Abstract
Description
The proposed technical solution relates to the field of power engineering, in particular, hydroturbine engineering, in particular, to hydroelectric units, including Kaplan hydroturbines and hydrogenerators, and can be used in oil distribution devices of hydroelectric units.
In modern designs of hydraulic units with Kaplan hydraulic turbines containing an oil distributor device, one of the main technical problems is increased wear of the friction surfaces of the rod supports and the inner surfaces of the hydraulic unit shaft due to the ingress of abrasive particles into the oil distributor device, which leads to a decrease in reliability in terms of vibration state and service life of the hydraulic unit. The rods are located inside the shaft of the hydraulic unit, consisting of the shaft of the hydraulic turbine and the shaft of the hydrogenerator, and connect the oil receiver and the impeller servo motor. The booms are long, thin tubes that carry pressurized oil to the impeller servo. The number of rods is determined from the conditions of the possibility of their manufacture and installation. To prevent vibrations during operation, the rods have slide bearings that are located in the radial direction. Sliding bearings can have anti-friction linings or can be equipped with bushings made of anti-friction material, which are installed in the inner cavity of the shaft.
To ensure sliding with minimal wear of the friction surface of the sliding bearings on the rods and the inner surfaces of the shaft must be processed with a surface roughness not worse than Ra 0.8 μm (DN Reshetnikov, "Machine parts", M., 1974, p. 389) ... Also, high requirements are imposed on the friction surfaces of the sliding supports of the rods and the shaft to ensure the shape of their surface and processing to size with high accuracy, which requires significant labor costs for machining these surfaces. The sliding bearings are lubricated with turbine oil, which fills the inner cavity of the hydraulic unit shaft.
In the case when the shaft of the hydraulic unit has a considerable length, it becomes difficult to provide the necessary roughness of the friction surfaces inside the shaft at a significant distance from the ends of the shafts. Installation of sliding supports equipped with bushings of antifriction material in such places is also not possible.
Also, the current trend in hydraulic turbine construction is aimed at the use of environmentally friendly impellers of Kaplan hydraulic turbines, without filling the inner cavity of the shaft with turbine oil.
Known invention "Oil-distributing device of a rotary-blade hydraulic machine" (RF Patent No. 2075628; IPC
According to the invention, the connection of the oil receiver and the impeller servo is carried out by rods installed between them inside the shaft of the hydraulic machine (hydraulic unit). The rods are made of at least two coaxial rigidly connected pipes. To support the shaft, the rods are equipped with radial supports along the outer surface with bronze lining. In this case, one of the supports is made more massive to ensure the required imbalance and guaranteed pressing of the rods to the shaft due to the displacement of the center of gravity of the support relative to the axis of rotation of the shaft.
The disadvantage of this solution is that at the points of contact of the radial supports on the rods with the inner surface of the shaft to ensure sliding with minimal wear, the friction surfaces of the shaft must be processed with high precision to ensure the required roughness, which leads to increased labor costs for machining surfaces. Operation of this device without filling the shaft with turbine oil is possible, but will lead to increased wear of the friction pair. In addition to the production of bronze linings, the inner surface of the shaft wears out, the repair of which may be difficult or impossible in a hydroelectric power station. Also, the ingress of wear products into the swivel joints of the impeller can lead to their damage or increased wear.
The closest technical solution to the proposed technical solution in terms of a set of essential features and selected as a prototype is the invention "Oil-distributing device of a rotary-blade hydraulic machine" (USSR author's certificate No. 1038535; IPC F03B 11/00, publication date 30.08.1983).
According to the invention, the oil distribution device of a hydraulic machine (hydraulic unit) contains an oil receiver, an impeller servo motor and a rod equipped with supports installed with a gap inside the shaft of the hydraulic machine. The rods are made of at least two concentric pipes rigidly connected to one another, having cavities communicated with the opening and closing cavities of the servomotor. Each support is a sliding support and is equipped with at least three guide bushings with channels for lubrication, and the oil intake for lubrication is carried out from the internal cavities of the rods, which are under the pressure of the oil supplied to the impeller servo motor.
The disadvantage of this solution is that the installation of sliding supports is possible only in close proximity to the ends of the shaft, which affects the vibration reliability of the hydraulic unit. Also, for the operation of the supports, turbine oil is required, which is used from the control system, which leads to an additional load on the automatic control system in terms of maintaining the required pressure in the system. When foreign particles enter the oil, increased wear of the guide bushings occurs, which leads to an increase in clearances, increased vibration, and, consequently, a decrease in the service life. Operation of this device without filling the shaft with turbine oil is not possible.
The technical result, which the claimed invention is aimed at, is to increase the vibration reliability and increase the service life of the hydraulic unit, to reduce labor costs for machining the friction surfaces of the rod supports and the hydraulic unit shaft, as well as to use environmentally friendly impellers of the hydraulic turbine.
To achieve the above technical result, the oil distribution device of the hydraulic unit contains an oil receiver, an impeller servo motor and rods equipped with supports installed with a gap inside the hydraulic unit shaft.
In this case, according to the claimed invention, at least one support is made in the form of a rolling support, consisting of at least three bearings located around the circumference of the rods and fixed by means of cantilever supports on the rods.
The use of at least one rolling bearing instead of a sliding bearing allows the rods to be supported without ensuring high requirements for machining accuracy and roughness of the inner surfaces of the shaft, as well as to ensure the operation of the bearings without filling the shaft with turbine oil and without increased wear of the "support - shaft inner surface" friction pair , which increases the service life of the hydraulic unit.
The implementation of the rolling support with at least three bearings allows to increase the reliability of the support by maintaining the design clearance between the support and the inner surface of the hydraulic unit shaft throughout the entire service life and to increase its service life by significantly reducing the wear of the contact surfaces. The location of the supports anywhere along the entire length of the shaft improves the vibration reliability of the hydraulic unit.
The arrangement of the bearings around the circumference of the rods allows to exclude damage to the inner surface of the shaft when installing the rods during installation and to exclude damage to the inner surface of the hydraulic unit shaft during operation in the event of an emergency situation in the event of contact of the inner surface of the shaft with rolling bearings that do not have sharp edges.
The proposed design of the hydraulic unit oil distributor in the set of essential features disclosed above makes it possible to increase vibration reliability, increase the operating life of the hydraulic unit, and reduce labor costs for machining the rod supports and the hydraulic unit shaft due to the use of rolling bearings. The refusal to fill the shaft with turbine oil allows the use of environmentally friendly hydraulic turbine impellers.
