Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к области медицины и может быть использовано для проведения ингаляционной терапии.The invention relates to medicine and can be used for inhalation therapy.
Прототипом является способ, включающий формирование основного потока, взаимодействующего с системой подогрева и увлажнения, и смешивание его с дополнительным потоком, проходящим через форсунку с лекарственным веществом, при этом основной поток формируют одновременно с дополнительным путем естественного вдоха пациента [Пат. 2071358, МПК А61М 15/00, 1997].The prototype is a method including the formation of the main flow, interacting with the heating and humidification system, and mixing it with an additional flow passing through the nozzle with a medicinal substance, while the main flow is formed simultaneously with the additional path of natural inhalation of the patient [US Pat. 2071358, IPC A61M 15/00, 1997].
Недостатками прототипа являются:The disadvantages of the prototype are:
- отсутствие возможности полного покрывания лекарственным препаратом всего дыхательного тракта организма в процессе ингаляционной процедуры;- the inability to completely cover the entire respiratory tract of the body with the drug during the inhalation procedure;
- невозможность регулирования дисперсности аэрозоля в процессе приема лечебной процедуры, что увеличивает время последней при необходимости введения лекарственного вещества во весь дыхательный тракт организма.- the impossibility of regulating the dispersion of the aerosol in the process of taking a medical procedure, which increases the time of the latter, if it is necessary to introduce a drug into the entire respiratory tract of the body.
Задачей изобретения является устранение указанных недостатков, а именно, расширение функциональных возможностей и улучшение эксплуатационных характеристик.The objective of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages, namely, to expand the functionality and improve performance.
Задача решается тем, что в способе теплоаэрозольной ингаляции, включающем распыление лекарственного компонента в теплом воздушном потоке, в процессе движения аэрозоля от ингалятора до места назначения в дыхательном тракте организма уменьшают диаметр частиц лекарственного компонента до значений, необходимых для доставки их в данное место назначения.The problem is solved by the fact that in the method of heat aerosol inhalation, including spraying the medicinal component in a warm air stream, during the movement of the aerosol from the inhaler to the destination in the respiratory tract of the body, the particle diameter of the medicinal component is reduced to the values necessary for their delivery to the given destination.
The particle diameter is reduced by changing the temperature of the air stream. The particle diameter is also reduced by changing the initial temperature of the drug component. The particle diameter is also reduced by changing the length of the aerosol path from the inhaler to the destination in the respiratory tract of the body. The particle diameter is reduced both by changing the temperature of the air flow, and by changing the initial temperature of the drug component, and by changing the length of the aerosol path from the inhaler to the destination in the respiratory tract of the body. The particle diameter is also reduced by changing the physical properties of the drug component. Before spraying, the medicinal component is heated to its boiling point.
Указанные отличительные признаки позволяют достичь следующих преимуществ по сравнению с прототипом.These distinctive features allow achieving the following advantages over the prototype.
A decrease in the movement of the aerosol from the inhaler to the destination in the respiratory tract of the body of the diameter of the particles of the drug component to the values required for their delivery to the given destination, allows more uniform coverage of the respiratory tract with the drug. Larger particles settle in the upper respiratory tract, others that have had time to partially evaporate and decrease in diameter, are deposited after the indicated particles in a more distant place of the respiratory tract, and the latter (smallest) enter the lungs. This promotes more complete drug coverage of the respiratory tract, enhances functionality and improves performance.
Reducing the particle diameter by changing the temperature of the air flow allows you to change the dispersion of the aerosol by the temperature of the hot air. The higher (within acceptable limits for the body) the air temperature, the greater the rate of evaporation of the droplet of the medicinal component, and the faster its diameter decreases. In this case, it is possible to change the temperature (and repeated) of the air during the procedure. A gradual increase in this temperature will contribute to a deeper penetration of drops of the drug component into the respiratory tract due to an increase in the intensity of evaporation, and a decrease in this temperature, on the contrary, will lead to a deterioration in evaporation, preservation of drops of a larger diameter and their deposition in the upper respiratory tract. This expands the functionality.
Reducing the particle diameter by changing the initial temperature of the drug component also allows changing the evaporation rate of its droplet, since its physical properties depend on the temperature of this component - thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, etc., with which, in turn, the evaporation rate of the droplet and its change diameter. Therefore, if, for example. Since the patient cannot inhale relatively hot air, it is possible to change the droplet diameter in relatively cold air by increasing the initial temperature of the liquid component. This expands the functionality.
Уменьшение диаметра частиц путем изменения длины пути движения аэрозоля от ингалятора до места назначения в дыхательном тракте организма увеличивает время испарения капли лекарственного компонента. При этом ее диаметр изменяется в меньшую сторону при относительно низких (например, при непереносимости пациентом высоких температур) температурах воздуха и компонента, что расширяет функциональные возможности и улучшает эксплуатационные характеристики.Reducing the particle diameter by changing the length of the aerosol path from the inhaler to the destination in the respiratory tract of the body increases the evaporation time of the droplet of the drug component. At the same time, its diameter changes downward at relatively low (for example, when the patient is intolerant of high temperatures) air and component temperatures, which expands functionality and improves performance.
Уменьшение диаметра частиц и путем изменения температуры воздушного потока, и путем изменения исходной температуры лекарственного компонента, и путем изменения длины пути движения аэрозоля от ингалятора до места назначения в дыхательном тракте организма дает возможность расширить диапазон изменения скорости испарения капли в зависимости от складывающихся условий. Это расширяет функциональные возможности и улучшает эксплуатационные характеристики.Reducing the particle diameter both by changing the temperature of the air flow, and by changing the initial temperature of the drug component, and by changing the length of the path of movement of the aerosol from the inhaler to the destination in the respiratory tract of the body makes it possible to expand the range of change in the rate of evaporation of the drop, depending on the prevailing conditions. This expands functionality and improves performance.
Уменьшение диаметра частиц путем изменения физических свойств лекарственного компонента позволяет изменять интенсивность испарения капли. Например, лекарственный компонент, приготовленный на водной основе, будет испаряться медленнее, чем лекарственный препарат, сделанный на спирте, поскольку в первом случае к капле для ее испарения требуется подвести значительно больше теплоты, чем во втором случае. Все это расширяет функциональные возможности и улучшает эксплуатационные характеристики.Reducing the particle diameter by changing the physical properties of the drug component allows you to change the evaporation rate of the droplet. For example, a water-based drug component will evaporate more slowly than a drug made with alcohol, because in the first case, much more heat must be supplied to the drop to evaporate than in the second case. All of this expands functionality and improves performance.
Нагревание перед распылением лекарственного компонента до температуры его кипения, позволяет более стабильно изменять диаметр капли во время лечебной процедуры, так как в процессе испарения температура капли не изменяется. Это расширяет функциональные возможности и улучшает эксплуатационные характеристики.Heating before spraying the medicinal component to its boiling point allows a more stable change in the droplet diameter during the treatment procedure, since the droplet temperature does not change during evaporation. This expands functionality and improves performance.
Изобретение поясняется чертежами.The invention is illustrated by drawings.
На фиг.1 изображена схема устройства для ингаляции.Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of an inhalation device.
Устройство для ингаляции содержит источник 1 лекарственного компонента 2 соединенный через отверстие 3 с тубусом 4, один конец которого соединен с источником воздуха, а другой - размещен во рту пациента 5.The device for inhalation contains a
Способ реализуют следующим образом.The method is implemented as follows.
A stream of air of a certain temperature is supplied to the tube 4, into which a liquid medicinal component 2 is directed from a
При необходимости лекарственный компонент нагревают предварительно до температуры кипения, что стабилизирует скорость испарения капель в воздушном потоке.If necessary, the medicinal component is preheated to the boiling point, which stabilizes the rate of evaporation of droplets in the air stream.
Возможен также вариант изменения физических свойств лекарственного компонента, например, приготовление его на различного вида жидких основах, имеющих различную теплоту испарения.It is also possible to change the physical properties of the medicinal component, for example, to prepare it on various types of liquid bases having different heats of vaporization.
Внедрение изобретения позволит создать простое по конструкции устройство с расширенными функциональными возможностями и удобное в эксплуатации, которое позволяет более равномерно покрывать дыхательный тракт человека лекарственным препаратом.Implementation of the invention will make it possible to create a device that is simple in design with expanded functionality and is convenient in operation, which allows more evenly covering the human respiratory tract with a drug.
