Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the construction, namely the structures of screw piles used in the construction of foundations for the construction of bridges, buildings, power lines and other objects.
Known screw piles (RF patents No. 117933, No. 163361, No. 166517), including a cylindrical shaft and a tip with a spiral, in which the cylindrical pile shaft is made stepped, consisting of at least two sections, with diameters decreasing to the tip.
The presence of sections of the trunk with a large diameter increases the ability of the pile to perceive horizontal and vertical loads, but the presence of a stepped transition requires additional pressing loads when screwing the pile into the ground.
Known anchor foundation [USSR author's certificate in invention No. 1289963], including a hollow shaft consisting of the upper section, the transition section in the form of a prismatoid and the lower section. The lower part of the trunk is equipped with a screw blade. The diameter of the lower portion is smaller than the diameter of the upper portion. Windows are made in the walls of the transitional section of the trunk, through which the ground, cut through by the screw blade, is fed into the prismatoid, which helps to reduce the pressing loads when screwing. However, screwing in an anchor containing a prismatoid also requires increased pressing loads, and an attempt to increase the pile's ability to withstand vertical and horizontal loads by increasing the diameters of both the lower and upper sections of the trunk leads to the need for a disproportionate increase in the required torque and pressing loads due to the shape transition area.
Closest to the claimed invention is a screw pile (RF patent No. 114693), selected as a prototype, including a hollow cylindrical barrel with a conical tip, a helical blade overlying the conical tip, and a hole for screwing the pile into the ground, characterized in that the blade is made with decreasing diameter toward the apex of the conical tip, the maximum diameter D of the screw blade Lop is (2.5-4) barrel diameter D v, the number of turns of the helical blade n = (1-1,4) turnover step helical blades H lop is (1-1.3) diameter of the barrel D ct , the length of the conical tip L к = (1.2-1.6) D ст , the distance from the top of the conical tip to the helical blade L в = (0.3-0, 7) the diameter of the stem D Art .
The disadvantage of the prototype is not a high ability to withstand horizontal loads.
The technical problem to which the invention is directed, is to increase the ability of the pile to resist vertical (both indentation and pulling) and horizontal loads, especially in loose compressible soils, increasing the strength of adhesion of the screw pile to the soil to create a stronger anchor effect, and also increase of durability of a trunk of a pile on a bend.
The problem is solved by creating a design of a screw pile, including a cylindrical shaft and a screw blade connected to the lower end of the shaft. The specified pile contains a hollow cylindrical element, open at the ends and having an inner and outer lateral surface located coaxially with the trunk, and connected to it through stiffening ribs connecting the inner surface of the cylindrical element and the outer surface of the trunk. The lower end of the cylindrical element is located between the screw blade and the estimated level of immersion of the pile into the ground. The upper end of the cylindrical element is located in the interval from the estimated level of immersion of the pile into the ground to the upper end of the barrel, while the lower ends of the stiffeners are provided with areas located in the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the trunk and are not lower than the estimated level of immersion of the pile into the soil.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the ability of the pile to resist vertical (both indentation and pulling) and horizontal loads, especially in loose compressible soils, to increase the strength of adhesion of the screw pile to the ground to create a stronger anchor effect, as well as to increase the strength pile shaft bending.
The invention works as follows. The screw pile is sunk into the ground by screwing mechanically or manually using a lever mounted attached to the upper part of the trunk. As the pile penetrates into the ground, the cylindrical element also penetrates into the ground with its part located below the stiffeners. Screwing continues until the pads at the lower ends of the stiffeners, in the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the trunk, abut the ground surface. At the same time, the pile acquires an additional ability to withstand the effects of horizontal loads, since the cylindrical element, having a larger side surface area than the pile shaft, transfers lateral, inclining pile, loads on a large surface area of the soil in contact with the pile, creating lower pressure values on the soil, not capable of causing lateral displacement in it. The presence of a cylindrical element increases the friction force between the smooth walls of the pile and the ground, increasing the coupling of the pile to the ground and its ability to withstand vertical loads, both for indentation and pulling. The ability of the pile to resist vertical pressing loads is also increased by supporting the pads at the lower ends of the stiffeners on the ground.
