Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, namely to organo-mineral fertilizers based on poultry manure and allows you to get a product with up to 10% humic compounds, enriched with a complex of macro and microelements, amino acids and microorganisms.
Organic mineral fertilizers are increasingly used in agriculture. The advantage of this group of fertilizers is efficiency. In order to improve the properties of the soil, they are required 10 times less than organic, and 2-3 times less than mineral. Under the influence of these fertilizers, plant resistance to diseases is increased, and weed infestation is reduced, which significantly reduces the use of pesticides.
Known fertilizer containing bird droppings, plant waste (sawdust), biostimulant containing microorganisms Bacilus and others (RU 93050107, 02.27.1997). The disadvantage of this composition is that it contains insufficient mineral nutrients, which reduces the duration of its action.
An organomineral fertilizer is known, containing bird droppings as an organic compound, and zeolite tuff as a mineral compound (RU 2382753, 27.02.2010). The disadvantage of fertilizer is that it contains a large proportion (by weight) of mineral components in insufficient quantities for plant nutrition, as a result of which logistic operations for its delivery require large expenditures.
An organomineral fertilizer is known that contains an organic and mineral component, one of which is phosphate rock (RU 2017707, 08/18/1994). The disadvantage of this fertilizer is low agrochemical efficiency, caused by the slow absorption of phosphorus on carbonate and neutral soils due to poor hydrolysis process.
An organomineral fertilizer is known that contains chicken manure and an adsorbent, which uses chopped straw as its source (RU 2566048, 10/20/2015). The disadvantage of this invention is that the percentage of the adsorbent in this composition is very large. As a result, the biological effect of fertilizer decreases, in addition, in this fertilizer there is no mineral component, which reduces the time of its action.
The problem solved by the present invention, on the one hand, is the acceleration of the manure composting process, and on the other hand, the expansion of the range of organo-mineral fertilizers in regions that have large areas of buckwheat, where the use of husk after grain processing becomes an environmental problem.
The technical essence of the invention lies in the fact that having greater hygroscopicity, the buckwheat husk, getting into chicken droppings, absorbs moisture from it, increases in volume, loosens it and provides aerobic conditions for the destruction of organic compounds of the droppings and husks by injected microbiological preparations. At the same time, buckwheat hulls retain well and dispense humic acids derived from brown coal. Mixing it with oat husks allows you to prolong the effect of the fertilizer, as they have different decomposition times, and on the other hand, withstand the necessary amount of vegetable moisture-absorbing material.
%:This problem is solved by the fact that in the first embodiment the organic fertilizer containing chicken manure, vegetable moisture absorbing material, mineral component, additionally contains humates from brown coal, and the biologically active drug Tamir, while using a mixture of buckwheat husk as a vegetable moisture absorbing material oat shell in the ratio of 1: 1, and as the mineral component phosphate flour, in the following ratio of components, wt. %:
%:According to the second variant, organic fertilizer containing chicken manure, vegetable waste, mineral component, additionally contains humates from brown coal, and the biologically active preparation Sanvit-K, while a mixture of buckwheat husk with oat husk is used as a vegetable absorbent material in a ratio of 1 : 1, and as the mineral component phosphate flour, in the following ratio, wt. %:
%:According to the third variant, organic fertilizer containing chicken manure, vegetable waste, mineral component additionally contains brown coal humates and a biologically active drug GSN-2002, while a mixture of buckwheat husk with oat peel is used as a vegetable moisture-absorbing material, in a 1: 1 ratio, and as the mineral component phosphate flour, in the following ratio, wt. %:
Phosphate flour is a mineral phosphate fertilizer. Phosphate flour is obtained by fine grinding of phosphate rock - sedimentary rocks, formed mainly of apatite minerals.
Contains 19-30% P 2 O 5 in the form of Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 . Since calcium phosphate is poorly soluble in water, phosphate rock can be absorbed by plants only on acidic soils — podzolic and peat soils, in which Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 gradually becomes available to Ca dihydrogen phosphate (H 2 PO 4 ) 2 ⋅ H 2 O available to plants. phosphate flour is favored by the fineness of grinding, as well as its introduction into the soil together with acid fertilizers, for example, with (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 or manure. It is also used for the preparation of manure, dung and peat composts, when phosphate flour reduces ammonia losses and provides chemical fixation of ammonia nitrogen in chicken manure due to its dispersion by mass of the latter.
The main advantage of phosphate rock as a fertilizer is its low cost; ecological harmlessness and long-term aftereffect can also be noted.

The results of studies obtained with organic fertilizers based on the proposed compositional options allow us to conclude that at comparable and sometimes even higher than the results of the presence of chemical components, compared to known compounds, the time for their preparation is reduced to three times. With a decrease in the value of the components in the mixture, a decrease in the presence of nutrients in the organic fertilizer (WMD) is observed. With an increase in the value of the components of the mixture in comparison with chicken manure, no significant changes in nutrients in the WMD are observed.
Organic fertilizer was prepared as follows. When removing litter from the house, it is added as a percentage of the collected mass to a pre-prepared mixture of buckwheat husk with oatmeal in a 1: 1 ratio, phosphate flour, humates from brown coal, biological preparations and thoroughly mixed. The resulting mass is placed in piles with a width of 3 m, a height of 1.6-1.8 m, length is unlimited. After a month (in the case of the GSN-2002 additive, after 15 days), the shoulder is mixed, compacted and after 0.5-1 months (in the case of the GSN-2002 additive, after 8 days) it is dried to a moisture content of 13-15% and granulated. The size of the granules - 4-6 mm. At the final stage, the finished fertilizers are sifted and packaged in bags.
