Abstract
Description
A known method for the production of a multi-enzyme product from sprouted cereals or oilseeds such as barley, wheat, rice, soybeans and canola (patent No. 2173058, published 09/10/2001). The method provides for the selection and removal of low-quality grains by immersing them in a 1.5-3.0% sodium chloride solution, soaking the selected grains in water to a grain moisture content of 40-60%, their incubation at a temperature of 25-30 ° C and relative humidity 90-95% within 24-36 hours, drying of germinated grains with air at a temperature of 25-80 ° C for 24-36 hours to a moisture content of 9-12%. The method allows to increase the phytase activity of the multienzyme preparation from 31.9 to 305.6 U / kg, i.e. contributes to the production of a balanced feed additive that increases the productivity of poultry while reducing the overall cost of feed. This technical solution cannot be used to balance poultry rations in terms of biologically active substances and essential amino acids.
Known feed additive, including amaranth flour (patent No. 2160994, published on December 27, 2000). This technical solution is quite difficult to use due to the use of the method of hydrolysis of the crops used and soaking in alkali for 2-3 days.
The technical solution lies in the fact that as a feed ingredient containing biologically active substances and essential amino acids in optimal proportions, germinated amaranth grain is introduced into the composition of a complete feed for young quails in an amount of 8% of the feed volume.
The claimed invention relates to poultry and consists in the fact that feeding sprouted amaranth grain in an amount of 8% of the feed volume to quails of an early age (up to 8 weeks) can improve their productive qualities.
The objective of the invention is to improve the productive qualities of young quails by introducing into their diet a source of biologically active substances and essential amino acids - sprouted amaranth grain.
Example:
Experimental studies have been carried out on Texas quail. The selection of poultry, the formation of the control and experimental groups was carried out according to the method of balanced groups of day-old quails in accordance with the requirements of the "Methodology for conducting scientific and industrial research on feeding poultry. Recommendations "(Imangulov Sh.A. et al., 2004), taking into account the age, the live weight will be quail. The total number of birds in each group was 44 heads.
Воронеж).The quails were kept in cage batteries in compliance with zoohygienic standards. The experimental quails were fed according to a diet developed according to the "Guidelines for feeding poultry" (Egorov I.A. et al., 2018) and optimized in the computer program "KormOptima Expert" (LLC "KormoResurs", Voronezh).
The quails of the control group were fed the main diet, the quails of the experimental group were fed the basic diet with replacement of the nutritional value of the feed ingredients with sprouted amaranth grain in the amount of 8% of the feed volume. The experiment lasted 8 weeks.
The chemical composition of 2, 3-day old germinated amaranth grain was previously analyzed. According to the totality of quality indicators for further use in the composition of quail diets, it is recommended to introduce a 3-day-old germinated amaranth grain. To preserve the nutritional properties, increase the manufacturability in the production of complete feed and exclude the development of pathogenic microflora, the germinated amaranth grain was dried at a temperature of 40-60 ° C.
В амаранте могут присутствовать ряд антипитательных веществ - таниды, фитиновая кислота, ингибитор трипсина, на содержание которых был проведен анализ (таблица 1).Amaranth may contain a number of anti-nutritional substances - tannides, phytic acid, trypsin inhibitor, for the content of which the analysis was carried out (table 1).
58,9%.It was found that in the samples of crushed and germinated amaranth grain, the main anti-nutritional factors were found, the amount of which significantly decreases during grain germination: by tannides - by 36.4%, by phytin - by 11.0%, by trypsin inhibiting activity (TIA) - by 58 ,nine%.
Thus, grain germination is an effective method of reducing the anti-nutrient content of amaranth feed products.
2.The research results are presented in table 2.
In scientific and economic experience, it was found that by the age of 7 weeks, the live weight of the quails of the experimental group was 6.1% more than the control analogues. The highest absolute and average daily gains in live weight for 7 weeks of growing were also observed in quails of the experimental group - by 6.3% and 6.8%, respectively, compared with the control, which can be explained by the increased growth of the reproductive organs of the bird under the influence of feeding the germinated grain of amaranth.
Calculations have shown that 2.8 kg of feed for quails in the experimental group is required per 1 kg of gain up to 7 weeks of age, which is 3.4% lower compared to analogs from the control group.
В контрольной и опытной группах сохранность перепелок до конца выращивания оставалась на высоком уровне - 95,5%.In the control and experimental groups, the safety of quails until the end of cultivation remained at a high level - 95.5%.
In birds of all groups, an early onset of oviposition was noted - at 35-42 days. The highest rates of egg productivity were found in quails of the experimental group: in the first month of laying, the gross collection of eggs was higher by 17.3%, the intensity of egg-laying - by 5.4%, the egg production per initial hen - by 18.2% compared to the control analogues ...
Thus, the research results showed that feeding sprouted amaranth grain to young quails in the composition of a complete feed in the amount of 8% of the feed volume increases the productive qualities of the bird.
