 10-15 s and the acquisition of its viscous-plastic state at zero vacuum, the required vacuum was gradually created in the vacuum chamber using a vacuum pump until the increase in the volume of the mixture stopped. After fixing the volume of the mixture in the mold, the vacuum was removed, and the density and compressive strength of the mixture preparation were determined. Mixing water temperature, mixture, shape, mixture strength and average density of samples are presented in Table 1.
Physical and mechanical properties of cellular concrete products
According to the data in Table 1, with the vibro-vacuum method for making samples, the mixing water temperature is 58-60 ° C, the temperature of the mixture is 40-42 ° C at the time of pouring it into a mold heated to 54-56 ° C, is optimal, allowing you to obtain aerated concrete products with the best physical properties. -mechanical characteristics and uniform porous structure. With an increase in temperature, the processes of cement hydration and the accumulation of primary finely dispersed hydration products, which are the reason for an increase in the values of the rheological properties of the aerated concrete mixture, proceed more intensively. However, when the parameters of the method are less than the lower limit value (example 1, 2), swelling occurs more slowly than setting, therefore, gas bubbles are localized, forming an inhomogeneous material with a broken structure. In this regard, aerated concrete was obtained with an increased average density and reduced strength.
A further increase in the temperature of the mixture and the mold (examples 3, 4) made it possible to accelerate the process of swelling of the mixture, due to which the density of the material decreases and the plastic strength increases.
When the parameters of the method are greater than the boundary value (example 5, 6), the compressive strength of aerated concrete decreases. This is due to the fact that as the temperature rises, the binder hydrates and binds very quickly, and the gas, volatilizing, begins to partially destroy the already formed and starting to harden the macrostructure of aerated concrete, due to which the molding mixture shrinks. In addition, the macrostructure is also disturbed by the vapors generated at the high temperature of the molding sand. Microcracks and interconnected pores reduce the strength of aerated concrete.
Due to the fact that the temperature of the water for preparing the mixture is 58-60 ° C, the mixture is evacuated at a temperature of 40-42 ° C at the time of pouring it into a mold heated to a temperature of 54-56 ° C, a cellular concrete product is obtained with the best physical mechanical characteristics and uniform porous structure, while consuming a minimum amount of energy consumption.
