Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is aimed at increasing oil recovery in a heterogeneous formation and reducing the water content of produced oil from deposits. It provides an increase in the oil recovery coefficient, an increase in oil production, a decrease in its water cut and an increase in the coverage of the reservoir by exposure, both in area and in section, by taking into account lithofacial features of different zones of the reservoir.
[1].A known method of oil production, including the injection into the reservoir of an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide and a crosslinking system, holding technological exposure, moreover, as a crosslinking system take zeolite-containing rock, pre-treated with sulfuric or hydrochloric acid [1].
The disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency of work due to neglecting the lithofacial zonality of the rocks of the reservoir, significant geological and geophysical differences of reservoirs in different lithofacial zones, affecting the characteristics of the development of reserves, and, accordingly, the choice of formulation and volume of the flow-rejecting composition. In addition, the method does not take into account the presence on the deposits of a system of technogenic fractures created during hydraulic fracturing and auto-fracturing during the development of formations.
[2].A known method for the development of heterogeneous flooded oil reservoirs, including the injection into the reservoir of an aqueous suspension of dispersed particles and a clay suspension, in which the plastic filler is used as dispersed particles, the suspension is pumped into the reservoir simultaneously with additives providing swelling of the plastic and / or clay filler [2].
The disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency, since its implementation does not take into account both the natural and artificially created during the hydraulic fracturing heterogeneity of the formation, the presence of a system of technogenic fractures, lithofacial zonality in the development of reserves.
[3].There is also known a method of increasing oil recovery, including regulation - reducing the permeability of the water supply channels of the formation through injection wells by injecting a line of reagents providing in-situ sedimentation, and in-situ sedimentation is carried out initially from the marginal and water-borne zones of the reservoir and continues, sequentially covering the formation zones with higher absolute roof marks formation, in the same direction, oil is displaced by water, while for a group of wells and for individual wells, current measurements of water content of displaced oil are carried out, for which fluid samples are taken from vertically ascending sections of flow pipes at the wellhead, interrupt oil displacement by water and repeat the rims injection sediment forming reagents [3].
The disadvantage of this method is that its efficiency is low in conditions of heterogeneous formations with no hydrodynamic connection with the marginal regions, waterflooding zones and the presence of a developed system of technogenic fractures (hydraulic fracturing and auto-fracturing). In addition, the method does not take into account the lithofacial features of various zones of the reservoir and the nature of their influence on the relationship of production and injection wells and the development of oil reserves.
The objective of the present invention is to provide an effective method for regulating the development of oil fields, which allows increasing the efficiency of oil displacement from poorly drained and non-drained zones by increasing the coverage of washed interlayers both in area and in section of the reservoir, and ultimately to increase production and oil recovery coefficient and reduce the water cut of the produced products.
This goal is achieved due to the fact that in the known method of increasing oil recovery, which includes regulating — reducing the permeability of the water supply channels of the formation through injection wells by injecting a rim of reagents providing in-situ flow diversion according to the invention, lithium is extracted into deposits as a result of geological field analysis and development analysis -facial zones, the degree of coverage of the lithofacial zones by the system of technogenic fractures, for injection wells of each lithofacial zone, according to its geological and geophysical characteristics and the degree of coverage of technogenic fractures, choose the type and volume of the flow-deflecting composition, and the injection of flow-rejecting compositions is massed at the same time injection wells involved in oil displacement within each of the identified lithofacial zones. Based on the results of the massive processing of lithofacial zones, the reaction of the producing fund is evaluated by reducing the water cut of the product due to the impact, the dominant geological and technological factors affecting the reaction of the producing fund of wells are determined, and the types of flow-deflecting compositions, their volumes and injection regimes are borehole corrected for each lithofacial zone and re-perform a massive injection of flow deflecting compounds. Correction of the modes of subsequent, one-time massive exposure according to the results of the previous exposure is performed using geological and hydrodynamic modeling, and the process is repeated cyclically with a period equal to the period of effect from each one-time massive treatment. Repeated simultaneous massive treatments are performed in two stages, and during the first stage they improve the energy state in the lithofacial zones, with an increase in reservoir pressure to values not lower than hydrostatic, by increasing compensation for injection selection and stopping the production well stock with water cut close to marginal.
This method of developing a deposit was tested on one of the deposits of the Nth oil field. As a result of geological and field analysis and development analysis, two lithofacial zones — A and B — were identified within the reservoir.
According to the results of lithofacial analysis, reservoir A was formed in shallow-water conditions of a transgressive sedimentation regime, reservoir B is represented by continental and transitional sedimentation, characterized by high lithological heterogeneity. Two main lithotypes of the section are identified in the composition of the continental deposits of Formation B. The first lithotype is channel deposits, the second lithotype is river deposits (floodplain). As a result of hydrodynamic modeling, a backlog of reservoir development was identified, the main backlog was obtained from the channel part of formation B.
2.The geological and physical characteristics of lithofacial zones are presented in table 1. From table 1 it is seen that lithofacial zone A belongs to very heterogeneous low-permeability reservoirs by filtration-capacitive properties, and lithofacial zone B is also represented by heterogeneous deposits with highly permeable interlayers with permeability in excess of (500-1000) * 10 -3 microns 2 .
A study of the results of hydrodynamic studies and the construction of Hall charts using the injection well stock showed that 43% of the injection and 68% of the production fund of the lithofacial zone A has a system of technogenic fractures.
Based on the data of hydrodynamic modeling, it was revealed that the increase in water cut of the extracted products in the lithofacial zone A is associated with the presence of a developed system of technogenic fractures. Dagger breakthroughs of water from the injection zone to the withdrawal zone within the lithofacial zone B are associated with the presence in the section of interlayers of super collectors with permeability exceeding (500-1000) * 10 -3 μm 2 . These factors complicate the development of reserves and the achievement of design oil recovery factors.
As a result, in order to increase oil recovery in the lithofacial zone A, sedimentary and gel-forming compositions with average and low values of rheological characteristics were selected. Compositions with average values of rheological characteristics were intended for areas of the lithofacial zone with a developed system of technogenic fractures. Compositions with reduced rheological characteristics were intended for areas of the lithofacial zone with the absence of a developed system of technogenic fractures. The injection volumes of the compositions into each of the injection wells were selected based on the volumes of fracture systems and channels with low filtration resistance around it.
To increase oil recovery within the lithofacial zone B, we selected hard sedimentary and gel-forming flow-deflecting compositions with fillers that have increased rheological properties. The volumes and rheological characteristics of the compositions were selected taking into account the volumes uncovered by each of the injection wells, interlayers of super collectors and their permeability.
Since the reservoir under consideration is a single hydrodynamic system, including lithofacial zones A and B, and when exposed to flow-deflecting compositions, it is necessary to block as many highly conductive irrigated filtration channels as possible, redistributing the filtration flows into low-permeability unreached or poorly covered zones, for maximum coverage of the reservoir with production and uniform production of oil reserves from the reservoir, it was decided to massively inject flow diverting compositions at a time into all injection wells of both lithofacial zone A and B.
An important condition for the success of the implementation of a simultaneous massive injection of flow diverting compositions is to maintain the level of reservoir pressure in order to minimize the risk of production losses due to a decrease in reservoir pressure by reducing the compensation for selection by injection at the initial stage, immediately after injection of flow diverting compositions. Therefore, before a simultaneous massive injection of flow-diverting compositions, an analysis of the energy state in various parts of the lithofacial zones was performed and injection wells in areas with reduced formation pressure values were excluded from the experiment.
Having determined the types and volumes of flow-diverting compositions, the list of sections and injection wells into which it is necessary to pump them, we prepared a program for a one-time massive increase in oil recovery and started to implement it. Massive processing was performed in 2016 and 2017.
The results of the implementation of the method are shown in table 2. In the first year, in accordance with the prepared program, simultaneously diverting compositions were pumped into 52 wells of the channel zone A + B. As a result, due to both stabilization and reduction of water cut in the extracted products, additional oil production within the lithium-facies zones in the amount of 29.992 thousand tons of oil. The duration of the effect in different parts of the lithofacial zones ranged from 7 to 10 months.
Based on the results of the massive treatment of lithofacial zones in 2016, the massive impact assessed the response of the production fund to stabilize or reduce water cut due to the impact, determined the dominant geological and technological factors affecting the reaction of the production fund of wells, including the types and volumes of injected wells flow diverting compositions. In addition, we studied the dynamics of changes in reservoir pressure within each of the lithofacial zones during the period of simultaneous mass treatment (in 2016) and the nature of the change in dynamic levels in the selection zones. Based on the experience of massive injection in 2016, optimization and downhole adjustment of types of flow-deflecting compositions, their volumes and injection modes for re-conducting a massive injection of flow-deflecting compositions were performed for each lithofacial zone.
Based on the results of the adjustment, a program was prepared that included, at the first stage of repeated massive injection, work to improve the energy state in lithofacial zones by increasing compensation for injection selection and stopping the production fund of wells with water cut close to the limit. Having completed the first stage of repeated massive injection and having restored the reservoir pressure within both lithofacial zones to values not lower than hydrostatic pressure, we conducted a simultaneous massive treatment of injection wells in accordance with the work program. After processing the injection well stock, a production fund was put into operation, previously stopped at the first stage of the second stage of the development method implementation.
2).At the second stage of the method implementation, within the channel lithofacial zone A + B, the diverting compositions were pumped into 69 injection wells. As a result of repeated mass injection of flow-diverting compositions due to stabilization and reduction of water cut in the extracted products, 39.633 thousand tons of oil were additionally produced in the lithium-facies zone A + B (Table 2).
In FIG. 1 can be seen from 2013 at the A + B facility when carrying out work on the oil recovery methods according to standard technology with an increase in the treatment serial number, the specific work efficiency sharply decreases from 870 (2013 processing) to 576 (2015 processing) t / well. operas. At the same time, massive treatment of the reservoir according to the claimed method — the 1st cycle of 2016, the second cycle of 2017 — allowed us to turn the tide and provide a specific work efficiency of 558 (2016) and 574 (2017) t / well. operas.
According to the results of the dynamics of oil reserves production at one of the sections of the wells of massive impact (29 injection wells), it was noted that during the period of the oil production by standard technology (2015), the curve is characterized by a high rate of water cut growth (by 0.33% per month). After the implementation of the inventive method for the lithofacial zone A + B, a change in the nature of production is observed, in particular, stabilization of the growth rate of water cut is observed while maintaining the rate of withdrawals from NCDs. Also, during the periods under consideration, additional oil production from oil and gas production carried out at production wells was taken into account (oil refining, hydraulic fracturing, optimization of operating conditions, reperforation, etc.). It should be noted that their effectiveness in 2016-2017 (10,814.3 tons and 10,038.2 tons, respectively) is lower than in 2015 (21,996 tons), this fact excludes the influence of an external influence factor. It is worth noting that the massive injection of flow deflecting compounds in 2017 was carried out in 2 stages: the first - February 2017, the second September 2017. In 2016, a similar amount of work was performed within one month of 2016. As a result, in FIG. 2 you can observe a noticeably better nature of the development when applying the inventive method.
In the future, it is assumed that, according to the results of performing massive treatments of 2017, in accordance with the above scheme, the types and volumes of flow-deflecting compositions are optimized for re-implementation of the proposed development method.
Thus, the above example reveals the essence of the proposed method for the development of oil deposits and shows the effectiveness of one-time massive downloads
