Abstract
Description
д.The claimed group of inventions relates to fire fighting equipment, namely to aspiration smoke smoke detectors and is intended for the early detection of fire hazard signs in rooms with large areas, high ceilings: in data centers, information and computer centers, control centers, museums, libraries, warehouses , repositories, etc.
An aspiration fire detector consists of pipes with openings for air sampling from the protected area, a smoke detector and a fan to create air flow in the pipes. To increase the length of the pipes while limiting the time for transporting air samples, it is necessary to increase the air flow rate in the pipes. The efficiency of the fan is reduced due to the turbulence of the air flow, which occurs when the shape and size of the cross section of the air channel and at transitions such as pipe - box. A direct increase in fan power leads to an increase in weight and size characteristics, power consumption and to increased maintenance requirements in terms of contamination of the sensors. In addition, at high speeds of the air flow, the inertia of the movement of smoke particles begins to affect, and when moving along curved paths with small radii, they settle on the surface of the air channel, as a result of which the sensitivity of the detector decreases.
In well-known analogues (see documents 1-6), the entire air flow from the pipe of the suction detector passes through the smoke detector, while the cross section of the air channel and the direction of movement of the air flow (see, for example, document 2) change, which leads to a significant decrease in the air velocity flow in the pipe of the suction detector. In addition, in analogs, centrifugal fans are used to form the air flow, the design of the inputs and outputs of which does not allow matching them in cross section with the tube of the aspiration detector. The maximum vacuum in such devices does not exceed 350-400 Pa, which limits the air flow rate, the length of the pipes of the suction detector and the protected area of the room.
документ 8, 9).In the patent for the invention (see document 7), air sampling from the pipe to the smoke detector is performed at an angle of 90, which limits the operability of this design at low air flow rates. At high air velocities in the pipe, the bulk of the smoke particles by inertia passes in the forward direction and does not fall into the smoke detector, as a result of which the sensitivity of the aspiration detector drops to almost zero. Thus, the operability of the suction detector (see document 7) is ensured only at low air flow rates and, accordingly, at small pipe lengths. Similar designs for smoke detectors are presented in patents (see
The closest technical solution is an aspiration fire detector (see document 10), made in the form of a housing, having an inlet air intake and exhaust pipe, a fan and fire hazard control sensors with a control processor. The inlet pipe is connected to the rarefaction compartment, at the outlet of which there is a centrifugal fan, the outlet of which is connected to the air discharge compartment, which is simultaneously connected in the region of the maximum angular velocities of the discharge air flow to the exhaust pipe, and in the region of the minimum speeds of the discharge air is connected through the opening in a partition with a measurement compartment, in which sensors for monitoring fire hazardous parameters of the medium and a control processor are installed; in addition, the measurement compartment is connected via an ejector to the region of maximum angular air velocities of the discharge compartment.
The disadvantage of this device is the use of a centrifugal fan, rectangular compartments of rarefaction and air injection with transitions of the pipe-box type, with an abrupt change in the cross section of the air channels, resulting in significant turbulence of the air flow. This leads to a decrease in the efficiency of the fan, a decrease in the air flow rate in the pipe of the aspiration detector, and to an increase in the time of transportation of air samples. Accordingly, the permissible pipe length is reduced and the size of the protected area is reduced.
In addition, the infrared smoke sensors used have low smoke sensitivity with particles with a diameter of 0.5 μm or less. This defect determines the later detection of a fire hazard situation, since smoke particles with a diameter of 0.1 μm or less are emitted during the early stages of the development of the focus during low-temperature destruction (pyrolysis) of various materials. To eliminate this drawback, devices (see
The objective of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the known analogues.
The technical result is to increase the air flow rate in the tube of the aspiration detector by eliminating turbulence, while ensuring effective sampling of air to measure the optical density of the medium and making sampling possible without the effect of inertia of smoke particles.
The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the claimed group of inventions, including:
8;an aspiration detector, which consists of an
2».an aspiration detector, which consists of an
The disadvantages of the analogues and the prototype are eliminated by using an axial fan, in which there is no change in the direction of the air flow, and by forming a direct air channel with a smooth change in cross section without changing the direction of the air flow and without any structural elements that reduce the speed of the air stream. As a result of which there is practically no turbulence in the air flow, the maximum efficiency of the fan is ensured and, accordingly, the speed of the air flow in the tube of the aspiration detector is increased. At the same time, at a maximum speed of the axial fan, the vacuum in the air channel exceeds 1000 Pa. Accordingly, the time of transportation of air samples is reduced, which can significantly increase the length of the pipes of the suction detector and the size of the protected area.
Air sampling for measuring the optical density of the medium is carried out in the forward direction through the air sampling channel, with a gradual increase in the cross section, which reduces the air flow rate and allows sampling without the manifestation of the effect of inertia of smoke particles.

The suction detector operates as follows.
2».When using an

При времени транспортировки не более 120 с (класс С по ГОСТ Р 53325-2012) суммарная длина труб аспирационного извещателя достигает 453 м, с разветвлением на 4 трубы с 48 отверстиями через 9 м (4 трубы по 12 отверстий).The claimed design options for the suction detector ensure its performance during vacuum created by an axial fan of more than 1000 Pa.
