The method of biochemical wastewater treatment. The catalyst has high activity and selectivity.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату является гетерогенный катализатор окисления неорганических и/или органически соединений /Патент №2255805 RU МПК6 B01J 23/70, B01J 23/94, B01D 53/86/, который в качестве активного компонента содержит оксиды и/или гидрооксиды и/или шпинели металлов переменной валентности, и, дополнительно, модифицирующую добавку, в качестве которой используются органические основания и/или гетерополикислоты, и/или углеродсодержащий материал на носителе полиэтилене, полипропилене или полистироле, или другом полимере при следующем содержании компонентов катализатора, массовая доля в %:The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a heterogeneous catalyst for the oxidation of inorganic and / or organically compounds / Patent No. 2255805 RU IPK6 B01J 23/70, B01J 23/94, B01D 53/86 /, which contains oxides and / or as an active component hydroxides and / or spinels of metals of variable valency, and, optionally, a modifying additive, which uses organic bases and / or heteropoly acids, and / or carbon-containing material on a carrier of polyethylene, polypropylene or polystyrene, or another m the polymer at the following content of the catalyst components, the mass fraction in%:
The catalyst is more active in the process of liquid-phase oxidation of inorganic and organic compounds (oil products, fatty acids, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, low molecular weight phenols and its homologues and their oxidation products), nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and carbon-containing compounds (hydrogen sulfide, sulfides sulfites, mercaptans, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, heptyl and its decomposition products, carbon monoxide, etc.) and microflora disinfection in a wide range of initial concentrations at pH 7-12. This is the basis for the use of a catalyst in the processes:
- очистки сточных вод и газовых выбросов методом жидкофазного окисления и методом каталитического окисления до диоксида углерода, диоксида серы и воды;- wastewater treatment and gas emissions by liquid phase oxidation and catalytic oxidation to carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and water;
- биокаталитической очистки сточных вод;- biocatalytic wastewater treatment;
- адсорбционно-каталитической очистки и доочистки сточных и питьевых вод;- adsorption-catalytic treatment and purification of wastewater and drinking water;
- обеззараживания сточных и питьевых вод;- disinfection of wastewater and drinking water;
- окисления сульфида натрия белого щелока.- oxidation of sodium sulfide white liquor.
The disadvantage of the above catalyst is that in the catalyst, the carrier is a polymer - polyethylene, polypropylene or polystyrene, which limits the oxidation process due to the fact that it is impossible to raise the process temperature above 100 ° C on such a carrier.
In addition, for all of the above catalysts, a common disadvantage is that they are not sensitive to organic amines and highly active organic compounds, such as high molecular weight phenols, organosulfur compounds, etc., which are part of wastewater, which are not oxidized when determining COD, t .е remain unchanged in the molecular state. During catalytic wastewater treatment, these compounds are adsorbed on the surface of the catalyst, a gradual decrease in the activity of the catalyst occurs, which ultimately narrows its use.
The objective of the proposed invention is the creation of a catalyst with high multifunctional catalytic and sorption activity, allowing direct oxidation at temperatures above 100 ° C.
The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of the oxidation catalyst of organic and / or inorganic compounds.
Технический результат достигается тем, что предлагается катализатор, который в качестве активного компонента содержит оксиды металлов переменной валентности, такие как Fe2O3, CuO, CrO3, MnO2, SnO в качестве модифицирующей добавки нефтяной пек, в качестве носителя содержит смесь плавня (кремнесодержащее соединение) и глины, при следующем их массовом соотношении - плавень : глина=1:3-1:7 и при следующем соотношении компонентов в катализаторе, массовая доля, %:The technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed catalyst, which as the active component contains metal oxides of variable valency, such as Fe 2 O 3 , CuO, CrO 3 , MnO 2 , SnO as a modifying additive, oil pitch, as a carrier contains a mixture of flux ( a silicon-containing compound) and clay, in the following mass ratio - melt: clay = 1: 3-1: 7 and in the following ratio of components in the catalyst, mass fraction,%:
The catalytic polyfunctional activity of the proposed catalyst in comparison with the prototype provides oil pitch, which in the process of interaction with Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 in the carrier and with the catalytically active components Fe 2 O 3 , CuO, CrO 3 , MnO 2 , SnO forms phase compounds for due to the content of α, α 1 , β, and γ mesophases in the pitch (carbides, carbenes, asphaltenes, and maltens).
Creating phase interactions, oil pitch determines to a large extent the surface properties of the dispersed catalyst system and serves as a measure of its catalytic and adsorption ability. Oil pitch in the catalyst acts as a complexing agent due to its physicochemical properties. When heated above the softening temperature (100-140 ° C), the oil pitch goes into a viscous flow state. In the manufacture of the catalyst at the stage of mixing and pressing, the oil pitch binds the support component and the catalytic components and provides the catalyst mass with certain plastic and pressed properties. At the stage of calcination of the catalyst, oil pitch exhibits its sintering properties due to the formation of a strong coke bond. The formation of a coke residue in the catalyst creates a specific coke Z-potential of its surface and causes a specific ability — adsorption of oxygen and substrate from the liquid and gas phases. At the same time, a significant decrease in the activation energy of triplex O 2 molecules is observed on the surface of the catalyst, translating into a selective state during the adsorption period on the active centers of the catalyst, thereby ensuring interaction with the singlet substrate molecules. During adsorption, molecular oxygen on the surface of the catalyst is activated and forms the super-ionic form of O 2 - and O 2 - or pyroxide ion O 2 2- , interaction with water gives radical ions HO 2 • and HO • , which cause the disinfection effect.
The catalytic disinfection process is carried out by filtering water through a catalyst bed. It was found that for effective and sustainable disinfection of drinking water, it is enough after catalytic treatment to perform additional chlorination at a chlorine flow rate of 0.05-0.10 mg / dm 3 . With this disinfection technology, a 10-15-fold reduction in chlorine consumption is achieved depending on the initial water quality. In addition, the presence of free chlorine in purified water due to the interaction of the latter with radical ions HO 2 • and HO • with the formation of HOCl is excluded. The presence of HOCl allows you to increase the exposure time of the disinfecting agent.
3.Due to the newly acquired specific surface properties, the catalyst also has a high adsorption (absorption, retention) ability with respect to suspended impurities. Due to this, the catalyst can be used in wastewater post-treatment processes by the filtering method, while providing COD post-treatment due to oxidation of organic impurities as a catalyst, and post-treatment according to suspended solids, while working as an adsorbent due to specific surface properties; and in addition, providing disinfection by coli index from 10 7 individuals / dm 3 to 10 3 individuals / dm 3 .
The introduction of oil pitch in the composition of the catalyst provides a strong fixation of the entire composition in the mass of the catalyst, and also increases its ductility and provides stable strength, high catalytic activity for a long time, low loss (abrasion) during filtration in any purified aqueous medium. At the same time, it does not lead to a loss of its activity, since the inner layers of the active centers of the catalyst granules come into operation. The service life of the proposed catalyst can be from 7 to 10 years, depending on the conditions of its operation (temperature, pH of the medium, the amount of air supplied). The catalyst can be made in the form of Raschig rings or granules of any size. The following examples illustrate the present invention.

готовят по следующей технологии:prepared according to the following technology:
CrO3 - 10%, Fe2O3 - 37%, CuO - 15%, MnO2 - 35%, SnO - 3%.A mixture of metal oxides of variable valency CrO 3 - 10%, Fe 2 O 3 - 37%, CuO - 15%, MnO 2 - 35%, SnO - 3% was taken as the active component.
Preparation of starting materials, except for oil pitch, includes drying at a temperature of 100-110 ° C for 4 hours. The dosage of oil pitch and all other components of the catalyst is weighed on a technical balance based on a mill loading mass of 200 g.
Mixing and grinding of all components of the catalyst is carried out simultaneously by dry method in a vibration mill for 3 hours. This allows you to get a material with a particle size of not more than 50 microns, which largely determines the final result - obtaining after calcination of the catalyst in an atmosphere of nitrogen with the necessary structure and phase composition. The resulting mixture, consisting of active components, a modifying additive and a carrier, is granulated by extrusion molding of pasty masses. The molding material is obtained by mixing the components of the catalyst with a mixing liquid, which is used as water. Mixing is carried out on a mechanical stirrer for 60 minutes. The mass fraction of water in the molding material is within 38-42%, depending on the individual properties of the mixture for each catalyst sample. Granules are formed using an ex-labor ery with a screw screw and a die with a hole diameter of 5 mm. The resulting ex-work is cut into granules with a length of 5-7 mm. Extrudates drying - carried out at room temperature in air for 24 hours.
Heat treatment - was carried out in electric furnaces in an inert gas - nitrogen according to the following temperature schedule:
- подъем температуры до 500-530°С со скоростью 120°С за 60 минут;- rise in temperature to 500-530 ° C at a speed of 120 ° C in 60 minutes;
- выдержка при 500-530°С в течение 120 минут;- exposure at 500-530 ° C for 120 minutes;
- подъем температуры до 750°С с той же скоростью;- rise in temperature to 750 ° C at the same speed;
- выдержка при 750°С в течение 15 минут;- exposure at 750 ° C for 15 minutes;
- охлаждение в течение приблизительно 4 часов.- cooling for about 4 hours.
In a similar manner, catalyst samples are prepared containing components (active base, modifying additive and carrier) in various weight ratios. Sludge water is fed into the biofilter from above, air from below, in countercurrent. For research, sludge waters of map No. 4 of the Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill were used.
During the first 12 days, the biofilter is prepared for work. During this time, biofilm builds up and adapts to the biofilter. For this, the loading was irrigated with a small amount of activated sludge for 2.5 days. Then began to serve diluted in a ratio of 1: 2.5 sludge water for 4-5 days and then undiluted.
During the first 12 days of biofilter operation, the formation of the primary biofilm is completed in the specified parameters and the biofilter enters the operating mode, i.e. the efficiency of purification of sludge waters for all components reaches a sufficiently high level.
The data show that after the formation of the primary biofilm, the efficiency of the biofilter in the period from the 13th to the 60th day continues to increase. After 95 days, the efficiency of the biofilter, having reached a maximum, begins to decrease, due to the appearance of excess biofilm, which in large part consists of dead microorganisms.
The washing and removal of excess biofilm - the regeneration of the biofilter, is carried out by fluidizing the feed material in the process of air-water washing. Periodic regeneration of the biofilter every 95 days is necessary. The effectiveness of the biofilter was evaluated after completion of the formation of the primary biofilm after 14, 15, 25, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 95 days of the biofilter.

5.Testing the activity of the obtained catalyst samples in the process of producing oil pitch, consisting mainly of aromatic and naphthenic compounds obtained in the process of thermopolycondensation of the pyrolysis layer of the production of polystyrene or polyethylene and fuel oil. In order to control the content of the α-fraction (the sum of carbonates and carbenes), insoluble in toluene and c-fraction, insoluble in quinoline, the resulting oil pitch was subjected to catalytic oxidation by air after thermal condensation. The process of catalytic oxidation by air was studied in a laboratory setup in a cylindrical electric heated metal reactor equipped with a stirrer. The dimensions of the reactor were calculated so that the height of the layer of the loaded catalyst in granules with a size of 2.5 mm and the amount of oxidized pitch were 3 times the diameter of the reactor. Air was heated in an electric furnace and introduced through a rotameter to the bottom of the reactor. A water reflux condenser was installed at the outlet of the reactor. The oxidation conditions of the pitch were carried out in the following parameters: temperature 390 ° С, air supply to the reactor constantly 1.5 l / min, oxidation time 50 minutes. The test results of the activity of the catalysts in the process of oxidation of fuel oil to oil pitch are presented in table 5.
