Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular, to submarines sailing in ice conditions and destroying the ice cover by the resonance method when surfacing in solid ice.
A known method of destruction of the ice sheet by resonant bending-gravitational waves (IHV) of a certain height, excited by an underwater vessel (1. RU 2188903 C1), which consists in the excitation of resonant IHV in ice when the vessel moves under ice at a resonant speed, and during the movement of the vessel above it body form a horizontal flow of water.
[1].The disadvantage of this method is the limited height of the IHV, i.e. their ice-breaking capacity, which at the resonant speed of the vessel is determined by the depth and displacement of the latter [1].
The task of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the destruction of the ice cover.
The technical result achieved in the process of solving the problem is to increase the height of the IHV at constant resonant speed and the depth of the vessel.
The essential features characterizing the invention.
Restrictive: a method of destroying ice cover by an underwater vessel, which consists in exciting resonant IGW in ice when the vessel moves under ice at a resonant speed, and during the movement of the vessel above its hull, a horizontal stream of water is formed.
Distinctive: the flow is formed periodically with the frequency of resonant IHVs and is kept equal to half their period over time.
А. It is known (2. Kostyukov A.A. Water resistance to the movement of ships. L .: Shipbuilding. 1966. - 448 p.) That the proximity of the bottom, i.e. Shallow water, increases the height of the waves compared to deep water. Thus, if, after the excitation of resonant IHVs under ice, the water depth is reduced, this will cause a corresponding increase in the height of the IHV.
Е. It is also known (3. Pavlenko G.E. Water resistance to ship traffic. M .: Sea transport. 1956. - 507 pp.) That any water flow has turbulence, which creates mixing of water and leads to intense dispersion of its energy. Therefore, if there is a transverse flow in the path of a progressively moving fluid flow, then their interaction will be accompanied by even greater mixing and dissipation of energy, i.e. a decrease in flow rates will occur. Thus, if under the ice at a certain depth, a horizontal fluid flow is formed, i.e. If the flow is at a speed parallel to the surface of the ice sheet, then an obstacle in the form of a kind of liquid screen will meet on the path of water that performs vertical vibrations upon excitation of IGW. The presence of such an under-ice screen (flow) will limit the movement of fluid particles in the space between the flow plane and the lower surface of the ice, i.e. will turn deep water into shallow water.
В. It is also known (4. Kozin VM, Skripachev VV Fluctuations of the ice cover under the action of a periodically changing load / PMTF - Novosibirsk: publishing house of the SB RAS - 1992. No. 5) that a periodic application of the transverse load to the ice cover with with a frequency equal to the frequency of resonant IGWs, it leads to a significant increase in deformations (amplitude of deflections) of ice in comparison with its stationary application.
The method is as follows.
Under ice cover at a safe depth, the ship begins to move at a resonant speed [1]. If the height of the IGW excited at the same time is insufficient to break the ice, then while the vessel is moving above its hull with the help of pumps located inside the vessel, I will form a horizontal flow of water along the entire length of the vessel, i.e. create a liquid screen under the ice. The formation of a screen above the hull will ensure its maximum approximation to the ice cover, i.e. minimum depth of water under the ice. A decrease in depth will lead to the transformation of IGW in deep water into waves in shallow water, i.e. to an increase in their height [2] and an increase in the effectiveness of ice cover destruction.
If this does not lead to the destruction of the ice cover, then the screen begins to form periodically with the frequency of resonant IGWs and is maintained for half a period of time. As a result of a periodic increase in the height of the IHV, i.e. pressure under its peak, there will be an excitation in the ice sheet of additional resonant IGVs, in the phase superimposed on the main IGV. There will be interference, favorable from the point of view of the essence of the invention, of these waves (an increase in the amplitude of the total IGW), which will achieve the claimed technical result.
The invention is illustrated graphically, where: in FIG. 1 shows a view of the ship and the ice cover from the side; in FIG. 2 is a front view of the ship.
1.Under the
