Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к области ракетного двигателестроения и может быть использовано при проектировании жидкостных ракетных двигателей (ЖРД).The invention relates to the field of rocket propulsion and can be used in the design of liquid-propellant rocket engines (LRE).
One of the main problems arising in the development of liquid-propellant rocket engines is to ensure maximum energy characteristics and high reliability indicators.
Полученный таким образом рабочий газ поступает на привод турбины, и далее – в камеру сгорания (патент РФ № 2273754, МПК F02K 9/48).Known oxygen-kerosene rocket engine for cooling the chamber of which is used liquefied helium, which is also an additive to the fuel composition. In this case, helium from the pump outlet enters the regenerative cooling channels of the engine chamber and then enters the gas generator. The combustion of oxygen and kerosene is ensured in the gas generator at a stoichiometric ratio, and the necessary subsequent decrease in the temperature of the produced gas to the values allowed by the used structural materials of the turbine is realized due to its ballasting with helium entering the gas generator. The working gas obtained in this way enters the turbine drive, and then into the combustion chamber (RF patent No. 2273754, IPC F02K 9/48).
The main disadvantages of this rocket engine are the high cost of helium, as well as the difficulties associated with its storage in a rocket tank and subsequent injection to high pressures.
The objective of the invention is to eliminate this drawback and improve the energy characteristics and reliability indicators of the liquid-propellant engine.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that the proposed liquid-propellant rocket engine contains a combustion chamber with a cooling path and a nozzle head, a synthesis gas generator, a turbo pump unit including an oxidizer pump, a fuel pump, a water pump and a turbine, the input of which is in communication with the generator output synthesis gas, and the outlet with a nozzle head.
The combustion chamber can be cooled with fuel.
In an embodiment, the combustion chamber is cooled with water.
The proposed liquid rocket engine, due to its distinctive features, provides a solution to the technical problem posed - increasing the energy characteristics and reliability indicators of the liquid rocket engine.
