Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and can be used in the designs of propeller driven propellers of floating equipment.
Known propeller, including a hub, on the outer surface of which blades are installed, made in one piece with the hub (see, for example, USSR author's certificate No. 356198 "Propeller", MKI
The closest to the claimed invention in terms of the technical essence and the achieved result is a propeller, including a hub, on the outer surface of which blades are installed, for example, by screw fastening or in another way (see RF patent No. 1689210 "Propeller with removable blades", MKI
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the reliability of the propeller and reduce the acoustic pollution of the environment.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the known propeller, which includes a hub with blades, the blades in it are formed by an array of viscous medium, for example, water, emanating from a number of cavities made on the outer surface of the propeller hub and located around the circumference of this hub in one plane. On the outer surface of the hub along the border of the cavities, guide walls can be installed, and the cavities themselves are made in at least two rows, while the cavities in each row have their own spatial orientation. The axis of the blade can be located in relation to the axis of the hub at an angle less than an angle of 90 degrees.
The formation of blades by an array of viscous media, for example, water, emanating from cavities made on the outer surface of the hub allows you to move from blades made of solid materials (usually metals and their alloys) to "eternal" blades that never break and can perform their functions in any conditions, especially in polluted water bodies in which foreign objects float. It should be noted that with the blades formed by an array of viscous medium, the thrust created by such a propeller decreases. However, this propeller is much quieter. In the known propellers, during their operation, the blades are subject to vibroacoustic vibrations, which are transmitted to the propeller shaft and further to the hull of the floating vehicle, which leads to excessive acoustic pollution of the environment, that is, such a floating vehicle can be detected and fixed at a sufficiently large distance. The increased level of vibroacoustic vibrations also affects living organisms. For fishing vessels, this leads to a significant decrease in fish catch. The use of the proposed design of the propeller as a ship propulsion unit in the fishing area allows to eliminate big problems for fishermen. Conventional known propellers are used to enter the fishing area on a floating craft, and the proposed propellers are used when working in this area.
An increase in the stop in the proposed propeller can be achieved due to the fact that the axis of the blade formed by an array of viscous fluid is located in relation to the axis of the hub at an angle less than 90 degrees. In this case, an additional component is formed that increases the thrust of the propeller.
On the outer surface of the hub, one row of cavities can be located, as well as two or even three rows. In each row, the cavities have their own spatial orientation, which allows you to change the direction of the stop vector and, accordingly, the direction of movement of the floating vehicle.
The blade in the proposed design of the propeller is formed by an array of viscous medium emanating from a cavity on the outer surface of the hub. By increasing the pressure of the viscous medium emanating from the cavity, the length of the blade increases, which leads to an increase in the stop. Thus, an increase in the speed of movement of the floating vehicle can be achieved without increasing the speed of rotation of the propeller, but only by increasing the pressure of the viscous medium emanating from the cavities.
The proposed design of the propeller in a simplified form is shown in figure 1, figure 2 shows the development of the hub, and figure 3 shows the propeller in operation with the following designations:
1 - ступица;1 - hub;
2 - лопасть;2 - blade;
3 - полость на внешней поверхности ступицы;3 - cavity on the outer surface of the hub;
4 - первый ряд полостей;4 - the first row of cavities;
5 - второй ряд полостей;5 - the second row of cavities;
6 - направляющая стенка;6 - guide wall;

The propeller includes (Fig. 1, 2) a
5.The propeller works as follows (see Fig. 3). The propeller shaft (not shown in the figure) transmits the torque to the
The introduction of the
The use of the proposed design of the propeller makes it possible to increase the reliability of its operation by eliminating blade breakdowns and the formation of cavitation defects on their surface, as well as to significantly reduce the noise impact during the operation of this propeller and acoustic pollution of the environment. The proposed propeller can be used on ships for fishing and in underwater military facilities.
