FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology. On the basis of visual inspection and palpation of the face, the areas requiring correction are selected by detecting the intertissue liquid content disorder and subcutaneous fat development. Mesotherapy and volumetric modeling are carried out for 3 procedures. First procedure involves exposure in the following sequence: a) subcutaneous introduction of preparations: Juvederm Voluma with Lidocaine in the area of cheekbones, in the chin area and in the area of jaw angles; Juvederm Volift with Lidocaine into temporal areas, nasolabial fold area, nasolacrimal pulleys Juvederm Volbella with Lidocaine, lips region, b) based on the examination and palpation results in the identified areas requiring correction, the preparation GAG Complex "DVL Capyl" formula and / or Estetic Form "Phyto Slim" formula is introduced. If observing a high accumulation of interstitial fluid in the zone of increased accumulation of subcutaneous fat, the entire area is treated by intradermal (by instructions) administration of GAG Complex preparations "DVL Capyl" formula and Estetic Form "Phyto Slim" formula. If observing interstitial fluid accumulation and subcutaneous fat reduction in the zone of increased accumulation, the whole area is treated by intradermal introduction of GAG Complex "DVL Capyl" formula. Полученные результаты (таблицы 1-2) демонстрируют оценку показателей микроциркуляции и увлажненности эпидермиса после проведенных процедур как в группе 1, так и группе 2 (выражающуюся в виде симметричности регистрируемых показателей). Однако спустя 6 месяцев только после разработанного нами комплекса процедур достигнутая непосредственно после процедур равномерность оцененных характеристик сохранилась (группа 1). Увеличение площади гипоэхогенных участков в дермальном слое, формирование субэпидермального гипоэхогенного слоя, а также появление линейных гиперэхогенных зон являются признаками структурной дезорганизации коллагеновых и эластиновых волокон, наблюдаемых при возрастных изменениях кожи (Баринова О.А., Галлямова Ю.А. Морфофункциональное исследование кожи лица женщин. Российский журнал кожных и венерических болезней. 2012, 6, стр. 62-65). Исследование проводилось до и после курса процедур, а также через 6 месяцев после проведенного воздействия. У пациентов группы 1 после проведенного курса процедур уменьшилась площадь гипоэхогенных участков на 74%, а в группе 2 на 42%. Проведенное через 6 месяцев исследование и сравнение его результатов с данными, полученными после воздействия, показало, что в группе 1 площадь гипоэхогенных участков увеличилась (в сравнении с измерением проведенным сразу после курса воздействия) лишь на 18%, в то время как в группе 2 увеличение составило 29%.An ultrasound examination of the skin of the face was also carried out (determination of the thickness of the skin layers). After the course of the procedures, patients of group 1 decreased the area of hypoechoic areas by 74%, and in group 2 by 42%. Также нами было проведено исследование влияния компресса разработанного нами состава на длительность сохранения постинъекционных проявлений (гематомы, следы от инъекций, отечность). На основании клинических наблюдений нами было выявлено, что в случае накладывания на области инъекционного воздействия компресса состоящего из: раствор для инъекций нестероидного противовоспалительного средства - производного фенилуксусной кислоты (например, диклофенак, вольтарен), димексид концентрат, а также воды в соотношении их объемов 3:1:5, длительность сохранения постинъекционных проявлений значительно сокращается (до суток).We also conducted a study of the effect of the compress of the composition developed by us on the duration of the preservation of post-injection manifestations (hematomas, traces of injections, swelling). Указанные составы в виде компресса на 2 часа накладывались на зоны инъекционного воздействия после мезотерапии. Каждый состав использовался у 7 женщин в возрасте: 30-35 лет, 40-45 лет, 50-55 лет. Полученные результаты позволяют считать, что на предотвращение развития постинъекционных осложнений оказывает влияние именно состав 1. Что касается результатов использования состава 4, то, вероятно, пропорциональное увеличение частей компонентов не оказывает влияния на обеспечиваемый результат, однако, может вызвать развитие аллергической реакции.The results obtained suggest that it is composition 1 that affects the prevention of postinjection complications. Способ коррекции формы лица, включающий проведение мезотерапии, отличающийся тем, что на основании визуального осмотра и пальпации лица выбирают зоны, требующие коррекции, путем выявления нарушения содержания межтканевой жидкости и развития подкожно-жировой клетчатки, мезотерапию проводят в течение 3 процедур: в первую процедуру выполняют воздействие в следующей последовательности: а) подкожное введение препаратов: Juvederm Voluma with Lidocaine в область скул, в область подбородка и в области углов челюсти; Juvederm Volift with Lidocaine в височные области, область носогубной складки, носослезные борозды Juvederm Volbella with Lidocaine, область губ, b) на основании результатов осмотра и пальпации в выявленные зоны, требующие коррекции, вводят препарат GAG Complex "DVL Capyl" formula и/или Estetic Form "Phyto Slim" formula: в случае выявления в зоне повышенного накопления межтканевой жидкости и повышенного развития подкожно-жировой клетчатки всю зону обрабатывают путем введения препаратов GAG Complex "DVL Capyl" formula и Estetic Form "Phyto Slim" formula; в случае выявления в зоне повышенного накопления межтканевой жидкости и редукции подкожно-жировой клетчатки всю зону обрабатывают путем введения препарата GAG Complex "DVL Capyl" formula; в случае выявления в зоне повышенного развития подкожно-жировой клетчатки и отсутствия повышенного накопления межтканевой жидкости всю зону обрабатывают путем введения препарата Estetic Form "Phyto Slim" formula, во вторую и третью процедуры повторяют b); после каждой процедуры на области инъекционного воздействия накладывают компресс, состоящий из: нестероидного противовоспалительного средства - производного фенилуксусной кислоты, концентрата димексид и воды в соотношении их объемов 3:1:5, завершают процедуру фиксацией на лице компрессионного бандажа.1.
