Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry. The technical result is to reduce the time for treatment of the reservoir wells by reducing the duration of the preparation process of the injection of hydrochloric acid solution into the reservoir in a pulsed mode. The method of processing the well bottom zone includes the descending of a pipe string equipped with a packer, a device for impulse injection of liquid, a destructible valve, a perforated branch pipe with a sleeve inside and a stop ring above the destructible valve, into the formation perforation interval. Also, this method involves pumping solvent through a string of pipes in a continuous mode with a non-set packer, technological exposure of a well with a solvent, four cycles of pumping process fluid into the formation through a string of pipes and annular space of the well, washing out the solvent and back reaction products. For pulsed injection of fluid, raising the column of pipes, install a device for pulsed injection of fluid opposite the bottom of the reservoir and produce a packer. Then move the sleeve down relative to the perforated pipe and seal the holes of the perforated pipe. The destructible valve is cut off with an overpressure of the process fluid, a 10-15% aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid is pumped into the reservoir in a pulsed mode into the reservoir and is pulsed in with this solution. Next, perform technological exposure to react and extract the reaction products by swabbing. New is the fact that the sealing of the holes of the perforated nozzle is carried out by moving the sleeve down to the stop in the locking ring of this nozzle. The sleeve is installed between the nozzle and the sleeve and fixed to the nozzle and the sleeve with shear screws. In this case, the shear strength of the shear screw fixing the sleeve on the nozzle is less than the shear strength of such a screw fixing the sleeve on the sleeve. The sleeve is moved down to the exit from the cavity of the sleeve by creating a hydraulic pressure in the pipe string after discharge into the pipe column of the ball. The ball closes the opening of the sleeve. From the lower end of the sleeve, radial grooves are made for the passage of a 10-15% aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid from the cavity of the sleeve to the device for pulsed injection of fluid.
There is a method of acid treatment of the reservoir [1], including the allocation in the treated reservoir zones of different permeability, injection of a portion of a solution of hydrochloric acid into a zone of higher permeability, subsequent displacement in the same zone of a viscous liquid based on oil with a portion of hydrochloric acid solution with a surfactant Surfactant, pushing a solution of hydrochloric acid with surfactant borehole fluid in cyclic mode in the zone of less high permeability and removal of the reacted hydrochloric acid from the well on the last cycle, with the end The concentration of hydrochloric acid solution at each stage of its application is reduced. The disadvantages of this method are the low efficiency of the formation treatment with a solution of hydrochloric acid in a highly kolmatny wellbore zone, since the wellbore zone is not pre-treated.
The closest to the claimed method is the processing of the well bottom zone [2], including the descent of a tubing string equipped with a packer, a device for pulsed injection of fluid, destructible valve, a perforated branch pipe with a sleeve inside and a locking ring above the destructible valve, in the perforation interval of the reservoir, solvent injection on a string of pipes in a continuous mode when the packer is not planted, technological holding of a well with a solvent, four cycles of injection of process fluid into the formation through a string of pipes and annular space of the well, washing out the solvent and reaction products by backwashing, installing a device for impulsive injection of a liquid to the bottom of the formation, raising the packer, moving the sleeve downward relative to the perforated nipple, sealing the perforated nipple openings, overpressure of the process liquid cuts off the destroyed valve, in a pulsed mode, a 10–15% aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid is pumped into the reservoir mpulsnom mode with this solution operates to extract process response and recovery of the products produced by swabbing reaction. In the prototype, the sleeve located inside the perforated pipe is lowered down to close the holes of this pipe using a whipped tool, for example, two tubing pipes with an outer lug. Collapsed instrument descend on the geophysical cable. Under the action of the whipped tool on the sleeve, the shear screw is cut and the sleeve moves down under the weight of the whipped tool. At the end of the movement, the sleeve is fixed with a retaining ring of the perforated pipe and closes the openings of this pipe so that the hydrochloric acid solution through the cavity of the pipe string enters the device for pumping fluid in a pulsed mode. Descent and ascent of a whipped tool requires a special winch for a geophysical cable and takes a significant portion of time to conduct well treatment.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the time to implement the method of treatment of the reservoir wells by reducing the duration of the preparation process of the injection of hydrochloric acid solution into the reservoir in a pulsed mode.
The task is solved by the fact that in the method of processing the well bottom-hole zone, including the descent of a pipe string, equipped with a packer, a device for pulse injection of liquid, destructible valve, perforated pipe with sleeve inside and stop ring over the destructible valve, the interval of perforation of the reservoir, solvent injection a string of pipes in a continuous mode with no packer planted, technological holding of a well with a solvent, four cycles of injection of process fluid into the reservoir through a string of pipes and annular space of the well, washing out the solvent and reaction products by backwashing, installing a device for impulsive injection of liquid upstream of the reservoir, setting the packer, moving the sleeve downward relative to the perforated nipple, sealing the perforated nipple holes, overpressure the process fluid and cutting off the collapsible valve along the column tubes in a pulsed mode, inject a 10-15% aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid into the reservoir and push them into Pulse mode with this solution, perform technological exposure to react and produce reaction products swabbing, new is that the perforated nipple holes are sealed by moving the sleeve down to the stop into the snap ring of this nipple, and the sleeve is installed between the perforated nipple and the sleeve and fixed on it the socket and the sleeve with shear screws, while the shear screw cut resistance fixing the sleeve on the perforated socket is chosen less than Precision to cut such a screw fixing the sleeve on the sleeve, the sleeve moving down to the sleeve cavity by creating a hydraulic pressure in the pipe string after dropping the ball into the pipe string that closes the hole of the sleeve, and from the bottom of the

FIG. 2 schematically shows the process of pumping a solution of hydrochloric acid into the reservoir in a pulsed mode.
The method of processing the bottomhole zone of the well 1 includes the descent of the
The application of the proposed method allows to reduce the time for treatment of the reservoir wells. In the proposed method, the closure of the holes of the perforated pipe with a sleeve is carried out by pressing a solution of hydrochloric acid, which is then pumped into the formation in a pulsed mode. In the prototype, to close the holes of the perforated nozzle with a sleeve, a whipping element connected by a geophysical cable and a winch is used. The descent and the ascent of the bleed element are technologically complex and take a significant part of the preparation time of the process of pulsed injection of a hydrochloric acid solution into the formation. From a comparative analysis, it follows that in the proposed method, the time for treatment of the formation of the well is reduced by reducing the duration of the preparation of the injection of the hydrochloric acid solution into the formation in a pulsed mode.
